Marksman in the Chaos "Mastema!" Mugiri called forcefully. "I need a word with my master! Please Sir!" He did not yell, but simply talked loudly, hoping whatever devices he had, that Mastema himself would show up soon. He looked around, all this was unfamiliar, and far from where he had been raised. " Clearly I do not need a brain wave moniter to know when you are awake. What is it? I am busy at the moment." Mastema's reply came via telepathy; right now he was watching Thanatos's presentation.

Mugiri was accustomed to this way of language, he had.... heard.. it multiple times. He smiled. 'Well, I would like to see you... afer so long, I would like to know not only if I am forgiven, but what my punishment shall be.... Also, I would like to truly stat our partnership.' He thought to Mastema

*A sword and bazooka? Well it was a start. From low shock to leathal, it was the kind of weapon that one should be warry of. There could always be malfunctions in the internal computers as well. It was something that may need a little tinkering. The weapon however sounded similar to a few human made war devices, something else to be warry of, as humans had proved time and time again, that they were destructive to anything they touched. To perhaps the amusement of some, Eecheb leaned up onto the table slightly, trying to grab at the holographic shell and once split up, the pieces of the casing edge*
Eecheb: o___o heart
*Nana would have likely nabbed him, if her eyes were not still closed*

::Tyrsais would chuckle slightly at Eecheb. If nothing else it was a slightly amusing sight to see him grabbing for the weapon. Somehow he found himself not suprised in the least that, that child was the most interested.::
Well I guess you've thought up all the safety measures for this one as well?

"You will find I am not that sweet, Mugiri. I have matters more urgent to attend to than you at the moment. I suggest you focus more on recovering your energy and making yourself worth allying with; I see no reason to seal an agreement with a bed-ridden warrior." Mastema was really in no mood to be friendly with Mugiri. The newest addition to the citadel force was so far turning out to be a tax. Aside from that, Mastema turned his head when his third son started to grab at the holographic image, making a slight grin appear on his face.
As it turns out, the rest of the table found it rather cute.
"Anno, I have put up the safety restrictions that are," Thanatos began to speak, but soon saw Eecheb as well, "necessary....." Than wasn't sure what to think of his little brother's actions, but he could at least take it as a sign that Eecheb was interested. "The design of the weapon should get rid of any jams or misfires. The only other problem is recoil from the high velocity launch. However, the shells aren't meant to be highly explosive or be very heavy. Thusly, the weapon is actually a lot lighter than it looks and should make it function like a normal RPG-type weapon. As far as I know, Proto is close to completing a mock up model by adapting an already in-use launcher model"
Mastema just nodded, responding to Than then to Eecheb. "Again, well done to both of you. I hope this test will be as much to look at as the melee weapon. Now, Eecheb, perhaps you should save your real interest for the actual model. I believe it will be much more impressive than the image in front of you." His tone of voice was anything but scolding.
Slayer cracked a grin behind his interlocked hands.

*It was more or less the separate projectiles that interested Eecheb. This holographic model did more than just spin in place. It had separate moving parts that moved away from the main unit. Kids... what are you going to do right? They'll get into pretty much anything and everything if allowed. Eecheb swatting at holographic images was no acception. When addressed, the boy turned his head to look at Mastema. One hand was being used to prop himself up on the table, while the other was still partially extended from the holographic swatting. Eecheb's wings were drawn in tightly to his back, and his tail had gone from a rapid wag, to a much lesser one. Mastema would be looked over several times by the lad, as of yet he had not taken his seat though. All that he could gather from it, was that there was going to be another one? Perhaps then Eecheb could get to see the actual mock up in action*

Mugiri growled on a gutteral level, his skin recovering slightly. Energy coursed over him, his cells energized by... something. His new, small, black, and opaque wings unfolded. He raised his hand, clutching what seemed to be nothing, but a ball of literally solid lightning formed, electricity running up his arms, and cracklings to the walls, making an imposing image to anyone. 'but Mastema he thought to himself. He tore away the medical attachments with his right hands, and the electriity died away. "I thought I had proven myself...., but as you have said, master, a bed-ridden warrior is useless. I expect to be ready later today, if you would send me the clothes I formally wore, and some supplies to my dispersal, I would leave you to anything. I apologize for the intrusion, sir." His eyepatch, tattered still, as he had not replaced it since long before now, he ripped off, his bare eyesocket covered with a kind of golden seal.

Cole could see, and that was the first sign that something was wrong.
It wasn't that he could see outside or below himself, he had expected that after testing his powers a bit. No, the problem was that he could see everything all at once in every direction at every point. The sheer vertigo of it was starting to weird him out, and he didn't quite know how to stop it. In fact, he didn't quite know where to stop it. His eyes didn't seem to be open, and he was looking at himself from every angle except the one he wanted.
>_<
Odd that, nothing to panic about (yet, a small part of him said. There's always something to panic about eventually) but still odd.

::Tyrsais would lounge back slightly in his chair. He considered what had been presented so far in the conference. Alot of information had been presented on new defenses, new weapons, difficulties, complaints. Although these issues seemed important enough separately as a whole they presented a whole restructuring as to how things worked in the Citadel. Tyrsais felt only a few things hadn't been addressed so far.::
Well Thanatos you have done quality work as you always do, and Proto as I would expect your creations have a machines attention to detail. The defensive plan although a bit rough at the moment seems more then quality, and very possible to implement. This leaves me with only one question...
Who is going to use all this new weapons and technology? Who will lead the troops in combat? You have all the needed backbone, but I still affirm my suggestion that we lack strong leadership and I don't mean centrally. Not that any of our enemies have strong leadership, but it would aid if we were to either remove their leaders, or bolster our leadership crew.

"The droids which dragged you to that infirmary will tend to you for now. I am in the middle of a meeting at the moment and I will address you later if necessary. Farewell for the moment." Mugiri now taken care of, Mastema turned to look back to Eecheb. "This is just an image; the real weapon is somewhere else. If you would like, I am sure you will be able to see the actual weapon being tested, Eecheb," he said to console the child's apparent interest.
Thanatos added his own confirmation to Mastema's statement: "I'll let you know when we go to test the actual thing, so you can see what it does." It was just a friendly offer from Eecheb's older brother.
Eecheb's interest addressed, Tyr had apparently found this a suitable time to insert his own question, even if Thanatos and Proto were not completely done. They had just one more idea to present.
"Well these weapons were supposedly going to be standard issue for the citadel droids if they could be mass produced easily," began Thanatos, "but for the rest..."
"Again, you bring up an extremely important point, Himura," Mastema simply cut Thanatos off. "This is only made more important by the fact that there are presently only two acting generals in the citadel: Sho and Omega Zenogais. I'll be upfront. I do have one solution for the leadership issue in the idea I will be presenting after all of you. If it is successful, the generals should be able to act autonomously with little need to regulate the standard citadel drones. As for the topic of our enemy's leadership, that may be our key strong point."

Eecheb: >_> | Hmmn...
*Eecheb wanted to see this bazooka type weapon in use. Rather he wanted to see the moving parts, that's where his interest was, with the shell casing that would be shot out with the net. Both Mastema and Thanatos seemed supportive of his interest in seeing the weapon tested. However, it was likely that seeing it tested would be as far as it went. It was unlikely that he would get to test or fire the weapon. Not if Nana had anything to say about it, and no doubt she would. Protecting the citadel was important, but growing up learing to use deadly weapons, that was something Nana would not permit of her children. They would have a long life ahead of them if she had anything to do with it, and weapons were something they didn't need in their young lives right now. For the time being however, at the very least, Nana could get Eecheb to once again take his seat*
...Eecheb, please sit down.
Eecheb: <.< | ? | ....ok.
*There was no bite in the request, in fact there was little feeling in it at all. T'was a bit strange, but not the request... which was fulfilled. Eecheb's tail would lightly tap at his chair once he was back in it. The boy would look back and forth between Nana, the hologram, Thanatos and brriefly Mastema aswell, ending back at the hologram. Poor Thanatos... hopefully he would be allowed to finish. It was rather rude to cut the boy off while he was still in mid sentance. The others remained as they had for the last few minutes. How many times in one day did Trilla have to be tramatized?*
Micha: . . .
Trilla: T__T

"Thank ou master..." Mugiri whispered. He raised his arms, the small cuts and scratches all over his body being cleaned and sealed. He closed his eye, dark thoughts running through his mind. He shivered, as he pressed his small black wings to his back. They seemed frozen, a dead part of him.

Well, now that he was here, all Eru had to do was find a way through that big barrier surrounding Mastema's citadel. Now, how does one get through a barrier that stops all forms of fource and prevents any way to get in physically. This was indeed the question. In flat out combat, Erudemasa was the inferior of both of his companion. What he had, however, was foresight and knowledge that the other two lacked. He could dance through time on a whim, entering worlds not even comprehended by those here. He had seen the futures, the pasts, and the myriad presents that could exist with but a single change in the past.
Not that this foresight played into most of his common behavior, as evidenced by the fact that Eru's first strategy to bypass the barrier was to throw rocks at it. That lasted for around half an hour. until Erudemasa got bored. He then proceeded to pace around outside the barrier, contemplating some way to break through it.

::Inside Eru's head::
Trip: Well tarnation, where're we now? Seems like a right large bit of shine you've found there Eru son.
The dark point, Trip, has a slow heartlike beat to his voice, tinged with a touch of the ranch.
Pleasant: Hrmp,youcouldhavewarnedmeyouknow. HowcouldIhaveknownthatthisonewouldletusthrough. Infact,howdidyouknow?Whereyouplottingthiswhenyouaskedmetojoinyou?
The bright point, whose name you suddenly know is Pleasant, has a rapid fire speech that really isn't that hard to follow.
Both points pulse in tune with their voices, chilling near the base of your mind. In a sense of speaking.
