What I normally do is look for a page that uses it, rip off the source code, and dissect it to see how it works.
I haven't touched webpage design in years though.

I have made an amazing discovery.
Psychology class is great and has many uses.
Like, cutting down forests from all the paper one needs for all its many assignments and notes.
Because cutting down forests is useful. stare

Make sure to take Psychology 100 or 110, I assure you trees will no longer be overrated if enough people start taking those two classes.
