She nodded and just kept the smile on her face. "It's alright. Just make sure to talk to me. I won't get angry. I actually feel better knowing that you can trust me and not be afraid of me. As of your father, I'll keep him on a leash and not attacking anyone."

Cyan walked up the steps and was still covered in suit. "I'm getting a shower." He then went upstairs to the bathroom and locked the door. Mari just shook her head and sighed. "I don't even want to know."

She looked up at him and just laughed at how he looked. "I think that you should get a shower yourself. Good thing the kids have their own bathroom, huh?"

Mari stood up and stretched a bit before sitting back down and crossing her legs. Soon enough, Garreth came downstairs, wearing pajama pants and a t-shirt with holes cut in the back so his wings would fit through. He sat down in the lazy chair and sat back. "Got my homework done. Can I look for something to watch on TV or are you busy with the comedy channel, Raine?"

"Hand me the remote, mom." Mari picked it up and tossed it over to him. He caught it and started channel surfing for something. "So is there anything you have to do tomorrow?" He continued to channel surf and shook his head. "Surprisingly, no. I don't have anything since I got my homework done."

she just sat there and was watching what he was watching. she didn't know what she was gonna do tomorrow. if she wasn't going out with james then she always did like spending time with her brother. he seemed to be the only person she could hang out with.

He stopped on a channel that had an older movie on it that he liked and put the remote down. "I might see a movie. Not entirely sure, though. I don't think anything good is playing." Mari stood up and gave a small yawn. "Well, I'm heading upstairs to bed. You two have a good night." She left and went upstairs to her and Smash's room and closed the door. Soon enough, Cyan was walking downstairs with a towel around him and holding his dirty clothes to put in the wash room.

she stayed down with him and watched tv with him. she didn't really feel like going to bed just yet.

Garreth stretched his wings out and then didn't even fold them back up. He let them lazily lay out from behind him as he sat in the chair.
