i was on a semi
normal sleep schedule
then i was up all night
up till prolly 5pm the next
day then fell sleep till midnight
and ive been up since then...
i'll prolly crash later on today
how did reaver keep u up?

 Ryu, me too. She's definitely different from my other characters! Reaver, not a big problem, I don't think. And wow, even slimegirls think you're ridiculously colorful. Green, sorry, I chose it for a reason. If you want to issue a challenge, I'd accept, though.

Depends on how you mean.
Academy students have 1-5000 chakra, on average. This is on par with, say, an ordinary human with some training.
Genins can have up to about 50,000. This is noticeably stronger, though still inexperienced.
Chuunins can have up to 80,000, I believe. They are stronger still, of course, and generally experienced enough to handle a squad.
Jounin and above have no limit to their chakra beyond training, and are supposed to be able to handle multiple squads or large-class disasters. They are also capable of becoming Hunter-nins or even Kages, which means very strong indeed.
Is that what you meant?

Nah I was just wondering how to gauge my chakra so i could fill out my Chunnin Exam sheet and I came out with 735 Chakra.

Then yup, you got it right. That being said, that is a fairly low amount, your total should actually be a bit higher than that, maybe? (Since when you make your profile, you get at least a free 800 point or less technique. More if your character is not from Leaf, Moon or Sand, an extra 1500 in that case.) You'll have your work cut out for you if it's a battle-based exam, so good luck!
