Reaver- Ah, I see. Which is fitting, considering I intentionally wrote my list to be completely different from theirs. So my fault completely on that, haha. Now, to see if there might be a certain opening for another new character...

Oooo. I like this new Chance Item. Not cause of the items but how it was made. Reminds of that forever epic Love Charm II Chance Item. -feels a bit like a nerd- v.v Just wanted to mention it somewhere. emo

Yeah, I'm a bit confused too. Especially about rule six, I don't really follow it at all. Also, it says that even if we lose our personal flags, we can keep fighting, yet it also says if we lose our personal flags, we are 'ported to the Observation Room.

Chaos | I'm figuring you're headed to your home village so you need to post Hidden Kitsuna somewhere in your post. Whenever in a village in Federation, you are required to make it clear what village you are in in some way. Btw, will you roleplay with me for a little while? I needed everyone to have their designated bases first.
Basically: You're each going to have 1 free jutsu that you can cast on a mass scale, to use as a trap. I'll list it under the zone information. IE: If you create a large paper lion to defend your base. it will cost you no chakra, and you then have a large lion that stalks the inside of your zone, looking for enemies who are trying to get in. 3nodding
Oh, and I fixed the misunderstanding.
It's the main base flag. I'll add the objectives; I knew I'd forget something. xd
