"Yes exactly. that explosion yesterday was my ship crash landing on this planet." Jin said with a smile thinking she got it. he still had his hand out to help her out."all though i can't seem to remember why i crashed. or what was doing before it."

Natsumi looked up at him, staring into his golden orbs, and lost in them. She was silent, and didn't want to break the mood by speaking. She took his hand, and intwined her fingers within his. She smiled, but then, suddenly shivered. The night was cold and she had just realized her window was open, from before. Then her mind whirled, thinking of everything, and she went pale. This must be the time when her body was going to decide to give out on her. The shock had worn, and she was already back on the bed, she looked up at Nyx weakly, with a small smile of reassurance.
I'll be fine.....I guess....my body just...the blood from earlier.....my body just realized it.... And that's when she passed out.

"Explosion? Ship?...." She looked practically dumbfounded and didn't know if either she should believe him or not. Then the memories of night before came back to her. Was that sound really from a ship crash? It made prefect sense. Naomi calmed her mind for once and crossed her legs indian style before rubbing her the bridge between her nose. "Ok that makes sense....." Great he had temporary memory loss and nowhere to stay. Would gramps mind if he stayed here as a pet/ guest until he could recover his memory? She wasn't too sure he would agree but it was worth a try. "You can stay here for the time being...with no expenses." Naomi finally grabbed his hand and pulled herself up quickly.
Her sudden exhaustion scared him for a bit. She looked tired and frail that he was too scared to even touch her, feeling like she could break easily and he was right but only mentally. Nyx would need to be extra careful with her mind for a few days so wouldn't feel to upset at herself. Taking in a breath before releasing it he watched as she feel into a deep sleep. A few strands of hair fell over her pale face and he brushed it away by impulse as Nyx kissed her forehead and murmured soft words. "Night my love."
He stood up and looked at her one last time before quietly heading out the bedroom door. It was better to distant himself from her right now, he wasn't too in control of himself. Walking down the stairs he started to do some last minute cleaning so it looked like nothing had happen tonight.

Natsumi was tossing and turning as nightmarish images of that night filtered through her head. She whimpered as it replayed, and she suddenly shot up with a little scream, her eyes wide, sweating and breathing heavily.
"nnghh.....I...Oh my God...." Tears were streaming down her face as she clutched her comforter to her chest. She saw it, not what she had seen, but what her mother saw, as if she was seeing through her eyes. She was nauseated, and her head was whirling, and she could hardly sleep.
I think I'm gonna be sick....
She got up from her bed, and she ran into the bathroom, sick. She saw every gory detail, how her mother and father were murdered. Her mother was killed last, and was forced to watch. She was pale, and she went back to her room slowly, falling back against the wall, pale, and her stomach was all fluttery. She was choaking out sobs, and Her head was in her knees. She guessed Nyx was downstairs, and could hear her desperate cries.
I saw...everything....as if I was m-my mother....she watched...she was forced to watch him die....
There were dark circles under her eyes, physically showing her lack of rest.

Letting go of his hand, she dusted off her pants before looking back at him. "You mean Gramps?" Naomi looked away and shook her head. "Of course he doesn't know. He doesn't know your that same dog I found or that your a alien with no memory." Glancing back she eyed him warily before picking up her shoes that were the cause of her fall. "And if he did find out he wouldn't approve of you staying here. I mean.....he wouldn't care your an alien but since your still a man he sometimes gets over protected...." She hated explaining this to him but it was true the last time she walked home with a guy classmate. Her grandpa told her he couldn't come in the house. Walking past him she opened the sliding doors. "So when he's around you have to keep a low profile as a dog....sorry."
Out of exhaustion he finally laid on top the big couch in the living room and slowly shut his eyes. It had only been about fifteen minutes before his ears sprang up in that same alert manner after hearing someone scream. His eyes shot open, red from the little sleep he had. Stubbornly but quickly he got up and started heading for the stairs. After taking the first step he stop when he heard her voice in his mind.
What's wrong?
And with that he bolted up the stairs with new energy and determination to find out what was wrong. Nyx made to her room with ease before stopping again after hearing her next words. He stood there stun when something flashed into his mind forcefully. Images of her mothers death flashed in his head. He could only stagger back for a brief moment. The pain she was going through was great. After the images stopped popping into his head he finally took in a ragged breath and looked at the door that was part way open. Nyx had to keep himself together for her. Opening the door slowly and popped his head out and looked to see her on down on the floor against the wall. Natsumi hair covered her most of her face while she kept it between her knees. He walked to her in a normal pace and kneel down in front of her before pulling her into his arms again.
"It's ok, It's ok.....Natsumi they wanted you to live a good life."

Natsumi was shaking so hard, and she felt so fragile. She was so pale, and she shivered. "s-she....she was trying to protect me....s-she knew....she knew I had stepped out of the house....she didn't want him to find me....and he knew we owned the property....t-the guy they caught...h-he wasn't the murderer....He was a hired accomplice...hired to steal....i-it was my birth father.....he never wanted me....h-he didn't want me to live....He's still after me....He killed them for taking care of me...."
Her head throbbed and she still felt nauseated. She broke from his hold again and scrambled to her feet and ran back to the bathroom, threw up again. She was coming down with something, even she didn't get THIS naueated from something like this.
She shakily went back to Nyx falling on her knees before him and looking up at him.
"I think....I might be coming down with something..." Her face was flushed with fever.
"I don't feel good at all..."

Naomi glance back at him before talking. "Late I suppose.......I forgot to ask...what's your name?" She asked as she headed for the kitchen to get something edible to eat.

She looked white as a ghost and shook uncontrollably. It made him feel forget he was dead tired as he listened to her intently and rubbed her back comfortingly. Natsumi real dad? He had expected her biological parents had died. But one of them were still alive and intended to kill her. Why would someone want to do that was mystery to him. The only thing he knew was that Nyx wouldn't let this go easily with that heartless man. Anger welded up inside him as he thought of how cruel that man was compared to himself. His anger soon dissipated though after Natsumi pulled herself out of his embrace and bolt into the bathroom.
He could hear the sound of her stomach contents come out in a disturbing manner. Something was wrong with her health but he didn't know why. He waited for her to come back and when she did. Natsumi slumped down to the floor in front of him and stared into his eyes with a tired yet sadden look. The dark circles under her eyes were now visible and that worried him that she wasn't getting enough rest. Taking his hand up, he placed it on top of her forehead and felt for a fever. It was a very weak fever and he didn't know what exactly what it was from.
"Your a little feverish, did you eat anything strange?" Concern filled his eyes as he tried to figure out what it might be. Of course it couldn't be from his magic, he never used anything that cold hurt her so what was wrong? Was it that bound they shared was too great on her mind? Wait now that he thought about it he didn't quite understand the full significance of that spell. Panic started to show in his eyes.

Natsumi shook her head, "I haven't really eaten for awhile.....The last time I ate was yesterday....I think its because I'm not eating enough....and my stress built up so far as to make me sick," she muttered, "My foster parents were alway careful with me....when I was younger....after they found me...I had a lot of health stuff...mostly because my mom drank and stuff when she was pregnant...my real mom...I know who my parents really are...I wasn't abandoned....I ran away...when I was five years old...I was just lucky not to become handicap from the things my birth mother did while she was pregnant..."
She was underweight, but it wasn't THAT noticeable, unless you looked at her closely. "My father....was a branded killer....he wasn't married to my mom, she had me out of wedlock, and they barely knew each other....but she told him I was in exsistance when I was 5 years old....he came to erase his mistake....by killing her....and he would've killed me if I hadn't gotten out of there...."
"Too much stress and not eating or sleeping well......it just makes me really sick....and weak....and this time, its because I remember it all....I had short term memory loss for awhile....and I started a whole new life with my foster parents, thinking that was my life, and my real parents died when I was a baby....it wasn't until my foster parents were murdered, I remembered....everything...."
She hardly had any energy, "When you revived me....you erased most of my health problems....I am just getting sick because of not eating and stuff....that's all...." She was still extremly pale, and collapsed into his arms.

As she collapsed into his arms, he let out a sigh. She over exerted herself too much and this was what he had been afraid of happening. Taking her in his arms he carried her back to her bed and set her down gently before getting in bed as well. It was a good idea because he didn't want her to freak out if she woke up alone and besides his lustful urges were gone and replaced with the need to sleep. In the morning he would make her something to eat but right now they both needed to rest.
Laying behind her, he pulled her into his warm embrace. Hopefully her small fever would disappear if he shared some of his body heat with her. Nyx lean arms wrapped around her waist as he laid his head close to the side of her neck. Breathing in her sweet scent his body relaxed, muscles loosening and heart rate slowing down he finally closed his eyes and began to sleep once again.

Natsumi was finally able to sleep peacefully, she curled up to him, and was finally getting some good rest. It wasn't until 3 in the afternoon the next day that she had woken up. She awoke, seeing how she was still in Nyx's arms, she smiled softly, "Good morning...." she said softly, nuzzling him lovingly.
Hey Sleepy head....wake up....its 3 in the afternoon....Thanks for your help last night....
She laughed lightly, but she still had no appetite, he would have to force her to eat.

His ears bobbed up and down cutely when he heard someone waking him. The feel of someone close to him was comforting but just who was it in his arms? Nyx peered one eye open lazily as he looked to see Natsumi next to. Ok now he remembered. He decided to sleep with her so it would be easier if something bad happened he was right their. A small smile formed on his lips as leaned over and kissed her upon the lips.
"Hello....how was your sleep?"
He asked in a tone full of amusement as his ears bobbed again. Her voice was something enjoyable to hear and he loved it.
"Oh!...Yeah I forgot....sorry." She said as she laughed nervously. He did give her his name when he first walked into the dojo but Naomi must have been shocked to say anything or to remember at that. "I'm Naomi......You've already heard my gramps call me that many times." Naomi said as she fished in the firg for something to eat.
