......AHA! I got it! I WONT be selling the dog and i CAN allow her to use the spider thread jutsu...it just wont be in the traditional sense. She'll be having and using them in the same way as her phantom hands. The canine wont actually be a real canine and the webs wont actually be real webs but rather manifestations of her will. Just like her "extra hands".
