Reaver Darkside Reaver considers most of his characters Shinin Level. 3nodding
Unless they are under 200k. Then they're Kage Level.
Reaver apologizes for his Absence and neglect. He has been dealing with School starting, and trying to fix his sleep schedule, which is why he has not been online at nights like he normally is.
Since Drago has decided that the Exams were to close midnight this morning, Reaver will make sure nothing was done for that, and then take the time to close them and such now (Unless that was done already? In which case; Thanks.)
Reaver will also get a post up for Hedoro by the end of the day, since it's been far too long since he's replied, and he should rightfully die due to such a lax in posts if it were a normal battle.
[/Looks around before getting to work]Orojin:: If you want to be considered Kage of a village I am strongest in, you will need to confront and possibly fight the character in question.
Although 9/10 if you simply request to become Kage, most of my characters will allow you to without a care, since I don't want a majority of Kage characters under my belt.
Although if it comes down to fighting, I don't want to fight you. Your style pisses me off. So you'll be at a loss. <3

So Drago. What kind of rewards do you plan on giving out for the Movie? Like what will I get if I kill the anger person? (assuming that's how it works)

Yes I have basically Decided to Create a bunch of Jounin/Kages if you read the annoucement. So get to it! Oh yeah This also countsi n Federation but Each Village iin fEderation gets there own Jounin or whatever.
The Villages that Have Active Kages.
Leaf
Moon
Blood
Sound
Gears
Sand
idk the rest right now

Sand actually doesn't have a Kage, and I'm not sure about Sound, I'm pretty sure I have the strongest character there, but he's not a Kage either.
I know Blood and Alchemy both have Kages, because I'm the kage in both those villages.
Also;
I'm remaking the Afterlife thread, since it's technically a village now. I'll give it a fancy description, and make it a little more village like, while still keeping the afterlife feel. 3nodding
Plus then there will be room for the new clan's people. If we don't like this change, we can just delete my new thread and return to the former.

Hmm, looks like I got an even for Grimace, but odd for Nita and Sano.
Reaver, do you think you should include 'words cannot be counted during Missions and Movies' in that last Handbook post?

That was literally all I could think up off the top of my head when I was writing it in a rush. xd
If there's anything else that needs to be added, Mods feel free, or tell me and I'll add it.
