Satellite Head Quick Solve my Item problem! Lulz You could do something metal to enhance electrical conductance, something to do with clouds / vapor, Something with speed, etc.

Not really a Substance but it does work. Copper Wiring. biggrin
Now I can't decide if Buffs are really touch range or Ranged Lol... I'll go with Ranged just to be safe xd

I'll go with Ranged just to be safe xd If you are buffing others then the ranges would be touch(for those close to you) or ranged/sight(for those further from you). Eh doesn't exactly work that way, all of this stuff is meant to infuse with the Element to increase it's power force.
like Gold Dust does nothing while holding it; however, combined with Sand it enhances and increases the Density of the Sand.
and Toxic Liquid is to enhance the Water Jutsu; and give a slight kick to the opponent for bathing in toxins.
