Problem is, every fight determines the attribution of posts to time differently.
Sometimes posts are ..... 2 seconds, sometimes they are 2 minutes. So even with an OOC deadline, all no post limit does is make it so people stagnate the fight until the end to maintain their imagined advantage.
Then you have the option of round extensions, or grading numerous terrible fights.
You can easily penalize someone who doesn't post just to have "Last Post" in a fight. You can't really stop the above.

Jesus. Tres didn't just beat KB, he flat out ******** killed him. If only he'd be that brutal in HoH. editu: Ah, there it is. Weakness. Quote: As soon as Tres flew straight towards the boy and got close enough he would punch the boy in the chest with that psionic hammer that he never got to release from his right fist. The blow was dangerous looking, however most of the energy was dispersed in a fantastic looking explosion rather than on the boy's person. Tres pulled his blow in the last minute, he did not intend to kill the halfling because there had been enough death in his life already. However, he did intend to knock him out. The halfling's likely dead. However, he could've gibbed the corpse and -really- killed him. What a shame.

Without trying to be an a** about it, I think KB outplayed Tres by a mile in that match.

I think KB did a great job.
He helped me to create a scene that I hope was entertaining.
I'm glad that Sigil warden appreciates what he did in that match.
