Reaver Darkside She was trying to steal techniques from Villages that have been long since buried due to being Too powerful, or too unrealistic. Haha Hehe, an evil enough idea to live up to my own expectations. Though I think I'll go with the second best option instead, and choose a few choice techs from the Afterlife.

Go grab some from afterlife, so you don't have to die later on. xd Hmph, the only times my characters have died was hardly indicative of the norm. - Hedoro was auto-killed in Klam's exam - Tamao died once in that Twice in a Lifetime side event So I can hardly let any of my other characters die normal deaths, that would just be silly.

You mean change it by having Tamao nearly kill you? Haha. Which exam was that again? I remember her dropping out early from one way back, the rest I'm a bit fuzzy on.

I'm pretty sure it was you.
Or it was Kelli. Both of you have sword-styled characters.

Ah, I remember that. Wasn't it all three of us in a tourney, though? But yeah, that was a lot of fun. Still have to make some made-ups to go with the Masamune, for that matter.

@Reavo: Your post in Rain, Auto hit much? And even if I were gone for 48 hours, Maeva wouldn't be the attacker, it would be Jerrik. Please correct me if I am wrong.

You're wrong.
Jerrik's final attack was one to "suffocate you'.
You did not evade the attack, or block it for that matter. Or respond at all within the given time (which is within the rules).
Therefore. Your character was killed by Jerrik.
Maeva simply cut off the arms of your deceased body, in order to "puppetize you". Since I was told long ago, that you don't need a full body to make someone a puppet. (They don't even need to be humanoid once made into a puppet).
So as the events stand.
Jerrik killed you, by shattering your mind and making your body react as if it was suffocated. Maeva simply pillaged your body. For the act of mercy, you can go to the afterlife, or revive on the spot, since your body is still there, just disfigured. It was treated as both an act of kindness towards Jerrik's final wishes. And an act of revenge, towards the function of which you were attacking.
I hope this explains what happened in my post, now that you understand the reasoning. Since under the circumstances, there is no such thing as an "Auto-hit" when striking a dead corpse.

Or just go grab the regen tech from Blood.
Like I said, IC: Maeva didn't want Jerrik's last wishes to go to waste.
OC: I didn't feel like being THAT big of a d**k, to steal the entire body, off a technical kill.
