Adamaz struggled to look the highblood in the eyes while continuing to lead the way. It was difficult, and he didn't like it, so he started walking backwards. "Well, I guess I like adventure? I'm cool with new things if that's what you mean. Not a huge fan of risk though. Too much of that as it is.." He nearly stumbled over a step as they approached a back door. Woops. Good thing he does yoga; balance. He reached back and opened the door, and waited for the highblood to walk through. "To be honest, this is the only place I've ever gotten away with anything, save for the dump."

Chiara walked through the door, and grinned at the troll. What a sweetie, until she sniffed him, then she had to work to keep the smile in place. "So you live in the dump huh? Do... you like it there?" She made small talk, looking to venture deeper into the institute. "Oooh how about we go through this door?"

Adamaz smiled back, and kept the smile going. "Nope. Live near it. Don't know why people think I live in the dump. That'd be weird. I just go there sometimes."

Adamaz looked at the door his companion indicated. "Sure. Pretty sure this one leads to the water station. After you."

"Hey i don't judge!" It was a lie, Chiara judged all the time. "A troll can live where ever they want to!" Chiara strolled through the door. "Excellent, im glad i know where im going. So, why do you visit the dump then? Whats there for you?"

Adamaz shrugged. "Same reason I come here. 'Sa cool place to be." Some water dripped onto his head. "I have a little fort in there and everything." He didn't know why he revealed that. Like most forts, it was supposed to be a secret.

Nope! There isn't a system in place for that. We could do it for story reasons if you'd like.

This troll was so... honest. It kinda made Chiara nervous. Like his honesty would sweep away her mask and reveal that she was not exactly a nice person. Kinda made her want to be honest back. Chiara no she told herself, that was not how she was going to get her plans into completion. "That sounds really... relaxing. Ive got secret rooms in my hive, but they are mostly only for guests..."

She wandered down the hall some more, looking for a door that was "employees only" or something. "Where are the control rooms? Like with big red buttons you shouldn't push and stuff." Thats where things would get interesting hopefully.

There aren't any official mechanics for that stuff - the meta stuff posted on page 1 is past. Now we just get to wander around the FRS and rp getting caught if we feel like it. The employees, I imagine, don't really care.

Adamaz pondered that thought. It seemed odd to him that secret rooms would be for guests. Didn't that make them not secret?

"I've never found the control rooms. Mostly just wandered between the pipes. Findin' valves and things. Papa Roach found a loose one once. Still have it in my hive." Adamaz was impressed with how easy to talk to this highblood was. He almost felt on equal footing with her. He noted to not make that a habit with most highbloods - usually, as Papa Roach put it, they're place was the boot, and Adamaz's was underfoot.

"Pretty sure I could find a room like that though." Adamaz wiped his nose and thought hard to try and remember seeing any buttons. Valves... just valves.

"Well lets find you something even better to bring back." Chiara mused as she pulled open another door. Just more tanks of water and useless pipes. Where were all the locked doors and mystery. I mean, that had to be why this troll was really here, wasn't it? "Really? Only valves? Maybe i could ask someone... but i guess that would defeat the point of sneaking and all."

"Oh, no - that's a good idea. I know just the troll. Let's find'em." Adamaz turned out of the fascinating room full of sloshing water tanks and twisting, groaning pipes to go find the tour guide on duty today. He hoped it wasn't a new guy again, unless it was the new guy he met already. He was a pretty good guide.

"Ooh..." Chiara mumbled, trailing after Adamaz. She still kinda wanted to sneak around, even if it was only play. With a sigh she sped up and caught up to the orange blooded troll. "So... Is that all? Just collecting stuff, forts in the dump and water bottles? Don't you have, like, a dream or goal?"

Hmmm.. no, the tours didn't usually come past here. They'd have to go to the main aqua-fluid center to wait for them to come by. Adamaz promptly changed direction to lead Chiara there. "Uhh... not particularly," he replied, flatly. Frankly, he didn't put too much thought to it." "Basically, I just try not to get culled. 'Swhat lowbloods do. Or, fail to do. In some cases." Survival was what he knew - what his Papa taught him, and what he knew to be his place. It was enough to get by and experience the world. It had to be. So few, as he'd found while rummaging through the trashed belongings of culled trolls, got to do as little as that.

Man, that was a neat valve, right there. "Look at that valve, Chiara." He stopped and pointed the sight out to his new friend. "Pretty neat one. Looks like it controls loads of stuff."
