The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution states: Quote: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Today the House and Congress passed NDAA, and its up to be signed by the president. S.O.P.A, i have no ******** idea how it got this far since it tampers with freedom of speech. i think that will get vetoed
Then ndaa, the law that, if passed turns the us into a battleground, giving military beast mode powers and allows them to detain,arrest, and assassinate civillians if they wanted to. Not to mention like the link says, it steamrolls over habaes corpus and the constitution:/
and to top it all off...pizza is now considered a vegetable.
brb pondering about which country to head to in case shyt hits the fan.

So, update from everyones favorite a-hole.
Living in Las Vegas now. No more Jap-land for me. I really don't get on Gaia anymore (if you hadn't noticed) but, I'm still able to be contacted on xbox live or messenger.
