Ari slowly inhaled. They were far down, she could tell. If anything went wrong, they were both screwed. Trying to think positive, she did a back flip and smiled. "Is there anything to see?" Ari's words came in a whisper, her voice muffled by the lake. Ari wiggled her fingers and the same current from earlier passed by her, and swept past Musica as if some great beast was moving below. She tilted her head to the side, listening.

{{Ack!!! Woah woah woah! The fairies would have reacted by now to this! This is the only thing bad about moving too far forward w/out everyone else. lol. But I still love that you guys post so much and still want you to post lots! biggrin But since Musica went ahead and sort of went deep into the lake, I will have to do this. Somewhat godmodding, but I have no choice now or the whole guardians of the lake thing will be ruined.}}

Suddenly, as if a switch had been flipped, high-pitched noises began to fill the air around the lake. High-pitched screams that almost sounded like sirens were coming from the fairies and the spirits. Someone was trying to get deep into the lake! They were not allowed to do that!!
The fairies and spirits, including the one that had become Ever's friend, began to form a circle and were quickly picking up speed as they went around and around and around.
Soon, a whirlpool began to form in the center of the lake. The fast-moving water that was already being kicked out from the whirlpool sent everyone who had been in the light right back out and flying onto the ground surrounding the lake.
A few moments later, the whirlpool was finally big enough and reached deep enough that it sucked up Musica and Ari and violently threw them onto the ground with the rest of the people.
Almost as quickly as it had started, the whirlpool disappeared and the spirits and fairies were no longer moving in a circle. Now, they were glaring fiercely at Musica and Ari. Well, the spirits were. No one could see the bodies of the fairies, so no one could tell if they were glaring or not.
Suddenly, a few spirits in the pink mist surged forward toward Musica and Ari and they had blue light fairies surrounding them, lightning up their faces in a truly scary way.
"Get out!! Leave this place now! You are not to go into the depths of the lake! It has been against the rules of this school and all that dwell here for centuries! You are not welcome at this lake! GO!!"

Musica looked around, seeing so far it was an empty expanse of blue save for the occasional fish or plant growing along the rocky wall. "Not yet, but I can feel the magic here. It's very tremendous." Suddenly he felt the Naiad swim behind him and speed off downwards into the deep water below. With some calculations he realized they didn't have very long down here, but enough to get some exploration in. "I believe she just swam down, shall we go? We've got about say forty-five minutes down here to explore. Let's make the best of it." He said as he grabbed her hand to lead her downwards, making sure she stayed within range of his oxygen bubble around them. His ears popped from the pressure of going down deeper but he didn't flinch, determined to see what that was and what they wanted.
((I suppose ignore this post until I've edited. I see the posting ahead is just not going to work, oh well sorry for the trouble >.> ))

((ok just confusing me, one second someones floating the next they're gone))
Trent had watched the whole thing rather calmly considering there were students flying in the air. The change in the current cause his legs to sway lazily the same way the whirlpool was spinning. "I think you ticked them off ... I very much prefer to stay in the forests ... Not as many secretive things." Trent said to anyone who had landed in earshot of him. Luckily he had not decided to go swimming.

Ari felt a disturbance in the water, and then higher above. "Musica, is something...?" she began before she felt a jerk at her waist. She panicked, and began to thrash wildly. She was being pulled up in a circular motion, and if it had been a roller coaster, she probably would have puked. Not like she was a pansy or anything. As soon as her head broke the surface, she was ejected from the lake. Literally. She went flying head over heels onto the shore with a sickening crunch. Ari lay there, stunned with her head pounding... it hurt a lot. She blinked a few times before her eyes closed.

Musica watched painfully as Ari and himself were launched from within the depths of the lake and into the air. Ungracefully he flailed in the air until he hit the shore with a loud thud, rolling across the sand until he landed about ten feet from Ari. He was not quite as injured as a human would have been in something like that, but he wasn't in the best condition either. He could feel several bruises forming over his body and perhaps a sprain in his wrist. His injuries would heal quickly but not immediately, so he got up from the ground with a groan. Before he noticed Ari he saw the forest spirits surrounding them and ordering them away. Musica had no idea in the slightest why these creatures were yelling at him or why the water threw them out, all he knew was that he was pissed. "Well it'd been nice if someone would tell me about the rules before violently throwing me out! And don't punish the girl, if anyone punish me." He spoke in a growl as he stood before them, his icy blue eyes glowing a bright blue almost removing his pupils. His Godly aura billowed around him, almost like flames wishing to bite at anything near. He didn't mind himself being done that way, but Ari was a fragile human and could be seriously hurt. With his lack of control of emotion he didn't even think to look back to check on her, too focused on the creatures before him.

Aphrodite had been peacefully swimming one minute, and then the next, sailing through the air. Without pausing to think, she twisted mid air and teleported in an upright position to the bank of the lake. Stupid uptight faeries! Nobody was even near the deep part of the… oh, she thought as she quickly dodged a falling body. She heard it land with a lovely crunch, and then realized the body was Ari. ”Crap!” she exclaimed before kneeling down next to her and checking to make sure the little Christmas-tree lights of joy hadn’t killed her or something.
Nope! Ari was still there. Next thing she knew, she was surrounded by the critters. Her face was just as ugly as theirs. “I’d back off if I were you,” she hissed. “You could have been a little gentler with us all!” Aphrodite dropped down to one knee and scooped up Ari, completely forgetting about the incognito deal. “Is everyone alright?” she called. She noticed Musica getting all Godly on the creatures and she quickly dumped Ari off into his arms. "Ease up Casanova," she muttered. The only reason he gave Ari to him was so that he'd focus on her, and not killing all the Christmas-tree lights. The little buggers could get on the nerves.

"Oh joy ... A fight ... in the middle of the night ... on the bank of a lake." His Blank expression was lost on the God's display of anger towards the fairies that had launched every one of the students skyward. He knew he wasn't the target of the god's wrath but he shimmied over quite a bit away from the whole confrontation, just in case.

Ares watched silently as the events unfolded around him, continuing to hold Evermore protectively after teleporting them out of the water and to dry land. He didn't like this at all. Stony-faced, he wondered what the hell Musica was thinking and what Evermore had seen--he saw some sort of druid off in the water, near where that Aurora girl, who hadn't seemed to move at all after being shot out, had been. He briefly wondered how she could breathe like that, but remembered quickly that she was some sort of shapeshfiter. It would make sense if she had simply formed gills for herself.
He didn't comment to Caroline, simply acknowledging her with a nod.

Aurora had been watching the creature that had shocked Evermore so badly when she was suddenly just shot out of the water. It was unexpected, to say the least. She gasped and blinked in surprise, coughing for a moment as she brought water into her lungs. She didn't have time to right herself, and so when she landed on the shore, she still had a fishtail, and she was not quite able to fix it just yet. She held herself up on one arm, laying on her side in the grass as she tried to regain her breath.

Akira yelped when the fairies started acting aggressive and whirlpools formed in the lake, making the peaceful and calm water just a moment ago, turn into a deadly spinning trap.
Ok, why the hell was tha- Oh great, now Akira was soaked from protecting Kilala over by thr side of the lake, and everybody else that had been in the water was being flung OUT of the lake!?
She listened to the angry fairies for a moment and just jumped to her feet, furious.
"Hey, NOT ALL of us did whatever those two we're trying to do!! That's not fair!!! We shouldn't ALL have to leave!" Evermore, Aurora, and herself needed to get to the bottom of that lake sooner or later, they just couldn't get banned!! Not now!!

Ever felt as if her mind was a whirlpool itself. She was still dizzy from all the commotion. First, she had been in the lake, then Ares had teleported them out of the lake, and then others were forced out of the lake, Musica and Ari being the last ones to be thrown out.
Ever looked for her best friend and Aurora to make sure they were ok and then glared at Musica. "What the hell did you do?! They're yelling at YOU! These fairies and spirits have been our friends for so long!"
Then, upon a double take, she saw that behind Musica was the creature that Ever had seen earlier that had scared her so. But this time, up close, she recognized the face and saw some human characteristics about the creature.
She glared at him now. "You! You're from Professor Rose's class two days ago!"

The spirits shook their heads at Akira. "You're not banned. HE is!"
They pointed at Musica and hissed. "We feel your god power and you are not welcome here! At least those 2 kept their distance and didn't try to enter where they are forbidden!"
One of the spirits pointed to Ares and then to Aphrodite, unknowingly giving away her true identity of being a god.
