I've never had a microwave .. my parents wouldn't get one when I was growing up .. something about eating 'real' food and not being lazy rolleyes Now I find cooking relaxing, I put on some music and get chopping hehe.
Yeah all my books are in storage .. so the mountains in my room are clothes.

I am a bit of a bookworm, though I assume everyone already knew that. hehe. But yeah, I get a lot of flak from people who do not believe I have read as many books as I have and own as many as I do. sweatdrop

I've always been an avid reader too .. though slacked off for a couple years. I just started reading Perfume but I lost it somewhere doh.
lol at tan lines, I once fell asleep in the sun wearing a shirt with a diamond shaped hole in the back and had a diamond tan line on my back for months afterwards XP

Define "avid." Hehe, nevermind, I don't want to know. I think my habits would blow past avid and just make me a freak. Hehe.

Alright, alright... take it to the hobbies sub-forum y'all!
Lol, just kidding!
I love to read too. My friend Marie has been trying to convert me into a smut lover but I just enjoy a plot and deep, thoughtful characters too much I guess.

My parents were pretty strict when I was growing up and I never really got to play with the other kids. My sister was always on the computer and would melt down if I wanted a go so I would just read and write all the time. When I was 10 I used to write teen romance XP. But they would usually also involve sasquatches and alien planets and underwater gateways to parallel universes. I also wasn't allowed to watch american tv shows or soapies so yeah .. the group I hung out with at school thought I was a freak too rolleyes

I just calculated the number of books I have read since the beginning of the year, 1,628 +/- 24 even with my being laid back and not reading much. I need to get a life.

Laid back eh? Do I detect yet another pot joke? *sniff, sniff* Wait... maybe its just incense. wink
I wasn't too popular in school either thanks to all my medical problems but I didn't really care. I had a few close friends, most of which I am still in contact or really good friends with now.

Neither, my lungs are too weak for inhaled substances, hence my addictions trend towards injectables and drinkables.

I'm not friends with any of the people I knew in highschool. Though some of them want to meet up for coffee .. but iunno. Lol where would we be without our painful childhoods? That was from a movie I watched the other night .. running with scissors.

Rajeshri Anjal Where would we be without our painful childhoods? Unscarred and largely functional. The only surviving friends from my childhood would be Aki's sisters Mimiru and Aiko. Everyone else has passed away. As of now, the longest friendship I have is with John, we've known each other 6 years.

I guess the longest friendship I have now is Shakira, we've known each other for four years I think. But I rarely see her anymore .. our friendship kinda declined into a drink buddy thing ...
And I think my painful childhood made me who I am today, so I guess if everything had been the way I wanted growing up .. I might now be a right royal b***h .. with no imagination and the IQ of a hilton sister XP

Sigh. It is now 2 am here. I think I shall have one more glass of milk and then lay down and try to sleep. It has been a long and stressful day. I wish I could get high just so I could get away even for only a little while. Is that so awful of me? Probably. Ha. Oh well, lol.
