Silent Bob - Jounin, maybe soon to be Kage if I have no challenge. Hoping for no challenge since Silent Bob probably can't take on a genin in a fight.

I finally figured out what the unknown Eye based jutsu could do. While active, it makes the character look like a normal sized person, while inactive it reveals them for their true size.
