Besides.
The bodies you get with your Kiss tech aren't "Opponent's bodies" they are exact copies of your own body (Give or take color modification) that are based off a single element.
The most you could do, is allow yourself to modify the techniques they have, so that you're getting more then five techniques with a body.
IE: Dead opponent had a liking for Fire jutsu, they become a Fire Element Body. And you can now use all the fire jutsu that body had, when using the body.

Right.
You cant have other people's bodies.
I mean, you can make it so you "Use" their appearance if you want. But that's about it. There's no way to turn the Fuka clan, into the Akasun clan, like you're trying to do.

Na, not like the Asuka Clan. More or less like the Edo Tensei technique...ya know with the souls and all. Making the fuka go past just the element part of the soul and more on the soul itself
