Kaori smiled, hugging him she kissed him back.
Marine nodded, "Yes." Swallowing hard she felt some what comforted.
Tobias looked around, seeing how this lady didnt seem that bad he let himself feel better.

After about 5 seconds, Shard puled away and smiled at Kaori. Then he started laughing again. "Now it's gonna get awkward," he said between laughs. He let her go, saying "Now where'd the guys go?"
Kita smiled. "Well, since you're new," she said, "I'll just go over the basics. Over there," she pointed to the west, "is where you can listen to music, over there," she pointed to the north, "is where you can eat. Look for Grati's Cafe, because they have the best soup ever. And it fills you up quickly. You can go anywhere in the town, but try to avoid the forest. There are creatures in there and they will not hesitate to attack you. As long as you have a weapon with you at all times, you should be fine. What else....? Oh yeah. This," she pointed at the chains around their necks, "is your spirit chain. Try not to break it. Don't ask me why. Honestly I don't know. And.....I think that's it. Oh yeah. There are others here, some nice, like me, but others are assassins, so watch out for them. If you need training on how to fight, find Eon and ask him; he'll help you. If you need anything else, just come and find me. Any questions?" She smiled a bit and the overload of information.

Kaori smiled at Shard, "Whats so funny?" She tilted her head and looked slightly confused. Clearing her throat she said pointing to them fighting, "They went over there." Kaori started walking towards the two Men fighting each other. "Guys!" She screamed trying to get there attention.
Marine smiled, "Wow, it sounds- beautiful doesn't it Brother?" She asked looking over at Tobias. Her face was calm, and she smiled at Tobias. "Do you know what happened to us? We can't remember anything except who we are." Marine's turned slightly sad, "And Brother isn't much of a help, considering both of our heads hurt terribly, do you think you can help us.....Kita?"

Eon and D.E. stop fighting, but Eon was still laughing. By the time they reached Shard and the others, Eon's laughing had slowed a bit, but his smile was from ear to ear. "Right," he said. "So...."
Kita raised an eyebrow. "I never told you my name," she said.
Shay overheard them and he raised an eyebrow as well. "New targets," he said so softly even he could barely hear it. He smiled coldly, ad his teeth flashed for an instant. He drew back immanently and hoped no one saw the flash.

Martii walks up behind Eon and taps his shoulder, "Would someone tell me whats going on!!??!?!?!" Her face is a little red, "Eon." She adds angrily.
Kaori smirks, "Eon, it was a pleasure to meet you, and D.E, thank you , for being more a gentle man than these two." She waves at the two and hugs Martii. "Shard, shall we be going?" She is turned to him now, her face is friendly.
Tobias nudges Marine in the side whispering "She didnt tell us Marine, you made yourself look stupid."
Marine looks down at her feet "Sorry, it's just you looked a lot like someone I knew.."

Eon smiles at Martii. "Yeees? Well, D.E. and I are good friends; we knew each other since before we got cast down." He chuckled and punched D.E. in the arm. "By the way, I never told you what D.E. meant did I?"
Kita smiled. "Oh really? What was her name?"

D.E. steps in. "It means Death's Embrace. I prefer D.E. because it's shorter and not as intimidating. Happy? Now can we move on?"
Eon smiled. "Yeah. What he said."
"Oh, okay," Kita said with a smirk. "And what does she look like?"

Rayne coughs, and steps out of the music place, and looks up at the rising moon. "Right," he says softly, and his stomach rumbles. He walks to Grati's Cafe and takes a seat.
D.E. leans to Eon and whispers, "She doesn't know, does she?"
Eon shakes his head, and follows Martii.
Shard looks at Kaori. "Huh? Oh right. Let's go."
"Wow. That helps," Kita said, rolling her eyes. "Never mind, so do you guys have any experience in fighting?"

Kaori smiles closed mouthed, "Where to?"
Martii turns around "Hey, so now what?" Martii walks to a rock and sits on it, hanging her arms over her knees. "Eon,-" Martii takes a deep breath, "You never told me why you did it."
Marine sighed, "No, I mean I know how to use a knife but thats all."
Tobias wonders off into the Cafe' , he walks over to the counter and starts looking at the things behind the glass case.

"Well there's this awesome little place for food called Grati's Cafe. Ya hungry?" Shard smiled.
"Did what?" Eon asks, sitting next to her.
Rayne watches some kid walk in and start looking at things in the glass case, and he snickers. He stands up and walks to the kid. "Whatcha doing, boy?" he says with obvious amusement.
Kita smiles. "Well thats something. Do you have a knife?"

"Yeah, I could use food." Kaori giggled, and blushed a little.
Martii looks over at Eon, "Why you're so nice to me. And why did you Fall? I'll tell you if you tell me." Martii blinked, and sneezed.
Tobias looked up from the case. "Just looking." He looked away from the guy who was talking and looked at Marine. He looked back at the guy.
"Hm, no, I don't carry one with me." Marine closes her eyes and controls and knife that was laying in grass. She grabs it and shows it to Kita. "Now I do." Marine smiled.

"Great! Come on." Shard takes Kaori's hand, and, with a slight shiver from Kaori, leads her to Grati's. They step in and Shard smiles when he sees Rayne. "Hey Rayne!" he calls.
"Bless you." Eon sighed. "I knew this would come up sooner or later..." He looks up at the stars and continues, "Well you've met Zera before, I'm sure. Back when you were with Alex in the past and all that. Well, she got sent down before me because she fell in love with me. I'm an Arch-Angel. A Half-Breed, as her father called me. So she got sent down, and not long after, I was sent to kill her. Of course, that didn't work, and I just fell in love with her again, and blah, blah, blah. So about a month later, the others came, and we were able to destroy a bit of the town. Have you seen the town square? If you have, then you've seen the toppled buildings and such. We did that. There were four of us, as I recall. Zera, me, Xia, and Rayne. We would have succeeded in destroying the town, had Zeek not come along and fallen in love with Zera. She loved him too, so when he arrived at the square, she saw him and her focus wavered. Now you must understand that we were under an influence. We couldn't help ourselves. Only Zeek was able to break the spell. So anyway, Zera got distracted and so did the others. Ultimetly we got destroyed. But for some odd reason, we came back in different bodies. Zera turned to Kita, I turned into Eon, Xia turned to Rita.... but Rayne.... I don't know about him. I think he was the only true survivor of that disaster. I can't be sure unless I find him. So there you have it. The entire story. As to why I'm nice to you, why not? Doesn't hurt to be nice." As silence consumed the air around the two, Eon kept his eyes up at the stars, for fear of looking at Martii and seeing her disapproving look.
"Oh really?" Rayne looked over the boy's shoulder and his eyes widened when he saw Shard. "Whoa! Shard! Man how'd you come back?" Smiling warmly at the boy, Rayne passed him and man-hugged Shard. "How long has it been man? 20 years? You look great!"
Kita smiled. "Yeah, you could use that dull thing, or you can use this." Kita pulled out her crystal and it formed into an elegantly carved dagger. "More lethal than metal," she explained. "You have a crystal, don't you?"

Martii smiled, "Why did you break the town Eon? I mean, did you have to? And what about Alex? Why is she down her? And I mean, Why am I down here? Why are all down here? Dont you ever wonder that? My Mother said that only the Special Ones come down here, that's what she called them. She said that we all come down here for a purpose, but of course when she said this I wasn't a Fallen. She also said that I just have to find out what mine is." A tear fell down her cheek, she wiped away the tear and sniffled, "She died, along with my Father when I was 12. It happened the day Keeka was joined to me. They wouldnt tell me how they died; some believed it was because the Master found out what they where doing. My Parents where explorers, they came down here to gather items and different things and then they would go back up there." Martii looked up at the sky, "SOmetimes they would be gone for months and months, others just a few days or two. But I think it was just because it was there time. To be reencarnated." Martii stopped talking and put her hands over her face and cried.
Marine's eyes widened "it's beautiful." Marine looked at her self, and she found a glow coming from her chest.
