Maybe you could collaborate on an updated version of the front page? Or maybe make a similar picture of all the arrancar baddies or of Las Noches?

No that's just what will happen if you don't all make Arrancar.
You should all go do that to prevent the other thing.
In fact you should do it just so we have enough members to get away with having 5 forums.

I've yet to settle into my shinigami character, so I doubt I'd have time for an arrancar, too.
I was actually under the impression that there were at least three or four arrancar. Am I wrong?

I'll admit I got kind of lazy at making an updated guild banner. However, I think using a portrait of the original captains is somewhat tasteful and should serve as a reminder of "back in the day". >.>

I was actually under the impression that there were at least three or four arrancar. Am I wrong? You're wrong but in a good way. There are I think about eight or nine of us kicking about at the moment. Which is okay for now. We just need to recruit everything that moves.

There should be at least double though.
Which is sort of problematic.
That said the Shinigami still have over double the amount of forums by comparison so I'm not seeing the problem if that's the case.

So you're ticked because the shinigami take up the majority of the guild? How much more would you add for the arrancar if you had as many forums as you wanted?

Because I'm not sure what's going on but I'm pretty sure we're going to lose some forums. The amount right now is fine. It's less than half what they have.
I'm just unsure what's going on or what the future holds right now if anything.

Yo.
I am patient. Although it may seem to be slow around here for the time being, once a little activity begins to pick up again it'll show on both sides. Arrancar/hollows have just as interesting of a life as a Shinigami's. Once they see that, more will start to join us. It's really up to the captains (especially the new ones they're currently interviewing). Their activity reflects upon the rest of the guild.
