====Minamoto Uesugi====

As Minamoto was lifting his No Dachi out of the ground, he was bewildered to suddenly feel the cool wetness of mud on his face and eyes. Then the sound of mocking laughter filled his ears. He wiped the mud away with his laft hand and glared angrily at the spiky haird fighter.

"What lack of honor," he said in disgust.

Then, whil dragging the No-Dachi on the ground he charged at Gan Ning and swung upward in a diagnol trying to cut him in half with only his right hand. But he figured that this guy would be able to block such a simple attack, he saw more skill in him than that.

====Tadakatsu Honda====

Tadakatsu was slicing away some men as he went along on his horse. He had a great height advantage from where he was and was easily able to slice at them before they reached him. Anyone smart enough to try and strike the horse first was instantly met with a hoove to the face followed by a spear to the chest.

Then, he noticed in the distance many of his men fall with one stroke. He looked at the man, and realized who that hulking giant was. It must have been the one that drove back the attack last time. This so called war god seemed to prove his strength as he continued to unleash upon more and more of the samurai and ashigaru. This man would be a great test to send that one No Dachi samurai at, but as he looked back, he was no where to be seen. He then remembered that he had sent that man already, and he must be attacking that woman by now, not that she would last long under that guy. But little did he know...

It looked as if Gan Ning would be taking care of this samurai. Cai turned around and knocked away the men that were trying to take advantage of the officers' turned backs. She knew that the reinforcements were making a difference, she could sense it in the steamy air. How close until this battle was over? Taking in a deep breath Cai swung her fork out, knocking away several men. She swung it back and threw more of them aside. Then she stopped, her shield up and waiting to block more attacks.

'How much longer can I last like this?' Cai thought to herself as she blinked away some of the sweat that was dripping into her eyes. 'I cannot give up yet... if I retreat now, then....' If she retreated would it make a difference? No, she couldn't think like that.

Even the smallest difference could change the tide of battle. She wouldn't allow herself to get in the way. But was she already an asset? Xing Cai knew that she was still wet behind the ears. She was probably lucky to still be alive.

'Thank you for giving me strength to be able to get this far, everyone.'

"Tch..." Date scoffed at the sight of the three officers fighting their one man. "Three against one isn't fair... However I would like to see how well that man does. I could use him... in the future." Date looked to how his army war progressing and noticed that the rams were not doing as well as he wanted. The musketeers were focusing more on the ground troops than they were on the walls now, but who could blame them? They were being flanked by the penetrative forces of that bohemoth from before! "All musketeers and archers, when you are not fighting for your lives fight to destroy the troops on the walls! Don't forget the main mission! We WILL take this city! Rams, keep at it, the gates will crumble!" Date knew that the gates were still incredibly strong but they wouldn't make any headway until those gates were down even with men climbing up on ladders.

Finally they had arrived, mounted upon the brilliant white stallio. Giving a shout above the sounds of war, the scarlet-clad warrior charged into the midst of battle, easily recognizing the difference between Japanese and Chinese soldiers.

Upon further inspection, Yukimura could already pick out the stronger warriors of the armies, continuing to look over them as he struck down an unsuspecting samurai. His eyes moved to gaze upon Tadakatsu Honda, a legendary warrior of Japan. His eyes then shifted to the large, bearded man wielding a pole-blade, who also seemed to be a great warrior by the way he was using one man as a weapon.

Feeling he could do more in battle on foot than mounte,d he quickly leapt from his horse, blocking the spear of a chinese soldier to stare at him with piercing eyes and shout in Japanese. "We're here to aid you!" And with that he pushed the soldier's spear away, thrusting his own spear through the chest of a samurai that had snuck up behind them. The chinese soldier stood there shakily, staring at Yukimura before turning on heel and retreating to Guan Yu and others. Perhaps he was reporting?

||I'll just pretend that Tsukiko got changed on the way there. xd ||

Ah, so they finally made it to this glorious battle. This would truly become interesting.... Now then, what would the Japanese do when they saw one of their own race aiding the allies? Smiling behind her mask Tsukiko's eyes scanned over the battle field before leapt off of her perch, rolling on the ground and running after Yukimura after he'd declared his charge into battle with a loud roar. She reached back and pulled out her two swords, running into a line of enemies. However, they didn't think that she was an enemy: They saw a ninja and most likely mistook her for Hanzo Hattori. Pitiful fools. Sliding down on her foot she slid down in a circle, slicing through flesh as she twirled down like a leaf. Once she was all the way down she arched herself backwards and then spun herself again, this time using her feet as weapons instead.

"I do not believe that they realize what you are here for." Tsukiko called out to her master before she seemed to disappear suddenly and then reappear beside him. "But, who knows what shall happen? Only time will tell...." With those words Tsukiko reached down and grabbed some of her needle. With quick aim she threw the needle out, the sharp thin objects piercing the delicate few areas of skin that were left open in the peon's armor. "Try not to run around too much so I may keep track of you, Yukimura-dono?"

"L-Lady Xing Cai!" One of the soldiers had managed to come over to her, coming to report the message. "The-there's another enemy appearance! B-but it looks as if they're fighting with us!"

"With us?" Cai repeated after she'd regained her breath, wondering if it was a trap. Despite these words and thoughts she didn't turn her head to look over at the soldier. She had to keep her mind set on what was currently happening. There were slowly beginning to gain the favor in battle, however this didn't mean that she could let her gaurd down. "...Assist them as best you can, but still stay on your gaurd! It could be a possible trap, and do not want anymore of my soldiers meeting a cruel death. Do you understand your orders?"

"Yes my lady!"

"Then go."

Yukimura turned his attention to Tuskiko, nodding at her words. "I promise not to stray far this time." He said with a grin. After all, she had taken the time to track him down and prove herself most loyal. He returned his attention back to the matters at hand, battle.

He began to swing swiftly yet accurately, cutting down samurai after samurai that stood in his way as he fought his way to that giant of a man, Guan Yu. Yukimura eyed him; great Gods he was a daunting man, but Yukimura refused to lose his composure in battle, as he would need to impress such warriors like him in order to gain allies in this land.

The samurai on the battlefield were beginning to get the picture, finally understanding that Yukimura was not an ally in this battle. Instead, he had made his decision: To side with the Chinese, learn their language over time, and to ultimately help them to end the chaos in their country caused by Nobunaga.

"Tell Nobunaga..." Yukimura shouted to the samurai as they stood their ground, backing away from him as he prepared himself. "That the Sanada Clan sides with those native to this land! And that in the end, the Oda will either fall here, or retreat back to Japan!" And on that note, he charged into the crowd, delivering slash after slash, able to distance himself from others due to the length of his spear, trying to use the movements he had seen Guan Yu use.

((Jeez, if you kill them all, there will be no one to tell Oda. xd : ))

====Zhou Cang====

Zhou CAng was helping defend the walls as samurai and ashigary streamed over. He went down the lines, merely pushing off those that were nearing the top, or knocking the ones that finally made it. Along the way, he would shout out orders to archers to fire at certain targets. He was not going to let this castle fall for as long as he stood.

As he was pushing the head down of a strugling samurai trying to keep his grip to climb up the wall, a soldier came to report. "Sir, Guan Yu has arrived!" the man exclaimed.

Zhou Cang looked up to the man with a smile while keeping pressure on the samurai's head. "That's great!" he said with a final push to the samurai, causing the ladder to fall with him.

He continued to fight when another soldier came to report. "Sir, enemy reinforcements have arrived!" the man said.

Zhou Cang looked over to where the white stallions were. It seemed to be bad. However, as he observed more, he noticed that they were not cutting down the chinese, but rather the samurai who stood in their way. "Whati n the world is going on here?" he said in wonderment.

With a shrug, he lazily lifted a leg and knocked off an ashigaru who came at his side. The man stumbled, but just as he was about to fall, Zhou Cang spun around and caught him.

"Hey, who is that man over there?" he asked while pointing.

The peasant looked over to the direction of the point, and said a few words he could not understand, except one which he considered a name, Yukimura Sanada. "Thanks," he said and released the man who fell to his doom.

Guan Yu suddenly heard a mighty shout in the foreign language as he continued to sleigh man after man. He paused for a moment and looked to where the voice came from. It was an impressive looking warrior in crimson armor who was obviously Japanese. Guan Yu began to move toward him to fight him for he seemed like a strong enemy, however he noticed that he was cutting down samurai instead of their own soldiers! With a grin Guan Yu knew instantly that this man was fighting for them and not for the invaders. He continued to press his attack toward the man in crimson armor. Even with all the death around them the japanese soldiers still rushed to Guan Yu. The fighting spirit of these men was unlike anything Yu had ever seen!

Almost a dozen men rushed him at once in an attempt to overpower him with spear and sword, however his weapon and his strength proved to be too much for all of them. He swung out in a horizontal arc, knocking weapons aside and even slicing a few arms off in the process. Anyone lucky enough to still have their limbs was left open and with a second slash he cut their necks out, killing eight men in one blow. Following through he pulled his weapon back then thrust it forward into an ashigaru's face, splitting all the way through the back of the man's head into another soldier's shoulder. Yu desperately wanted to get a better view of the warrior in crimson armor and perhaps even to fight by his side. It was a learning opportunity and he just had to take advantage of it.

Yukimura continued to observe Guan Yu in battle, in awe of his great strength and finely-crafted naginata. Determined to fight alongside this new ally, Yukimura began to hack his way through to him. It seemed that the enemy wouldn't let him reach his destination so easily, several samurai standing in front of him, in stance and ready. Yukimura could only grin as he dropped to one knee and swept his spear across to cut their legs out from under them in one swift move, the air filled with shrieks and cries of agony. Rolling to the side to evade a katana to the chest, he thrusted the butt of his spear into the stomach of his attacker before slice clean across his neck, causing his head to roll across the ground.

Yukimura had finally hacked and slashed his way to the large bearded man, nodding up to him before thrusting his spear out to stop an attacker approaching Guan Yu. Yukimura knew this warrior could take care of himself, but he wished to show that he was intent on aiding them in their chaos. Yukimura returned his attention to the battle, thrusting his spear into the chest of an approaching samurai and ripping it out to shove the butt of the spear into the stomach of a man creeping up from behind, swinging the spear over his shoulder to slice the face of the same samurai before turning to grab and throw the man at Guan Yu's feet.

Gan Ning laughed at the guy, he couldn't understand the man's native tounge, but he understood the tone, "Hey, don't use that tone with me. Might get something cut off!" Ning stood there as this warrior charged at him, and moved to the right as quick as possible, he stuck his foot out sideways, intent to trip this fighter. "How you gonna stop me?!" he stuck his sword out pointing upwards right behind his foot, hoping to impale this man on his River Master. As he did all this he surveyed the battlefield quickly, he noticed the midget was back, and that a clearly Japanese warrior was fighting on their side, weird.

"So sweet." Tsukiko remarked with a small chuckle before Yukimura took off, although he appeared to be sticking to his word by not wandering too far off. The kunoichi kept nearby, throwing multiple shuriken at once at the delicate throats that laid themselves open for her to take.... Her eyes darted over to where Yukimura was and saw that he was trying to gain ground closer to where that massive gaint with the impressive beard was. She smiled to herself again and returned to using her swords, moving through the men like quicksilver; always aiming for their necks in order to remove their heads. She flipped backwards to dodge some swords, then leapt forward and cut more of them down.

"It looks as if the boy will have to return to Nobunaga." Tsukiko stated to Yukimura with a grin hidden behind her mask. "The little one needs to learn some restraint...."

---------

'It looks as if that man is on our side....' Cai thought to herself, silently thanking the heavans. They could win this battle! No time to give up now! "Men, lets push these invaders back! These lands belong to Shu!"

Deciding that she could safely distance herself from Gan Ning and her cousin Cai sprinted forward, holding her fork out like a lance with her sheild up for protection. This made a small temporarily clear line where she had been before she suddenly stopped, kicking off a man who'd gotten himself stuck on the front of her fork. She glanced around herself and then jumped up, kicking herself up in a certain way to where she made a circle. She stretched her fork out while doing so and succeeded in removing a good amount of soldiers around her. She landed and looked around herself, glancing at the walls. The soldiers were pushing the ladders down, stopping the invaders from climbing into the city.

'...There's only one sure way to end this. If I have enough strength... I'm not sure.' Cai's mind was now going to be set on one thing: Musamune Date. The one thing that would certainly cripple the enemy army would be if their commander was unable to battle, and hopefully the would retreat like last time. If she could reach Date and succeed against him in battle was not something that she knew. But if no one could do it... she would have to. For she was the commander of this army, and she would have to do just as her uncle had in order to win and keep all of her man safe. Their lives were in her hands, and she'd already lost enough!

Yukimura turned his attention to Tuskiko, smirking as he struck another man down. "He is too ruthless in his actions, Nobunaga has invested in a runt." He said, thrusting his spear upwards into a samurai's throat, cleaving off his head.

"Tsukiko," he started, "Perhaps you could scout out the runt for me. Perhaps I and that fierce warrior there-" He said, gesturing to Guan Yu as he fought on. "-Could give Date a visit." He suggested, his lips forming a girn. "This army will be nohing if Date is foreced to retreat, If he does not retreat, I am worried of wat Tadakatsu is capable of."

"Of course. Leave it up to me. As long as we can take Date down, Tadakatsu should not be a problem. If he becomes one, I will be certain that he is silenced." Tsukiko responded, and seemed to vanish as she dipped for a bow. Now then, where would that little midget be? Tsukiko darted through the crowd, searching for where the commander of the enemy army was. Soon deciding that she wouldn't have any luck this way, Tsukiko moved off away from the army, jumping up into a high place with her eyes darting around the area. It wasn't hard to find where Date was. While he may be small, that helmet that he wore so proudly on his head was unique enough to quickly spot. Finding her target she looked for Yukimura against before taking off, returning back to the crimson samurai's side.

"I have found Date." Tsukiko declared as she grabbed her shuriken and threw them to kill soldiers as they tried to approach them. "I can lead you to him, Lord Yukimura, along with the red giant that you wish to fight beside."

====Tdakatsu Honda====

Tadakatsu was stricking down a soldier when in the corner of his eye, he saw what seemed to be a katana swinging at him. In almost an instant, he brought his spear forth and blocked the swing. He looked down at the samurai who almost struck him and noticed that it wasn't one of his, and his look quickly turned into a glare.

The man, who just realized who he was by his helmet, started to back away in fear of being struck down. Tadakatsu was curious as to who this man was working for utmost, but he didn't have time to question him. He rode forth, and despite the samurai's attempt to block, was impaled by Tadakatsu's spear. Then, when he looked up, he saw more of the same samurai with the same sign. His rage started to build up, who was it that dared to betray Japan and stand in his way.

The samurai in front of him fanned out with a few chinese soldiers and they started to move to flank him. He knew charging at them on his horse would leave his flanks vulnerable. So to counter this, he charged straight at them, but just as the man moved his spear to strike at Tadakatsu, he jumped in the air off his horse and landed on top of the samurai with spear through his head.

Tadakatsu slowly stood up and looked around him, eight samurai three chinese. A Yari samurai from his back charged at him first, Tadakatsu shifted to his right, and grabbed the man's shaft while dodging the blow. Then, he used his body as a vulcrum and the spear as a lever and spun the man around who was still on his spear. The man let go and flew into a chinese soldier who seemed more bent on watching than fighting. Then, in one swift, fluent action, he twisted the samurai's yari in his hand and threw it at another chinese soldier who was getting his wits up.

Then, almost at once, they all charged at him. Tadakatsu, with his rage in full fury, roared as he parried a yari and then spun in circles to keep the others at bay. Before the enemy could finish backing off, Tadakatsu was on a samrai soldier and impaled his spear through him. He used his foot to knock the man off and then turned to the others. They were starting to doubt their chances.

Before they could react, Tadakatsu charged and jumped a samurai and knocked him down with his shaft. Then, he jumped up and landed with a stomp on both legs crushing the man's ribs. When he landed, he used the momentum to springboard himself onto another soldier who found himself at the end of Tadakatsu's spear.

With man still on, Tadakatsu flung him around and threw him in an arc, knocking three soldiers down before the body flew off which tore into the battle lines, knocking down more unsuspecting men. Tadakatsu breathed heavily and watched the other samurai who still remained. They began to back off in fear of being the next victim.

"Who is your liege!" he called out in anger.

The men were reluctant to answer, but as Tadakatsu took a step forward one spoke. "Yukimura... Yukimura Sanada!" the man pleaded out and ran.

Tadakatsu went to his horse and remounted. It was no surprise to see Yukimura against Oda, they were two heroes on different paths. He looked around him at the battle. Their reserves were starting to run thin. Tadakatsu raised his spear and let out a war cry in which the samurai around him answered with one of their own. Adreneline rushed through them and raised their morale and the samurai began to fight fiercely once again.

(^ZOMG that took a long time^)

====Guan Xing====

Guan Xing struck down another soldier when he realized Xing Cai was no longer around him. He searched around frantically, but couldn't find her. He had hoped that she had not fallen, the rage of Zhang Fei if she did, and the damper of morale would surely hinder Shu. He looked to Gan Ning who was handling the stronger samurai fine, so he decided that it would be best if he just let him handle it.

====Zhou Cang====

The walls were becoming more desperate. Most of the archers on the wall had drawn their swords and were now fighting with all they had.

====Minamoto Uesugi====

Minamoto watched as the quick soldier dodged to his right, and noticed that he was about to make a big mistake if he did not do something quick. In the last second and with all the strength he had, he pressed down hard with one foot making him start to slide with a stop, and at the same time, he twisted his body around and swung a kick with that other foot. He realized now that he would not be able to toy with this man, and may even have to use his true stance against him.
