"Ah. thanks." Reki smiled, putting the brush down since the blood on his wings were gone. Menos looked over at Azazel, wondering why he's been so quiet. The reason was, he was asleep. Menos sighed and looked outside. "Eh? it's raining."

"It's just rain." Samael said, suddenly. "Nothing to worry about." It seemed like he just came out of nowhere... looks like a common trait. He was just suddenly behind everyone. He handed the umbrella back to Eclipse. "My son told me what happened in the pyramid." He said quietly. "Are you alright, my friend?"

"Yes, yes, it's just... well, you know how it is when you find someone you thought long dead. Only it was the exact opposite of that joy because of what had happened. It only got worse when I remembered that I'd have to kill her... She still had the pendant, though... I made it for her... Taught her how to use it..." *He took the pendant and waved a hand over it, muttering a few words, and the outer layer dissolved, revealing a picture of Arthenia as she once was in human form with another Eclipse, one of his long lost lives, holding her. The pendant also held a little box that held a slip of paper and a diamond. Eclipse muttered a few more words and a sweet, beautiful, happy and sad song that began with hello and ended with goodbye began playing.* "It was her favorite song... I'd play it for her all the time..." *When the song was done, he muttered a few more words and the top layer reappeared, preserving the contents until it was opened again.* "I only wish that I had been to the pyramid soon enough. If I had gotten there three lives ago, I would've had the chance to save her... Even if she wouldn't know me or remember the person I once was, it would be worth it to free her..."

Samael sighed. "At least you freed her spirit, Eclipse." He muttered. "She doesn't have to suffer in there any longer." He gives what looks like a sad smile. "I've departed many a ghost to the place they belong. Usually, it's for the better. They're all happier after they move on."

"I know... It's just that sometimes I wish mine could be freed to... But I know I have five more lives. I can't leave this world until my time is done... And I know that this one will drag on too... Legends say this one will last for ages. I could live forever in this life, but I suspect that it would get uncomfortable."

"Eclipse." Samael said. "I've been around since your first life, and I may be around a little after you're gone. We're both amazing in that, being able to live a life this long." He closed his eyes for a little then looked at him again. "There's a legend about a human that gained immortality by eating the flesh of a mermaid. She lived for years and years and years and yet she never looked like she aged a day. But the human grew tired of living, as her life began to draw on too long. So the human didn't eat or sleep until she died." Samael looked at Eclipse. "But the girl was lazy, and did not do anything with that life she had. We, on the other hand, have a job to do and adventures to have and places we can explore since we're stronger than a human. We can do more with our lifetime, so we shouldn't let it waste away." He smiled. "And those who have left before us, I bet they don't want to have either of us wanting to cut our lives short. Jetta would probably have yelled at you for hours on end, if she was here."

"The thing is, I know that I have one more endless life left. I was told when I first was reborn that in my last life, I'd live forever. I may well outlive you, my friend. Even if this world were to end, I would likely live on. In truth, I could live on nothing. The only way to take my life is through a blade. And the chances that a properly made blade shall touch my skin... let's just say I may well never depart from this place."

"Wait a little...." After about a minute a ghostly figure rose out of the ground. "What is it, this time, Samael?" She asked. She has disshevvelled hair, and was dressed in a white kimono. She had her arms crossed in her wide sleeves. "Just want to talk." He said. "Well that's nice, you usually only call me for something very important." "Your summoning is expensive." He mumbled. "Says the one with a huge hoard of money." She said, smirking. Then she looked at Eclipse. "Who's this?"
