Drago_the_Blackrose actually I did forget that. >.< ....I'm going to go take a look at them now. I'll take a look at everyone's who hasn't been approved just yet, then I'll give my Ex-Mod thoughts on the techniques. Not that I'll be making the decision, but it might help some to fix techniques before they are denied.

Hey Drago. What does Rakurai need to do to get that lightning demon? I don't want to activate it for a long time, so it would just sit dormant. I just don't want another person taking it before I'm ready to start rping out that part of my storyline xD
