Kumi looked confused as he said stuff to himself. She had the "question mark above the head" look on her face. Another worker called her over and she turn. "I guess i have to start working again," She said sadly.

Kitty watched Kumi talk for a while. She finished her food. She drained the last of her coffee and put some money on the table to cover her bill. Then she slipped away from the table while Frizen was still talking to Kumi. She was glad that Frizen had saved her life, but it still creeped her out a bit that it was her job to follow her. She walked outside and headed for home.

Kumi went back to work. The night soon came and the sky was lit with stars. Kumi sighed as she looked up to the sky as she was giving a customer their order. "Such beauty," She said.

Firzen kept looking after Kitty. He sighed. Why is this so hard all the time... He took another drag of the cigarret, keeping the smoke in his lungs for a long time. Why do we have to keep it a secret? He kept gazing at Kitty, but he didn't notice. And why do i have to get the lowlifers... He closed his eyes a bit, blowing out the smoke into the air. "Why oh why..." He whispered by himself...

Kumi walked back inside the cafe and finished her work. Placing her apron on the rack, She grabbed her paycheck and walked out the door. Her homework wasn't finished and she needed to get back to her apartment to finish it.

Firzen got up from his seat. He was rather depressed. He looked around, seeing that Kitty had disappeared. She was probably in her apartment. He sighed. Then he saw Kumi. He smiled slightly, shaking his head, heading for Kitty's apartment. On his way, he was looking for empty cardboard boxes. He wouldn't walk into Kitty's apartment without her telling him it was okay, so he decided to sleep at the streets for tonight...

Kumi walked into her apartment to see Mizu. She smiled at her. "Welcome home," Mizu said. "Thanks," Kumi responded as she walked into her room. She finished her homework in an hour but fell asleep soon after.

Firzen sat outside of Kitty's apartment. He had been unsuccesfull at finding cover, so he had to sleep without. He looked at the sky. It was dark, and cloudy. He could already feel small drops of rain. He shook his head, as he curled together, trying to keep his body-heat and trying to fall asleep...

Kumi woke up in the middle of the night. She stood from her bed and looked out the window. Rain had been pouring and the city looked dreary. She looked farther and saw Firzen in the rain. She grabbed her umbrella and coat and walked down to see him. Once she was next to him she began to speak. "You look very uncomfortable. Do you want to go to my apartment? I don't want you to get sick."

Firzen woke up, still tired and freezing cold. With half-closed eyes, he looked up at Kumi. "N-no... I re-really d-don't want-t to b-b-bother you... A-and b-b-besides, I h-hardl-ly know y-y-you..." He smiled faintly, shaking from the cold. It had rained since he fell asleep. He reached for his pocket, shaking heavily, and pulled out the packet of cigarrets. He pulled out his lighter, and tried to turn on the cig, but his flame was constantly put out, and it didn't take long before the tobaco was as wet as him...

Kumi smiled at him put the umbrella over him and grabbed his hand. "Don't worry about it," She said tugging him, "Come on. You're drenched. I can't just leave you out here."

Firzen took her hand, clearly surprised. "Th-th-thank y-you." He smiled, shaking heavily. He kept under the umbrella, trying to keep heated. It was hard, as an normal human would've had a massive drop of temperature. He smiled at Kumi, his teeth clattering a bit...
