I take the clans as a basis. And then work off of them in order to make the clans the way I want them to be, not the way they were meant to be. xd

I picked a general theme for the Zetsumei Clan. Zetsumei meaning "End of Life" or simply "Death" and just themed the jutsu as taking the life of everything 3nodding
