I think it is because our aren't bay scallops their sea scallops so their the bigger ones. and it also has to do with the market as well. So thats why theyre bigger. Do you cook? yeah I guess there are two different kinds of scallops, from what my manager told me at least. But no i don't, I can but I don't really like to cook all that much

Everyone did great on the exam. Told you guys it was easy. I am mean the first version I wrote had six short answer questions and then a few fill in the blanks.
