*Within about two minutes, the shadows would have fully entered the tower. The place it had entered was floor fifty-two, four floors above Cole's location. It appeared as if the blast hadn't effected it, possibly due to its current configuration, which was more like a thick liquid. Spending a few seconds on the level, the shadow creature would acquaint itself to the feel of everything around it. After that it would begin moving upwards through an open hallway passage. If Zio were to use it's various sensors, it would find that the creature was fast for its theoretical size... very fast. Covering all the surfaces, walls, ceilings, and floor... it could travel at a pace of one floor per twelve seconds. If Mastema was paying attention to what else Zio was telling him, plus his own mental abilities... he'd realize that at least two of his children were below level seventy, on level sixty-seven. At the creatures current speed, it would reach, and probably pass them within under three minutes, unless of course Tyrsais... or rather Carnage happened to stop it, right where it shouldn't be. Trilla was still in the cafeteria, dazed, confused and trying to pull herself together, meanwhile Micha was still insode of the elevator, he had been bumped around a bit*

Trilla: @.@;

Micha: . . . . . . . . .

*Eecheb was rather vocal in response, he seemed to be ok though. Actually he seemed to be more himself again than he was a few seconds earlier. Perhaps that blast had actually cleared his head*

Eecheb: e__e | Uaah!

*Nana would have to fall back againt the the railing again in order to let Tyrsais pass. The message from Carnage was less than happily received; again that was an object that made Nana nervous. She wasn't aware that it wanted to bathe in the blood of angels, for if she was, then even more so she would likely take fear of it. Worse still was the fact that there were three disliked beings below, on his way to the creature. Eecheb would have made it four, but Tyrsais found him interesting. If Carnage did not, than four it was*

Mastema let Tyr go without so much as a nod. Of course, he wasn't so stupid as not to know 'what' Tyr had said: the vampire wouldn't kill the creature; nothing was said about hurting it. Mastema was little worried about either of the children being hurt; if anything the creature had seemed concerned for Micha at one point. The worst that could probably happen was Trilla would get spooked by the creature. For now, Mastema would let Tyr go about his business.

"If you would all pardon me," Slayer interrupted the seeming silence, " I will go keep tabs on our vampire compatriot." Wrapping his cloak around himself, Slayer and the cape would soon vanish, probably to follow Tyr.

Than sighed, relieved, when Eecheb gave the rather annoyed grunt. Good as gold. "All right, wait here for a minute." Quickly getting up and moving to the door, Than used one of Zio's seldom used wall panels in order to assess for himself what was happening.

Mastema decide that he had best issue orders to the rest of his generals: "Alpha and Omega Zenogais, get outside and see in case that creature gets anywhere else. Sho, you and the prototype may do as you see fit. I apologize for this unique interruption, Nana; I will be sure that you are able to say anything else you wanted to later. Zio, if you believe any of the children are in any immediate danger, you may have then transported to their bedroom."

Zio would answer Tyrsais fairly quickly. "Preparing for transport." This period of preparation was about a second, after which Tyr would find himself teleported to another point in the tower. Before he could ask, Zio continued. "The entity is 5 floors below you and closing."

::Tyrsais would be disoriented for a second looking around his surroundings pulling his sword from its sheath. Only when hearing Zio's message did he calm down slightly taking notes of his surroundings. He would crouch down and touch the ground focusing his energies out into the structure around him. A large cloud of unholy energy and darkness would expand out from Tyrsais. The area most near the center would also experence a drop in temperature. For now Tyrsais would try to bait the creature to him::

Zio... can you contain this creature on a floor with a forcefield if I lure it to this location? And I'll need it's ETA if you could.

*Every second that passed drew the creature upwards toward Tyrsais. Five floors would take one minute to get to, leaving that minute for Tyrsais to prepare. The shadow creature continued to coat all the surfaces of the hallway as it moved along. The shadows streched far enough back, that its body covered one and a half floors at one time. A unique interruption indeed; it worried Nana, more so to let Zio decide when her children were in danger... but there was no helping it... she couldn't get to them fast enough if she were to try right now*

o.o;

Hnn-nn.... no-- I-I think that was all...

*Eecheb would re-emerge from under his overs, the upper half of him appearing. He was picking his ear, from the sound and didn't seem to happy about it, especially after having just recently recovered from ear damage, along with Trilla*

Eecheb: e__e; | Hnnm!

Mastema nodded in response to Nana. At his orders, Omega and Alpha had already vanished from the tower, and Proto was moving over to the door, closer to Nana. Thanatos was still learning about all that had happened in the last few minutes to cause so much commotion; he already knew that every seemed to be moving somewhere.

A force field? Tyr didn't seem to realize how limited Zio was in that area. " No force field technology available," Zio replied calmly, "every floor above level seventy has been locked off. Estimated time of arrival: 55 seconds."

Cole lies, quite unconscious, on the floor of his room. His lips are moving frantically and his face contorts. It looks like he's having an argument with someone, though no words are spoken.

::He would narrow his eyes for a moment looking around the room then close them when the visiblity was near nothing. Now the darkness coming out from him would extend over a portion of the immediate area providing a reasonable bait for the creature, but Tyr figured having a backup plan wasn't a bad idea. He water vapor around him would begin to approach its freezing point by now, and his body began to crackle lightly letting out a slight aura of static eletricty. He waited to see what the creature would do before taking hasty action::

*With no knowledge of Tyrsais being inside of this strange structure, threacreature continued upwards. By this time the creature was likely only two floors away. Tyrsais would know when it arrived, by the same pattern of static he had witnessed before. There was no sound save for the crackle of his own abilities. Soon enough all was dark... had the creature finally arrived? Then why was there nothing? Was this some sort of game? Had the creature changed its behavior or tacktics? ...or was it simply waiting at the end of the hall, it's own darkness and shadow met up with that which Tyrsais created? All was dead silent*

::Tyrsais would smirk lightly engulfed completely in darkness now, save for the small amount of red light coming from his sheath for his sword. He would move back and stand with his arms crossed and arcs of eletricity would shoot up into the ceiling. His energy would begin to illuminate the area around him through sparks and small bolts of energy though he really didn't need it to sense the creature; clearly the creature was close. He would begin sending out blasts of harmless waves of energy and light in the same pulsing fashion the creature had been making the drumming sound hoping to gain its attention::

Come on out... I've been told not to hurt you this time.
PostPosted: Mon Jul 03, 2006 4:47 pm

*Still there was silence.... something wasn't right about this. It was still dark, but something still just wasn't right. Tyrsais would have to use all of his senses. Perhaps the creature remembered his face, as one who constantly tried to harm it. There would be another long pause before a squeaking sound was heard, like metal. A few seconds after that, light began to appear again. The creature was moving away, but Mastema had already prepared for that having sent Omega and Alpha outside of the tower. However, there was something that they had forgotten....*

::Tyrsais would begin to let off a mist clouding his appearance and body. He would begin to shift slowly into a mist of black vapors moving throughout the mass of energy. No longer were his senses of the eyes and ears, they were now of the form to sense a presence, an aura. He would track his opponent through the cloud of energy seeing where it was going projecting its path so as to strike at the best spot.::

Ohh you can't just leave... we must play.
PostPosted: Mon Jul 03, 2006 11:52 pm

*The creature didn't seem to give off any kind of recognizable aura of sorts, and it appeared to remain silent as it moved away. If Tyrsais was fast enough he'd get a shock, the creature seemed to be more intelligent than he may have first surmised. The squeak that was heard a few seconds before the shadows began to move off... were the doors to the elevator shalf being forced open. Whether the creature was going up the tower now, or down via the elevator shaft, Tyrsais would only know by moving into the area himself, of course that would pose a risk of harm to his person. The creature would fully be in the shaft before Tyrsais arrived there*

::Tyrsais' cloud form would begin to accelerate at a quick pace toward the creature smashing into the walls in a narrow pattern enough to blast a small hole large enough to move himself through quick, and as he would approach the eleveator he would turn upward sucking all the built up energy behind him. He would focus his powers throwing all of his magical energies into the front of his form creating a shockwave that would blast through a bit of the next level an an attempt to discourage the creature from heading upward and Tyrsais would emerge at the front of the blast flapping his wings to stay in flight his sword in hand::

You aren't going anywhere...

::The aftermath of the blast would leave peices of the structure arcing with eletricity and the walls and items would be sorched by the fast moving dark energy. It was meant more to get attention then to hurt the creature.::
PostPosted: Tue Jul 04, 2006 12:35 am

*The narrowness of the shaft allowed for the shadow creatures body to stretch out faster. This forced it up the shaft far ahead of Tyrsais' attempts to stop it. When bits of the level were destroyed, the shadows parted to avoid the area. With a small surge the creature would cover all sides of the shaft, rushing past Tyrsais though not at all touching him. There was still pleanty of the creature left to creep past Tyrsais, in a way one could say that Tyrsais was inside of the creature, having it surround him on all sides*

::Tyrsais would move quickly to the shaft of the elevator smashing into the wall ripping hard into the wall propelling himself upward with more and more intensity causing a startling impact upon contact with the next side of the shaft continuing his movement upward looking to get on pace with the creature and his arms would begin to give off a dull blue glow and a slight visual distortion from the drop in temperature. He was preparing to cast another spell. Maybe to kill the creature either way it would know something was coming::

I see... well lets try to see if I can't change your mind.
