Catch is, you only get to keep one of the twins, and the other goes to a friend of your choice.
Yes, you HAVE to give one away.
You CAN NOT give one away to a friend that has already had their December freebie.
They will count towards both of your December freebies, meaning that you and your friend can not be CC'd for the plushie conversions but you CAN be rolled in January.
Also, a person can only be gifted ONCE. Meaning, if Person A wanted to give to person B and person C wanted to gift to person B... They can only get one of those and the other has to be gifted to someone else!
