Abiel Gottschalk "Apollyon" Middle 2nd Class Exorcist Knight || Dragoon
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Abiel was quietly watching. The young Exwire's opponents grew in number, but the youth was gifted, that was something the elder warrior was certain even as he considered the challenge in detail and he moved his hand to rub the back of his head and wondering quietly to himself of the young man's thoughts about his current opponents. Quietly he imagined a Maid cafe with the young Barthomeloi's classmates as the workers, and quiet snickered to himself. What a strange youth...
The heat of the flames from the summoned Innocentius drew his proper attention again even as the battle seemed to grow more in favor of the pages, the young Exwire continued to one up them. Still the danger only seemed to increase, still to hear one so openly called out a demonic heritage struck Abiel dumb for a moment. It was not merely insane to do so around those he was surronded by, but what if the youth was met with a man who was not like Abiel and cared not for the child's life. Abiel was one to see at least things through before deciding to kill something he watched the exchange grow more dire.
There was a loud sound, as Abiel stomped down on the hard gymnasium floor, almost like a gunshot. His hand on the hilt of his sword when he shouted out commandingly “That's Enough right there!” his voice carried far more menace, and anger than he felt, or could humanly give it at that time. It was almost as if a grim shadow seemed to crawl over him from behind, making the blond more horrific to those who gazed upon him. His normally grey eyes seemed to have become darker, almost black from the moment he even touched upon his own Qi. Even his hair seemed to have be more grey and less vibrant.
“This stops here.” the man barked waiting for someone to challenge his decision, he wasn't happy at all today. His mind for a moment held the image of the pack of cigarettes again today and he growled. He would need to have a talk with these juniors of his. This was no longer a spar of any kind, but a fight where deadly force was being used, and he was responsible for seeing it stopped now or else.
He gestured after a moment, towards the young Barthomeloi “Ignazio. Come here.” the way he said it was one meant to be commanding, but his quiet anger made it seem more offensive than he meant it to be. Still his eyes watched the young lord of the Barthomeloi carefully he wanted to cool this whole thing down.
Ignazio stopped his blade as it neared Alaric’s heart, the tip of the blade stopping inches before the half-demon’s clothing. Ignazio pulled his arm back and swiped the sword towards the ground as the blade expanded into flames and swirled behind Ignazio before becoming Innocentius once again. Gaurda moved from her position and flew over to Ignazio’s side before landed. Ignazio reached into his blazer and scratched the blood off of the seal causing the familiars to vanish into a swirl of silver like mist. ”This victory belongs to me, and as promise I didn’t kill anyone, or remove any of your body parts. But this is the only time I’ll do something so nice. Next time we ever face each other, I’ll rip your heart out and feed it to Innocentius, personally.” Ignazio said as he started to walk over towards Abiel as he released the binding spell of Bai. Although the elegant footsteps ceased and Ignazio turned around and looked at Rouge and Alaric, ”I’ll have those miniskirts dropped off at your rooms later on tonight with the rest of your uniforms, every morning for the next month you’ll meet outside of my building in uniform and will do everything as instructed; If you don’t not even Abiel will be able to protect you from my wrath. Social suicide is just as deadly as a blade to the heart”
Once Ignazio finished his sentence he continued onward towards Abiel and glared at him with his golden eyes as he walked ”Don’t get use to bossing me around, Barthomeloi don’t bow down to anyone nor do they come on personal summons. I’m only over here as a personal protection from those two boys; I would have killed them both if I didn’t agree to those rules.” Ignazio stated as he looked forward and stopped moving once he was in front of Abiel, but not close enough to be in the distance of the man’s arm. Ignazio made sure to be at least one and a half arm’s length away from Abiel, he didn’t know what the man was planning to say and that slightly frightened him, but was it because he lost his temper? ‘When was the last time I lost my temper?’ Ignazio thought to himself as he stood there but kept his attention on Abiel before trying to regain his composure by exhaling slowly. Ignazio shoved his hands into his pockets to avoid showing his fist shaking in rage.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Abiel frowned as he looked upon the young man before him. He'd heard much of the noble Barthomeloi from his time with his father, and he could see the young man had that potential to be just as he knew from his father. Closing his eyes for a moment he let out a breath to compose himself completely. He didn't want to seem brash in front of one of his Juniors.
“Exwire Barthomeloi.” this time when he spoke his voice was cold, dead, and hard. It was the voice his own father had used to scold him when he was younger. “You lost control, and for a moment place another under the threat of death. You let your anger consume you as hot as the very flames of your familiar. Yet, when you approach me, instead of being even a touch remorseful for purposely going for a deadly blow...and don't try to tell me you weren't. I have seen those eyes before many times.” he began, taking a moment to pause he wasn't certain how the youth would take this, but he was certain it would be a sight to see.
“Instead you approach me like I had slighted you. You know I stopped you not because I was worried for anyone but you. If you had in anger or not killed that student, do you think there would be no repercussions for you, or your family?” taking a deep breath, and letting it out while shaking his head a bit “What could he have done to provoke such a reaction from someone like you, young master Barthomeloi...wait, no don't tell me here.”
He gestured for the young man to follow him. “I think it best we continue this in a more private location. ” Abiel was skating on some pretty dangerous ice here. Still he'd rather find himself getting boiled after trying to settle things, and help the youth. He hoped that he would follow him to his office, without another eruption.
Ignazio still didn’t have the look of someone who cared about being reprimanded, there were plenty of things he still should have been in trouble for, like summoning a Bahamut, but because of his father’s cover up and the barrier that protects the manor Ignazio was free to pretend like that event never took place; but this one, this was one he’d be willing to end his plans for. Ignazio didn’t reply back his adviser he simply followed behind him, not speaking or trying to defend himself. Ignazio just thought about his actions as the scene replayed in his head over and over again. Ignazio knew about Wind Apparitions, and the fact he was able to utilize a skill like Gravity Well and effectively in such a small place Ignazio didn’t have much of a choice. ”Even if I explained it to you, you wouldn’t understand.” he said as he walked over to the bleachers and passed his instructor before taking a seat on the extended wooden seat and laid down. ”I didn’t kill him, so there’s no point in talking to me about this. I’ve stopped myself from doing a lot worse in more dangerous situations and exorcises since I’ve been here. I’ve been through more field runs within my family line as a tamer than I have at True Cross. I’m not idiot, I have restraints, but pushing at a bull constantly and you’ll release a demon far worse than Satan himself” Ignazio said as he pulled his hands from his pockets and crossed them over his chest. Ignazio just wanted to leave and go back to his dorm room and get some rest. The amount of Qi he used may have returned but not at the quality they once had. Soon his stomach started to growl and he turned his head to the right and looked at the ceiling. ”If you’re going to keep me here you better be feeding me, Sensei.” Ignazio hissed as he stopped moving once they reached the office doors.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Abiel listened to his junior without responding immediately, he didn't like the way he was dismissed, but put it more towards his youth than any real disrespect. Still he could see that he needed to talk to him directly.
“This isn't just about the spar, you know. You think ahead, but I don't know if you considered everything. I know I didn't.” he trailed off for a moment before opening the door to his office quietly. “I was a student here, and I too was ahead of all those around me. I had experience, skill, and power. I crushed my fellow students again and again. One was particularly annoying to me. So I made a point of humiliating him completely.” he recounted his time in the academy, he remembered the eyes of the boy he'd bullied through his superior nature. Closing his eyes for a moment he remembered too much about that man now.
“My own teacher saw the discontent between us, and tried to help us get along, but he pissed me off like no one else. The gulf between us was incredible.” then he quietly rubbed his hands together as he took a seat and proffered one to Ignazio “Then one day we were out on a small mission, should have been easy...but it wasn't. Something that shouldn't have been there showed up...I reacted poorly.”
He rubbed his neck as he continued. “For a moment my life was in the hands of a young man I had showed my superiority through endless beatings...and he left me. I should have died...but I had a trump card that he didn't know about. Even still I only barely held out. I never forgot that it wasn't him who abandoned me...I had abandoned him long before that.” Abiel finished carefully as he considered several things.
“You never know what the future holds, and we have enough enemies. I just don't want you to have to experience what I did back then. We all have our moments where we need to release your frustrations. You are powerful amongst your peers. Sometimes being the best means knowing when to step away. Test not the common man, for even a king needs subjects, eh?” Abiel tried to end warmly, then he noticed his students state, and smiled warmly “Ah, then how about we got get some Monjayaki then?”
• Joushi had continued firing, emptying the last of the 40-round clip, copper-coated 9mm AUPO bullets raining down upon and into the thick hide of the Hobgoblins flesh and bones. Still Joushi could only risk firing short bursts, not wanting to increase the already present risk of accidentally firing a bullet or more into the scaled skin of the giant Naga, injuring Joushi's closest ally and security. The Dragoon was not the strongest physically, heavily relying on the Naga to be as though the shield, baring the brunt of many attacks. But even as Joushi tried to rid the large serpent of the weight and slowing grasp of the Hobgoblin horde, the Naga's violent flicking of its body only able to do so much to fling and fend off the waves of demon's that grabbed and pushed down on its mass. It was inevitable, Joushi decided, green eyes witnessing the grasping paws and gapping jaws draw closer, Naga's body slowed to a crawl, head drawing low to the ground once again. Joushi tried to think, adrenalin running through with the steady, if slightly faster than normal, heart rate. Embrace adrenalin, don't let it push you into desperate, foolish manuevers, as Joushi's father would remind. Well right now the adrenalin may have been winning, turning Joushi's potential fast-paced reasoning into a halting traffic jam, conflicting thoughts clashing loudly in the mind and preventing the Dragoon from marking the next, safe, step. The Naga needed to escape from the waves, its mass far too large and ill-fitting to fight against and shake off the crazed Hobgoblins swarming like ants over sugar. Something with wings? Joushi's mind suddenly brought up the memory of a recent text from the pink-haired teenagers mother - a Pegasus. Such a form would keep Joushi safe and the Demon ally - the only issue was how to allow the Naga enough time and room to complete the transformation without being completely overwhelmed and ripped apart by the food-crazy Hobgoblins. But it seemed it was too late to relay such information to Kit now...
Green eyes narrowed, magazine case empty as the horde had managed to form a high enough pyramid, getting within striking distance of Joushi. A Hobgoblin launched itself forward off the top of the dog pile, flat feet pushed out front, three claws on both, and wide mouth open as far as it could, teeth and saliva completely bared. Joushi turned the Benelli CB M2 so on of its flat sides was facing out, acting as a rough shield from the Hobgoblin. The Demon's paws landed on the submachine gun, shoving the duel wield weapon deep into Joushi's chest and knocking the teenager off of the head of the Naga. Falling, the Hobgoblin was still on Joushi, jaws snapped shut around the weapon. They landed roughly, squashing other Hobgoblins. One exploaded into smoke, but it did little to cushion the fall. The height of the drop did little damage, but the hulking weight of the Hobgoblin on top crushed Joushi's thin frame, cracking ribs by slamming the gun down into the Dragoon's chest. The sound of cracking was muffled and swallowed almost whole by the stompeading feet of the horde and their cries along with still shrillling alarm. The Hobgoblin on top of Joushi ripped upward, tearing the submaching out of Joushi's grip while pushing its feet further into the Dragoon's cest, compressing the already cracked ribs and diggin its claws in, drawing blood and cutting through the thin material of the white shirt, marring the perfect, non-blemished skin, its light tan even and smooth now disrupted as light rivulets of blood seeped into the shirt down the defining valleys that mapped Joushi's torso. Upon realising fresh meat was amongst them, more of Hobgoblins pounced forward, one slamming a paw down onto a pink crown, opening a gash in Joushi's forehead, above a slender eyebrow. The Hobgoblins and gun were sent flying, bashed away by a serpentine head, loudly hissing and low, covering Joushi while its body sluggishly pulled itself along to swirl tightly around the immediate space around its master, slowed by the weight of Hobgoblins on its lengthy body. Until its body was wrapped tightly enough around its fallen and injured master the Naga continued to batter away Hobgoblins with its head, occaisonally snapping up a mouthful and throwing them with a snap of its head, sending Hobgoblins flying whole or with some limbs missing, hanging from the scaled lips.
Protected by the fleshy shell of the living serpent Demon, Joushi pulled up an elbow and pushed an injured torso up. Tucking a leg under, the Dragoon was positioned into a kneeling position. Pain was present within the teenager, alerting the student of where injuries lay. Joushi didn't need to feel out with slender fingers for broken bones, feeling the way they ached and screamed with the earlier movements. However Joushi did do a search of the open wounds, finger tips brushing the cuts in the white shirt before reaching for the brow. A warm trickle could be felt dancing down one side of Joushi's face, narrowly avoiding a calm, green eyes. With on the pads of two fingers proving the trickle to be Joushi's own blood the Dragoon reached with the same hand to rest on the nose of the Naga. Its body had been wrapped around Joushi while keeping its head tucked in as well, red eyes watching the human with sadness and care resonating in their depths. A ruby red tongue slowly slid out through the natural gap between its two lips, gently flickering and tasting the heady scent of blood in the air of this small, closed space. Joushi rubbed a thumb on the scaled nose, red and green eyes meeting holding gazes, in what was meant to be a comforting gesture. A small hiss was purred by the serpent, strain visible in its features as it held strong against the horde climbing and piling over its coiled body. After giving the nose a small pat Joushi once again pulled out the Mateba revolver, opening the semi-automatic's chamber and using clean fingers to pull the empty shell casings out, dropping them into a single pocket of the blue and beige leather bag before delving deeper for the small box of .357 Magnum revolver ammo. Slipping two fingers past the carboard box's opening, Joushi retrieved two more rounds to replace the earlier spent ones, leaving Joushi with a fully loaded handgun.
Hold up inside of the nest of coiled snake hide and flesh, Joushi was unaware of the exertions of fellow exorcists. Sound was muffled by the thick body of the Naga, the limb wound closed and tight, allowing no gaps. It didn't help that the alarm and the cries of the Hobgoblins were already swallowing their cries, but no there would be no hope of Joushi hearing their shouts for help. The gunshots of Akemi's duel handguns were an echoing thud, pounding weakly through Naga's body, alerting Joushi of the presence of, perhaps, yet another Dragoon. Unless one of them had located the thrown submachine gun. However Joushi believed the sound to be different from the Benelli CB M2's own unique fire. They were too spaced out, not at all as close and consistant as the submachine gun. The winding blow to Alaric's stomach was also missed by the teenager dressed in pastel. Unaware of the dogpiling to the lavender-haired teen did not, however, make Joushi unaware of a spike in Qi. Joushi had been aware Alaric's Demonic affinity from the start, sensing the weak energy of his Demon aura. Alaric and the fellow cram school students were still close enough to sense, dotted around the pink-haired Dragoon in the sea of Demon aura, like flecks of dust in water. But Alaric's usage of his demonic affinity made him stand out, if only briefly, although the type of affinity remained hidden to Joushi. Green eyes narrowed slightly, head bowed, as another flare of Qi appeared, closer to the entrance of the Gymnasium, announcing a presence the Dragoon had yet to encounter that day. Natsuhiboshi Akai's Qi Severing technique was perhaps the only reason Joushi was able to pick him out of the sea of Demons, the Doctor's yelled introduction lost in the ringing of the alarm, the stampeading horde of Hobgoblins feet on wood, and the Demons' shouts and battle-crazed cries. Again another spike occured as Alaric once more summoned his weak aura to manipulate a natural affinity - and once again Joushi was unable to discern exactly what had transpired.
Around the moment Joushi closed the revolver's cylinder and checked the safety, an announcement and second arrival occured. The fire alarm was shut off as a voice unfamiliar to the Dragoon swept through the room via inbuilt speakers. Joushi signalled to Naga to open its coil enough for the muffled voice to reach the Dragoon. '-ing it thus far, and extend all of you...' the voice began. Joushi listened, still down on one knee and head bowed, absorbing the information being offered. Power, Status, Money. It sounded like both of Joushi's homes - such aspects rulled the worled, and the Dragoon had learned the advantages and disadvantages to both. Holding such things made one a target; holding one or more made them as sought after as the aspects itself. Joushi knew the dangers such targets would be facing, how they could never escape risk until the aspects was handed over to another. But not holding onto either of those aspects meant they had nothing to protect themselves with. With or without, Joushi preferred to hold some by not holding it at all - to live through the powerful, the wealthy, the renown by serving them. Thus earning power without becoming a direct target. And growing up, trained and still learning to serve, made Joushi adept at knowing how to keep such servitude. It would be interesting to see who would enter this 'Pandemonium.' Joushi would, if the rules were agreeable, join in as well, but held no desire of actually winning. Joushi only cared to be sought after by certain types of people, and winning would not accomplish such desired results. Peering out of the Naga's coils, Joushi witnessed the Hobgoblins make their retreat, the large serpent hissing in relief as their swarmed masses' weight left the Naga's form. No-longer being threatened, and free of the pressing weight of a Hobgoblin dog pile, the Naga unwound itself, body turning white as it changed and morphed into an adult fox, taller, however, than any one known to mortals, with long, elegant legs and a full, sweeping tail tipped in white. Big Blue eyes remained on Joushi, watching its master stand up straight an tall without any discernable effort.
Green eyes swept the area, spotting Akemi holstering duel hand guns, thus revealing to Joushi who was responsible for the last sound of gunshots. Akemi and Rogue quickly began discussing the act of traveling elsewhere, their voices being heard and registered clearly in the now empty and silent gymnasium. Rogue had the act as though he was meant to be a hero - a real protagonist - and Joushi was unimpressed. Stating they were the only exorcists on campus was false and revealed the student's uninformed nature of the whole school. In saying that, Joushi did recall the Knight stating he had believed all were exorcists in this massive, sprawling academy. The newest arrival, the one with green hair, also got dragged into the conversation, as well did Alaric. Joushi had nothing to say, and no desire to get involved in the discussion either. Joushi knew what the Dragoon and fox needed to do at this second, and it did not involve the five other students.
"Collect my spent rounds." Joushi whispered to Kit before turning and walking over the now pitted wood that used to be polished floor of the ball court to the dropped submachine gun some feet away. The pace was calm, even, disguising the Dragoon's crushed bones, but not the blood pouring down from the left brow. Fingers holstered the Materba Semi-automatic revolver before buttoning up the over-sized, thick cardigan, the heavy material hanging from the thin frame, threatening to fall off of slender shoulders. Reaching the thrown submachine gun, Joushi knelt back down onto one knee, hands and analytical green eyes roaming the two-handed weapon to find light teeth marks in the hard metal but little else in the way of damage. Detatching the shoulder brace, Joushi packed the weapon back into the leather messenger bag. Slender fingers were tucking the various items neatly into the bag, close to finishing when a voice filled the gymnasium, overrulling the sounds of all else.
"If you’re afraid then you should have never decided to enter this Academy." Joushi stood and turned, green eyes finding the tall, confident posture of Ignazio Barthomeloi. The Dragoon did not approach, allowing the strong male to address the rest of the students without Joushi interrupting. No, pink-haired teenager would not anger the Barthomeloi heir willingly, desiring instead Ignazio's approval, for various reasons. Hearing Ignazio berrating all of the students for carrying weapons, Joushi could only stand, green eyes blinking occaisonally while the soft pads of Kit's feet threaded through the gym. The slender, long fox picked up spent rounds in its mouth, smelling each one before doing so. When its mouth was full it would carry them back and dip its head to drop them in a pocket Joushi held open in the messenger bag before running back to collect the others. With its sense of smell Kit was able to differentiate the type of bullets from Joushi's submachine gun and Akemi's hand guns' cassings, avoiding Akemi's deliberately out of training. The Dragoon's head bowed at the sound of Ignazio speaking Joushi's name, green eyes closing as the soft reprimand was spoken and taken without a sound. Joushi revealed nothing, meeting Ignazio's gaze without flinching or blinking, posture straight and sound, the ache of cracked bones dull while still. It seemed, however, that Alaric had taken to Ignazio's blunt criticism with an insulted manner, the two exchanging words quickly growing heated between them. Kesshin, meanwhile, appeared more optimistic, if somewhat hopelessly so, or perhaps the better word would be clueless, when not muttering names to himself. Akemi eventually approached Ignazio, using logic and a calm, authoratative tone. But by that time Ignazio had lost his temper, allowing his Qi to flood his body and fill Joushi's senses. A golden light enveloped the Barthomeloi's frame while the pink-haired teenager's eyes fluttered, a dark, warm feeling filling the Dragoon's blood. Taking a deep breath, Joushi calmed, heart returning to a regular beat under the teen's own will. Ignazio dealt with both Kesshin's and Akemi's approach with a cooler head, but Joushi sensed Alaric would remain a nuisance to the silver-haired Tamer's state of mind. And it appeared Joushi was correct as Ignazio issued a challenge of an illegal duel between himself and the others. Meanwhile Natsuhi circled the gathered group, elisting narrowed green eyes to warn the smaller, enthusiastic male to keep his distance, the slight change in posture causing the tall, elegant fox to swish its tail in annoyance.
Rogue took up Ignazio's challenge, unbuttening his uniform while Ignazio also readied himself. Joushi took that as a sign to clear the main stage - the open basketball court. With Kit trotting at an even pace at one side, Joushi walked over to a bench nailed to the floor and against the wall. Posture was shifted once seated, settling so the spine was aligned enough to help ease the pressure weighed upon Joushi's ribs. The fox curled up at the Dragoon's feet, body tall enough to comfortably rest its slender head on Joushi's knee. The pair were settled and two pairs, one green while the other was blue, of eyes watched the show. They noted Akemi do the same, seperating herself from the battle but remaining to observe. Natsuhi volunteered to referee before mentioning his involvement with team Gremlin - the very team Joushi was also on. Very well, Joushi decided. The Dragoon already needing to return library books so it was not out of the way for the Dragoon's plans for the day.
Rogue initiated the fight, throwing the first attack. A simple punch, against an oponent who has already gathered Qi in his body, Joushi analysed, would not likely end in Rogue's favour.
"I think then the second rule," Joushi blinked, green eyes sweeping away from Ignazio to take in the sight of yet another arrival; an older male, with a dark tone to his skin and darker voice. He was a teacher, by assumption, and it soon appeared that Ignazio's chance to prove his superiority had been cut abruptly short. For Rogue's benefit, at least, it was perhaps a good change of affairs. It was interesting, however, when Joushi had caught the look of terror flickering through Ignazio's features. Authority figures still held power over the princeling, it seemed. But still Ignazio wanted to continue his bashing - and this Mr. Abiel Gottschalkwas willing to grant it. Ignazio's previous limitations were removed, by Abiel's orders, and the silver-haired teen did not hesitate to bring forth a powerful Demon to face down the Page. Joushi and Kit both stirred at the sight of the fiery fiend, the tilting back of the Dragoon's head and the twitching of pointed, red ears on the Fox. The Demon was named Innocentius, fire consuming its form asit charged Rogue. Kit's and Joushi attention were diverted briefly as Alaric suddenly entered the frey as well, calling upon a magical item to shoot forth lightning with a yell. Whatever danger Alaric's ring posed was quickly dealth with in a combination attack of the Aria's skill in Fatal Verse and Innocentius' fire. With Alaric officially in the battle Ignazio summoned forth yet another Demon - a Pazuzu! Joushi had seen these before, and the familiarity they held to... But Joushi was too weak, too inexpereinced to ever consort with a Pazuzu and enlist it as an ally. It would be beautiful to see their grace in conflict for once.
Alaric summoned multiples of lightning beasts, inciting Ignazio into sending forth the familiars. Alaric was soon trapped in a circle of fire, eyes watching for his reaction. The lavender-haired boy summoned forth his demonic energy once more, causing Joushi's green eyes to narrow in thought as the Dragoon witnessed Alaric to summon wind as his element. He was a kin of Anyanka. That may have been the reason behind Garuda's pause, as illustrated by Ignazio's vocalisation, which, if left silent, would have let the hesitation go by unnoticed. It would also explain Joushi's feel of familiarity with Alaric and the Wind Apparition's handsome appearence. All of these marked Alaric as kin of Anyanka. Joushi should have worked this out earlier... Ignazio's announcement of his will to exorcise all demons got no response from Joushi, knowing, or at least having some evidence to suspect, otherwise, but it did bring Joushi's attention completely back onto the battle at hand. Green eyes witnessed Ignazio's growing anger and desperation, sight unseemly to the expectations installed into Joushi from a young age. Ignazio's fire fiend withdrew, sending its flames to its master, forming into a rapier before Ignazio thrust the blade to Alaric's chest - again a voice boomed, freezing the fight, and Ignazio's blade. Abiel had ended the fight, but had not ceased Ignazio's anger. The Tamer angrily declared himself victor, and dealt out the punishment he had promised of servitude in the form of crossdressing and hours of slavery. Along with a touch of blackmail otherwise. Joushi was unimpressed by Ignazio's lack of emotional control, having thought the stronger male was more appropriate. Abiel and Ignazio walked off to the side lines, conversing amongst themselves. Joushi laid a hand on Kit's head, fingers gently rubbing a single, pointed ear of soft, silky fur. If this was over, then Joushi needed to locate a Doctor capable of healing ribs or at least enough skill to bandage the chest and aid the healing process. From there the Dragoon would then relocate to the library, as instructed by Team Gremlin's leader; Natsuhiboshi Akai. Of course, Joushi would wait to see if there was anything Ignazio desired from the Dragoon first.

The battle grew and grew as time went on. The tamer showed off his skill level comparing it between the two. The first summoned was a fire demon. Akemi's eyes narrowed as she saw a demon who followed under her father's rule. She swore that one day she would kill her own demon father, and seeing this fire demon only reminded her to always have her goal in sight and never loose focus. She watched the battle, continuing to keep out of the battle. But she moved her sight over to the man who promised to stop the battle if things had got to serious, then back again. Now the Tamer summoned a wind demon, but this one acted differently. It hesitated at act immediately, and it seemed her master knew why. Akemi saw that as a bit strange, weren't tamer's demon's do as they are told? It wasn't attacking him so what was bothering the demon? Ignazio was smart, he used the wind demon to increase the flame of the fire demon, creating a vortex around alaric. The tension in the room increased. The vortex closed in on Alaric and things were looking good, then a large gust of wind dispersed the vortex and alaric announced who he really was. Akemi was infuriated by his action to unmask himself. However, Ignazio did not stop and rushed towards alaric with actions to kill. A loud gunshor like sound rung in the gym and her attention was pulled over. Finally the man stopped the battle and called ignazio over. Looking back at the battle Ignazio's sword was stopped hovering over his heart.
Akemi moved from the spot she didn't move from the entire battle and glared at Alaric. Her calm and blank face was no longer there and her anger was shown in her face. The closer she approached Alaric she more angry she got. Her pace was average, but she couldn't get to him fast enough. She stopped right in front of him and glared into his eyes. She growled and raised her right hand, and went to slap him across the face."What in the hell, do you think you're doing?!" Being a half-demon herself she knew the potential danger's he just brought forth on himself. She knew the boys were all idiots but she wouldn't of thought they were this careless."How could you be so careless! Do you have a death wish?!"Akemi was not going to express the fact that she was the daughter of fire king, Iblis. Her normal behavior was gone, no calm physique, no emotionless face, no blame stairs, no. Only anger was the only thing on her mind and face. She had to remember to calm herself down to continue to hide her powers. She took a deep breath an exhaled. putting her emotions back in check and looked back to him"I Apoligize for my actions. Forgive me." She gave a slight bow out of respect following her apology.

Equipment Name: Banishing Bullets x2 Description: These are known as Banishing Bullets, they are made from sacred steel blessed by four of the world’s most virtuous monks, which is the same method in order to create a demon sword but instead of placing the soul of a demon into the steel, the bullets are in a raw purified form laced in holy water and holy wine, which makes them highly dangerous towards low and mid-level demons. Etched into the side of the bullets is a crucifix which binds this hold power together. Demons shot with one of these bullets can lead directly to death because of the high amount of holy energy. They tend to completely destroy the targeted area so it turns to nothing but dust. A shot to the head is fatal for low level Demons while upper level demons might take more than a single shot to kill them with these bullets. If a mid-level or higher demon is shot with one of these bullets are able to resist the holy power for a period of time but the bullet must be removed as soon as possible if they want to survive and start healing. Locations shot with these bullets won’t heal until the bullet is properly removed. Half-Demons are also affected by these bullets but they tend to suffer milder side effects because of their human side but because they are still demons they will feel as if they are being burned alive from the inside out starting from the location the bullet entered the body and will eventually make its way to their hearts. Quantity: --------- [x10] BULLETS (per battle) x2 =20 Respawn Rate: Unlimited – Respawn after battles and your character goes to get more from a store or True Cross.

It seem like Alaric was saved before, Ignazio did some real damage. "Well I really did go overboard there didn't I?" he thought to himself. He has to admit it was very weird to be bind by an invisible force. He had to thank the man name, Abiel Gottschalk, for him stopping the fight because if he didn't then Alaric would have done something more stupid. He just sat there and took a break, so he can regain his energy a bit. While he took a break, he started to think about his own actions, "Was there any other way round this? If I started the battle instead of Rogue, I could have been able to get a few more hits before he summoned his familiar. Also I wouldn't have to summon the Lightning Beast to stop his familiar from hurting Rogue. Also what could have I done about the fire torrent? If I had a weapon I could have use it and pretend I used force like I did before or use the half demon ability, but that would took all my Qi. Sadly the item I have that stop magic only works on holy magic. I could have given up, I mean I really didn't care about fighting at the beginning. I just wanted to have some fun and see how far I can go with back and forth smack talk, but that ended in a fight. Other then the option of not fighting I believe there wasn't much I could. I really am inexperience, maybe after some classes I can re think that fight," he thought.
While he was in thought, Akemi made her way towards him and before he could react he was slapped in the face. His eye widen in confusion. After she started to speak he started to realize why she slap him. He did do something that most will find stupid. Alaric stood up after, Akemi slapped him, "There is no reason to say sorry," he said. He looked at Akemi and made eye contact, "You have all reason to be angry with me. I really do something stupid, didn't I?" he asked with a slight chuckle. "I think I do have a death wish," he said with another chuckle. It seem like Alaric started to make jokes, but it was more like he was masking his stupidity. "Quite honestly I am rather happy I did that. I really hate keeping secrets. It bugs me too no end. I know I would have done it sooner or later, most like sooner," he said as he rubbed the back of his head. "Also I never wanted to keep it in a secret anyway. My father wanted me too and now I see why. It seem like people hate all kind of demons no matter if they have human blood," he said as he looked back Ignazio. He started to think about what he said about killing all of the demons within the Academy. His eyes looked down from him and turned his attention back too Akemi. He smiled at her, "I don't mind if you slap from my future stupidity. If I was going to get slap I would rather it be a pretty girl, like yourself," he said slightly flirting with Akemi.

Natsuhi watched as the boy, Rogue, get smashed into the ground. All he could do was put his hand over his face a bit disappointed. Natsuhi atleast tried to place a limit on the Barthomeloi but some good that did. He sighed as he continued watching. Out of nowhere he heard the voice of a teacher. The battle stopped as Natsuhi looked behind him to see Ariel enter the gymnasium. Natsuhi thought that he’d see the fray and break the two up but instead to his disappointment he basically told them that they could fight at full power against each other. He wasn’t too pleased about this but he supposed that the enemy wouldn’t be going easy on them in a real fight. He simply shrugged it off and watched the pink haired chick go and take a seat.
As they fought behind him he could feel the pressure from the summoning of Ignazio’s demons and he wasn’t all too fazed by it. He had gotten use to them and now they were allies against those of Gehenna. After a short walk he looked at the girl to assess the damage that she had taken from the horde of hobgoblins. He was a bit disappointed at himself from not noticing her injuries earlier. If he had not been so busy being nosey with everyone and their hidden demonic Qi. “I apologize for not tending to your wounds earlier my fault,” he said rubbing the back of his neck. Before he could start the healing he heard a gun shot signaling that the match was over. “That was rather quick,” he noted turning his head just to peer out of his perifial seeing Ignazio’s flaming sword barely grazing Alaric’s chest. “Good,” he though sighing. He was happy that he wouldn’t have to heal another person. He looked back at Joushi again having forgot her for a moment. “I did it again, I’m so so so so sooooo sorry,” he said dropping down to his knees and bowing. He lost his train of though rather fast when it came to healing people if other things were going on around him. “I’ll heal you now,” he said motioning for her to lay down on the bleacher . As he waited he reached into his bag strapped to his lower back and pulled out a poison he knew would help with the pain. She’d be in less pain from the numbing effect which would also help in the healing. “I’ll need you to drink this as it will numb the pain and then I’ll begin the healing process but it will take a while,” he explained as he handed her the Jigenkou poision smiling to try and make her comfortable. He looked over to see her familiar collecting bullet shells, not all of them just certain ones, he presumed were hers. It was rather interesting as most people just left them there for the janitors to pick up with was rather odd as wouldn’t that mean that the janitors knew about the True Cross Academy and would tec hnically mean that humans knew about their endevours then again they could be hired by the Vatican to dispose of things like this in any situation. By this time his thoughts had trailed off from his original assignment. He saw the creature come place the shells back in her bag and realized he went off topic again. “Gah, I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m so sorry,” he apologized yet again bowing.

Sorry to announce this so suddenly but Kesshin The Dreamer has left the guild this morning. Please continue as if he was never originally here. Thank you.
• Green eyes turned to achknowledge the pink-eyed doctor. The Dragoon watched Natsuhi get distracted several times, all the while Joushi remained unmoving, until the Docotor knelt down in front of the pastel-clad teenager and produced a small bottle of a numbing chemical. Green eyes blinked, looking at the bottle but not taking it. Joushi finally moved after a few seconds, fingers reaching up to unbotton the over-sized, pale green cardigan, but leaving its soft, thick wool to hang off of slender shoulders before begining to unbotton the white shirt, its collar stained in blood. Starting from the top, the parting material slowly revealed the slight dip of Joushi's breast bone, flesh rising softly from the central line. Deep nicks and smears of blood from Hobgoblin paws made their home here. Further down unconvered the start of flat of a stomach, definition lacking, and dark, painful bruising. Black and purples swallowed the lower section of Joushi's ribs, ringed with greens, oranges, and some blue. Such bruising would indicate tremendous pain, yet Joushi had kept a perfectly calm expression, body posture straight and sound. Shirt unbottoned, the white fabric hung from Joushi's shoulders, only revealing a single ribbon of lightly tanned skin. The tan, leather straps of Joushi's handgun holster held the shirt from being taken from the Dragoon's shoulders, although that was still hidden from sight by the soft wool of the cardigan. Hands bracing on the wooden bench, Joushi turned and began to lie down, a calm expression on the teenager's features. The fox hopped up on the bench, situating its fluffy tail under Joushi's head to act as a pillow.
"If you could mend my ribs, I'd appreciate it." Joushi spoke, emotion lacking. After a pause, the Beast Charmer continued. "Apologies. Battle and injuries make me... peculiar. I'll be fine without the pain reliever."

After her hand impacted she left a tingle on the palm of her hand. After her bow she looked down and turned her hand over, seeing the palm completely red. She hit him harder than she thought. But her apology wasn't accepted. It wasn't accepted because he felt she had no reason to do so. 'Laughing? Is he laughing? I just slapped him and he's laughing it off.' He truly was a one of a kind person. Most people would be furious with her slapping them across the face."Well that SECRET, can and will get you killed." She kept eye contact with the boy. He went on to say how his father was the one to tell him to keep it a secret."You would be wise to take his advise from this moment on. Your life may of been spared today but it may not be in the future." She could tell he understood the dangers of letting people knowing who he really was, but she was honestly glad to see there was one other person in the Cram school with demon heritage. Alaric attempted to flirt with Akemi and she couldn't help but blush a light shade of pink. Her broke eye contact with the boy and looked away to gather herself."I'll keep that in mind." She cleared her throat and looked back at the boy. she was cuirous, but she didn't want to pushed."So tell me, Mr. Erzengel was it? Who is your father?" Was he's father a deamon king as well. If so that meant that they would be demon cousins. Which was weird for her to think about, Akemi never met any of her cousins or other human family members. Probably due to the fact that her human father, the one who raised her, feared her hurting them.

After watching the girl simply disrobe he began to assess the damage that had been done. The blood from the scratches and the discoloring from the bruises was almost like artwork upon his nearly perfec t body. If Natsuhi began to blush when he noticed that her chest was actually flat and similar to his, Joushi was a guy. Once he was situated and decided against the numbing poison he simply placed it back into his satchel along his lower back and decided to begin his treatment. He looked at his hands which from a distance would look regular but were actually scarred with a symbol on each of his palms. “Berkana,” he said activating his rune. His Qi moved through the symbols on his hands sending a wave of energy in the form of a green light onto her body. He placed his hands, one just below his diaphram and the other on his sternum. The green light shone brightly as it began to work on his body. Natsuhi’s face was still red from embarrassing himself by calling Joushi a girl. He looked into his eyes and they were emotionless which he immediately looked away from hoping that he hadn’t gotten caught. Taking a deep breath to level his head as he began to focus on Joushi’s healing.
Joushi’s body would push his ribs back into their correct place, this being the most painful part, and his ostioplast and ostioclast would begin to reform the bone. The colors of his bruises began to change to show the healing effects of the Rune: Red first indicating the broken capillaries, then turning a bluish purple showing the iron in the blood being stopped momentarily, green indicating the healing process, then a yellowish color showing that the blood in the area has be absorbed back into the body, and finally back to his natural skin tone. The scratches on his chest began to change the blood in them to a dark red as the blood dried and clotted, then a brown showing the scab was forming, then it grew darker before finally diappearing to show that the wound had healed with no scar. All the while doing this he said nothing, instead focusing on his healing of the pink haired guy laying before him. Once all of the marks and discoloration was gone he continued to let the green light sit on Joushi’s body just incase he might have missed anything minor.
“Alright, we are done,” he said as the green light ceased. He stared at the boy for a moment before realizing his hands were still on his chest. He immediately removed them and began to blush yet again. “Umm..,so-sorry,” said Natsuhi apologizing for maybe the fourth or fifth time now. “All of your wounds should be healed and you should be able to fight at full strength immediately if need be,” he explained all the while looking up at the ceiling of the gym to keep from looking at Joushi again.

Ignazio followed his instructor inside the office and closed the door behind him, before taking a seat and listening to the sob story about being left behind in combat and some other nonsense he didn’t really care about. Ignazio crossed his right leg over his left and then placed his hands through his hair as he began to play in it slowly trying to restyle it to its original form before the goblin raid on the campus. But the strands kept falling down in front of his face. Ignazio continued to try and fix his hair as the man told his story but eventually gave up and pulled his hair back into a ponytail and tied it down with one of his paper sutras. Ignazio looked up at Abiel as he was nearing the end of his explanation and eventually mentioned food. ”If I was going to kill him or the other one, I would have done it in one action, I’m not one to get direct with attacking people unless I’m pressured into it or I lose it, like before. But I’m not going to explain my actions to you.” Ignazio said as he pushed himself out of the chair and then placed his hands into his pockets as he looked at Abiel, giving him direct eye contact. ”Not to show any disrespect or anything, I wouldn’t have gone all out like that if he didn’t reveal himself as a demon nor would I have aimed for his heart if he didn’t try to kill me first.” Ignazio continued as he motioned towards the door after leaving his chair and placing his hand on the door knob. ”Gravity Well, it’s not a very powerful demonic spell, but when used properly it can, not only crush objects into nothing, it removes all forms of oxygen in the air around while pulling everything closer together in order to compact it. For him to produce a fully functioning Well with little trouble, not only made him a threat to myself, but to everyone at this academy and True Cross.” the tamer explained as his voice returned back to its original calm state. Ignazio’s hand began shaking as he turned around and faced Abiel. ”I’ve never felt fear for my life before, not like that, not the type that causes for me to die at the hands of someone lesser than myself, or even half the blood of the beast that bore it. I wasn’t just afraid, I was infuriated with myself for being caught off guard. Garuda wanted to tell me something about him, but I didn’t listen to her, I should have, but now I’ll be sure to ask her later what it was about that boy that made her hold back her full strength. She purposely avoiding striking him within the pack of Lightning Beast and she made sure that when she caused the torrent Innocentius created she didn’t hit any vital organs. This strategy is Queen’s Blade, we’ve used it numerous amounts of times, and she’s never managed to miss killing a target.”
Ignazio looked down and closed his eyes as he focused on the details of the fight as he body began shaking. The effects the Gravity Well had on his psyche were still had yet to fade from his thoughts as he forced himself to remain calm and return to a normal standing position. Ignazio opened his eyes and looked at Abiel. ”A Page that acts like that is trouble, he fought recklessly, as if he wanted me to know he was a demon by the end. He has no regard for his life or those around, I’m shocked he actually has control over his demonic powers. I don’t wish for the destruction of all demons, but, that one, I’ll make an exception for. Abiel, keep him away from me, if you know what’s good for him and this academy, I don’t have a problem destroying the whole place to kill one demon. My father’s rule is it doesn’t matter how much damage you cause to the area, as long as you eliminate the threat by the end of it, that’s all that matters. The protection of millions is worth the sacrifice of thousands.” Ignazio stated before turning back to the door and opening it before taking a single step outwards, he turned around and looked at Abiel and then placed both hands into his pockets. ”Mr. Gottschalk, please understand me, I’m not one to slay without purpose, but I believe I have allowed you to gage the abilities of two of your Pages for class. I’m heading out, I’ll order something for dinner once I get back to my room. I’ll schedule a training session for the squad in the morning. Seeing how it’s still only Lloyd and myself.” Ignazio said before leaving the office area completely and walking through the gymnasium avoiding eye contact and everyone remaining, he didn’t want to hear them, see them, or even think of them being there, his only focus at this point was leaving.
Ignazio continued walking until he reached the gym doors, ever so calmly and opened them in one swift motion and left. Leaving behind a burnt floor and shattered windows from his little skirmish.
