Eh. I don't blame you.
A judge down here FINALLY ruled that a now 21 year old man should be released from prison after he had CONSENTUAL oral sex with a 15 year old girl when he was 17.
And the state filed an appeal. Which keeps the poor boy in jail :
They don't want to let him go, despite the fact that the public, dozens of lawmakers in BOTH parties, AND the man who proposed the law that got him arrested want him released.

If they were, AIDs would have a vaccine and cure, birth control would be easily available to everyone, abortions would be legal, sex education classes would be mandatory for all 5th to 12th graders, Bill O'Reily and Pat Robertson would've been taken off the air, the Janjaweed would've been erradicated by now and the Sudanese government would've been overthrown with it, and no one would've given more than 5 minutes of air time to the death of Anna Nicole Smith and the arrest of Paris Hilton.
