Zy lead his horse next to Shaon. You remember how to ride? He asked her as he passed her and headed out the barn.

"yeah." she tipped the reins slightly, throwing them up a little and tightening to slack to show it she wanted to move forward. The mare began to trot forward towards Zy nd his horse. shaon was immediately frightenend again, though she tried to remain calm.

Zy smiled proudly as he saw his wife ride the horse. So... you should name it. The horse that is. He said as his horse trotted alongside the road. He was not looking here the horse was going, he didn't need to. He looked over at Shaon.

Shaon looked over at him. "ermmm..." she stroked the horse's neck as it trotted beside Zy. Shaon looked to the horse and rested her head on its neck. "your name's gonna be Crow." she nodded.the horse looked more like a dove, but shaon hated doves because everyone else loved them. sherather liked crows, though.

Shaon stuck out her tongue at him. "Well i like it." she huffed. the horse huffed at the same time, bumping up agaisnt the other horse and neighing at it.

Hey, leave my horse alone. Brown ones are usually athletic and competitive. most love speed. I think I'll call him Sarsarun, Sarsar for short. It means Wind in Arabic. He told her as they continued down the road. Sarsar raised its head proudly above Crows and trotted louder. Zy smiled and petted his neck.

Crow snorted, lifting her head, too, the sun glidtening off her white fur. Shaon grinned. "you're so beautiful." she told the horse. The horse rared up on its back legs, whinnying. Shaon hodl on tight as the horse began to run. she was instantly in love with the speed. She was afraid, but the speed filled her with excitement as she held on.

Zy shook his head as Sarsar eyes widened and galloped ahead of te white horse. Zy laughed as he saw Shaons face.

Crow galloped faster. being smaller and skinnier with longer legs, she was naturally a racing horse. shaon grinned fully,"You can win." she shiwpere din its ears. "beat them, you can do it."

Sarsar was easily two hands bigger then Crow. he was stronger and more powerful as he galloped ahead of Crow. he was built for short distance speed, he didn't have the endurance of Crow. Zy, knowing this, looked for the the town, if it is too far away, then Sarsar would not be able to win.

Crow contnued, barely a few feet behind. shaon stroked it. "Good girl." she cooed.

Zy spotted a few roofs from the town, apparently so did Sarsar as he burst almost in full speed.

Shaon kissed its neck. "go." Crow bolted forward as fast as she could, passing Sarsar, her legs moving as fast as they could, her streamline biody hunched lower for the least air resistance. there was an advantage to being smaller.

Sarsar didn't like seeing the other horse go in front of him. He cut off the road as it leaped through fences to get to the town first. Whoa, Sar, slow down. it's getting dangerous. He told the horse. Zy hadn't nailed in any new shoes on the horses yet.
