"I don't doubt it at all," Julius said with a chuckle. "Bright Eyes' overactive imagination combined with Kazu's actual abilities...now that is a recipe for choas if I have ever heard one."

Thom flushed a little at Itachi's touch and followed her to the chairs, taking a seat next to the warrior.

Eara nodded. "We're ********." she laughed quietly. "So ********. You guys don't have the faintest clue what you went and did."
Of course she was joking, but there was almost a hint of truth in it.
Kazuhiko nodded. "Where to? Lead the way..."

She sighed, crossing one leg over the other. Itachi used her knee to prop her elbow up, and her chin rested in her palm as she watch Thom.
But she didn't say anything...
She just watched him.

"Iie..." Po-ar replied, shaking his head. "We'll wait and see if he can break it himself."

Aled frowned, "I can barely move, Yuki-san... much less tell time."
"But there is blood..." Watari confirmed, looking over Shiori's hand and her handkerchief. "Second strongest dosage, Yuki-chan... That should do for now."
He didn't want to get her the best that they had... because the sooner she developed an immunity... the sooner they lost.

Thom, never being one for small talk (his conversation with Itachi being a very notable exception) had no idea what to do now. He couldn't keep looking at Itachi without blushign furiously and looking away. He ended up tapping out rythms on the table with his fingers, trying to fill the silence and distract himself until Itachi said something.

Suddenly, Itachi laughed. "Why are you so nervous, Thom-kun?" she asked quickly, continuing to watch him. "You're even blushing."

"Hai hai.." Yuki quickly put the medicine back, picking up the second bottle.
She popped out a few pills with a glass of water.
"What should we do with the meds we can give her via shot?" she suggested, glancing back to Watari. "Do we have anything that'll work in sync with this stuff??"
Kazuhiko nodded. "Do you think he can? Is it possible??"
Eara blinked, looking at both Julius and Patch. "Eh??? Wait... not ME..."
Awwwwwwwwwww s**t.
Did she really just let that happen to her???
"Ahh ******** went with Bright Eyes down the hall, a silent, faint breeze.
He had an idea of where they were going. He figured they were going to see Fir and Pixel.
He already had an idea where it was.
He paused outside the door, waiting for her lead to go in.
Once she made the move, he'd surely follow after.

"All of my medicines can work together." Watari added helpfully. "Well... unless you got them from that cabinet."
He pointed to a rarely used cabinet over the in the corner of the lab.
"Those should be taken alone, without any other influences."

Kazuhiko nodded, not so much as saying a word.
He knew how to shield his thoughts, his energy, whatever he had to to be the wind.
He would be hard to detect even for a Korred, or Bright Eyes for that matter.
He was REALLLLLLY good at hide and seek. It was only his favorite game...
.....Really, perhaps the only game he'd ever played.
Eara just blinked in disbelief. "********. How the hell did that happen?? I've only known you guys for...ehh... well, I guess I held out for a while... ********. That b*****d." she laughed quietly, shaking her head. "Damn. Guess you can still be surprised by some things..."

"So spending time with other people makes you blush?" Itachi asked before smiling. "Well, I have to admit that being with you is certainly more fun than with corpses... demo..." she shook her head, the woman's eyes sparkling with mischief.
It was a side of Itachi that she hadn't allowed to roam for years.
The woman reached out a hand, placing it on Thom's knee in a comforting gesture.
At least, she thought it comforting.
"Look, you don't have to be nervous around me, Thom-kun. I promise. I won't bite."

"Kay." Kazuhiko agreed, snuggling close to Po-ar. "If I go see him, should I help heal him and give him energy though???"
Yuki nodded. "Alright."
In truth, she had hardly investigated that corner of the room.
"Then in that case, we'll give her an injection of this stuff... About the same potency as the other medication. We're gonna have to wake her up so she'll take them Aled-sama... do you want her to rest first, or give them to her now?"

Bright Eyes smiled at Kazuhiko and opened the door. She could see Kazuhiko, of course. She couldn't explain half of the things she saw or why, just that she saw them and playing hide and seek with anyone that was not complete nonmagical humans really gave her an unfair advantage.
"Rat?" Bright Eyes said, slipping into the room.
Pixel was sitting on the bed (completely clothed and shoed). She smiled softly at Bright Eyes and then looked back to the bathroom where there was the sound of running water.
"-I mean, that was my baby. My bike, Who does that? Totalled. Dammit, I really...I really...really loved that thing."
Bright Eyes, who had long ago learned that what came out of Fir's mouth often had nothing to do with how he actually felt, slipped to the bathroom and gave Fir a big hug from behind.
"You're Papa will come around one day and so will Neme--ah, her name is too long," Bright Eyes said/translated.
Fir looked down at the girl and smiled. He kneeled down and gave the girl a great big bear hug. Bright Eyes was only too happy to return the hug, especially once she caught sight of the tears her Big Bro had been trying to hide.

Thom tenses when Itachi put a hand on his knee. Corpses? Oh sweet Bach, he had NO idea what he was supposed to do now and he was blushing more than ever.

"Thom, you're making me laugh." Itachi replied with a smile.
Sighing, she removed her hand. "Watashi no baka... and here I thought I could make you crack at least one genuine smile." the woman teased.

"Of course!" Po-ar replied, hoisting Kazuhiko into the air so he could ride on his shoulders. "Just make sure someone else is with you, okay?"

Aled nodded, "Give them to her now. It would be better to let her rest with them in her system anyway."
"Plus..." Watari added, "We need her in another bed. You're far from healed, Aled-sama."

Eara nodded softly. "Yeah.... yeah. He is."
She fell quiet, thinking even more for an even longer time.
"I wanna help work on the bike." she decided promptly. "I don't doubt you have that iron-immunity thing made already... And once I'm done fixing his, seeing as I did wreck it---don't regret it, it was great, but how am I gonna do it again if I don't know how to fix it?---I wanna learn to drive myself."
Big talk from a little fae. She didn't know a damn thing about bikes...
"I know I'm not gonna be an expert in a day.. but... I can learn."
Kazuhiko nodded, hugging Po-ar's head. "I will. Like you??"
Yuki shook her head. "You think either of them will have that?" she raised an eyebrow at Watari. "We had them both in the same bed when he had that chunk of rib removed... We could always move them back to Aled's room, Watari-san."
She gently began to shake Shiori, who woke up with a start.
She had thought them to be Aoki, or Konton...
"Yuki-chan..!"
"Here." she soothed. "Take this..."
She did as she was told, while Yuki prepped the crook of her arm with an alcohol swab before injecting the rest of her medicine. "You feeling alright?"
"Iie..." she admitted quietly. "I dpn't think I'll make the month Yuki-chan..."
She couldn't help but wonder...
If Konton had the ability to heal her, did he have the power to make it worse as well?
She curled close to Aled, sighing softly. She was tired.
Kazuhiko listened with rapt interest, although he never once said anything.
Poor Fir...
But... why had he been so reluctant to come and help him??
He couldn't help but wonder that to himself.
He could find out a LOT of information this way...
