These eyes were said to have been created within Orochimaru's final project. He wanted to make himself like a god and with these eyes, he would become a step closer. Obtaining info on Pein's Rinnegan, Sasuke's Sharingan, and Neji's Byakugan; he created what he thought would be the perfect set of eyes. Eyes that he could finally rule with. But his plans were intercepted by Sasuke Uchiha ending his life. No one had any clue of their location, or what powers they behold until recently.
Advantages/Abilities/Observation's Orochimaru made and implanted
Rinnegan Observation
The user can control other bodies. The bodies are like living puppets. The only thing that makes the bodies appear strange is that they all have the Kagirinai Boushi. The bodies must be of ninja and can include summons. The user can have a body for every 30,000 Cp they have. The bodies that the user takes keep all their jutsu and cp; the only way for them to get stronger is by the user getting stronger and using some earned CP on them. If one of the puppets die, the control can use 15000 Chakra to revive them.
Sharingan Observation
Due to Orochimaru's unawareness of the Sharingan's true powers, he failed to get the complete data on the Sharingan. The user can read an opponents movements in slow motion making it easier to evade and plan ahead. This portion of the eye can stack on top of the abilities of the Sharingan. So if a user already has the Doujutsu, they can use all of their abilities as normal but it will become less of a strain to use. The user can mimican opponents jutsu up to three times in battle.
Byakugan Observation
The user can can only get a glimpse of an enemies chakra network. The user can see chakra being dispersed in jutsu, making it easier to see an attack coming. Having both the Byakugan and Sharingan, the user becomes an ultimate sensory ninja, being able to see chakras in detail from kilometers away.

It was originally waaaaaaaaaay weaker. And Actually only took parts of each eye.
This one is an edit that oro made back when he was a mod. Making it basically the three eyes merged into one set. And THEN amplifying his own Sharingan, by stacking it with the new eyes.

So I have an idea, who else likes this idea....
All Kage's get a special weapon or item that is only for the kages. Meaning Leaf has its own weapon, etc etc etc.
When you lose that position the item in question goes to the next kage. We'd have to create new items for this, but I think it'd make the kage position more desirable. -nods-

Except I was going to say have village specific weapons. But this idea works better

This one is an edit that oro made back when he was a mod. Making it basically the three eyes merged into one set. And THEN amplifying his own Sharingan, by stacking it with the new eyes. It doesn't even have the limitations of the Rinningan. IT can pretty muc hstack whatever and how many ever bodies it wants. So I think I Am going to kill Oro and implant this in Joker's forhead.

Drago:: Looks like your character and Damian will have a nice meeting shortly after my upcoming battle with Grim. We'll see if can take on a rusty rper who hasn't attempted a bout in nearly a year.
