((u never said how fast it was going u just said swung and ur a gennin so it wouldnt be that fast and u dont know any taijutsu style so its sslow swing so i would have time

I would say cause he doesn't know taijutsu he is slow.
Kakashi is not consider taijutsu yet he is very quick, especially with had seals. However being genin you wont be all but too fast in the end.

Dude look at my profile again this time. Look under Taijutsu and look for the few words that are underlined. Pai Quan Quan stage 2. You can ask Evil Mistress cause she gave me the scrolls for it and I learned it.

yea i read that and pai quan increases flexability not speed and ur genin and im anbu so all my techniques and movemnts would be more powerful then yours

If you don't, then you're not stronger or faster. He would have the advantage in that. If you're a couple of ranks higher than him, it doesn't mean that he can't hit you. You have disadvantages in some areas, and so does he.
