Description: A mixture of genjutsu an ninjutsu relying on the power of the sakkugan. While the Sakkugan is active the user will emit a bright light from there eyes.Once done a dome of sorts will form about 100 meters from the caster. The dome doesnt block sight or hinder anyone peering through it in anyway. What it allows the user to do is switch anything that isnt alive or formed from chakra that is not the users own in some way in an out of reality an pass through them as if they weren't there at all. The user can for example pass through a wall an then make that wall real once more right after. effectively allowing the user to simply slide through solid objects as if they were not there to begin with as long as the object is within the barrier.

Sounds more balanced when I give it some thought like this. Anyways, the trigger is 'sound', yes? If I've successfully parsed it out, then approved.

Gruesome Lands: This... I don't know. I'll need someone else to look at it, since it appears to be ninjutsu for a Ghost Technique-type pass. If it's just a localized genjutsu that only appears to make you go through solid objects, then that's something else, and is fine. In either case, please explain further.

as far as mistakes goes yes thats basically it. though i didnt think of the single hand sign one but yes sounds fair. thank you.

gruesome lands works more like turning physical objects into genjutsu itself. which is why you need the sakkugan. anything not alive or in contact or made from a chakra that isnt satemy's. so i cant like make people or there jutsu just harmless. thats about it.

Description: Adapting the basic Kugutsu no jutsu technique Miko is capable of training her chakra control so the strings are stronger and hold a more viable density. Thus her techniques or weapons involving kugutsu no jutsu strings in any form can be augmented to increase their potential strength in effective rank(s) damage and mechanical use of this tensile increase compare to chakra constructs similar to stamina based actions in terms of ranked strength. Trough training the strings produced can increase their rank with no excess of cost beyond that of the new ranks natural cost, so "kugutsu no jutsu" can be formed at D rank or C rank with this technique active and the training to perform this control is completed, up keep keeping with the new ranks cost. Due to it's supplementary nature and only taking effect to support and better mold kugutsu strings this technique acts just as a supplementary ability.

Description: Coating the hands in chakra, the user stabs at the opponent. This jab sends a surge of chakra through the nerves and muscles of the body, scattering signals from the brain to the muscles. The body begins to work in reverse; actions are inverted and the brain starts to get confused. Someone goes to move right and they move left, someone means to jump and they duck. This effect lasts for [3] posts and gives the user time to either attack, run away, or come up with a plan. Though it is possible to begin to work against the jutsu, it is impossible to do so when dealing with reflexes such as grabbing for something when you're falling or flinching away from heat.

This Illusion stands equal height to Damien and his voice is projected through it. This is used by Damien to either confront or talk to people that he has a suspicious notion for.

Edited for 2 more jutsu's. And yes i know i only 8 custom jutsu slots. These are what im after but if a version of the same exist's already please let me know.

Give me pointers how to improve these please. I know they need some work but this was pretty much what i wanted from each in a nut shell sweatdrop

Description: Gives the sound, sight and smell of any body of moving water such as a river, rain, or even simply fog and large mist clouds a hypnotic nature. Those effects are lulled into a sense of extreme calm and inner peace. They become compelled to ignore or over look things that are other wise red flags unless clear and present life threatening danger is active. Lessons reacting time as well a the sense of smell and sight. Can be used on a target location from range as long as a direct line of sight is maintained. If line of sight is broken effects ends.

Description: An arrow is fired from bow and for every twenty feet traveled before impact with a solid object the strike force of the arrow increases and fraction is lowered allowing the arrow to travel further through the air. At best the arrow can travel a max of four times the normal range of the bow's firing range.
A short bow at 200 feet max range with in impact load of 800 pounds per square inch and a long bow maxing at 400 feet max range and an Impact load of 1600 pounds per square inch.

Description: Requires Byakugan or another ability or jutsu able to map out a target characters chakra point and flow.
Using partials of air born moisture infused with casters chakra and upon inhalation or any other form of consumption the targets chakra flow and points are poisoned and polluted to the point some are down right destroyed beyond simple medical ninjutsu's ability to repair without extensive rehabilitation.
Chakra points polluted but not destroyed begin pumping out tainted chakra that drains stamina and is unfit for normal ninjutsu use causing the target to use of greater reserved of chakra for even the most basic of ninjutsu. If left untreated will utterly destroy all chakra points beyond normal repair. Can be combined with air born poisons and is both odorless and tasteless. Obstacles seen through by the Byakugan are ignored.

Description: Using in sizable body of water of at least 3 gallons or more which can include fog, or rain. Tendrils reach out seeking to gain a grip over an intended target or targets. The smaller the body of water the fewer targets that can be picked. Once captured the tendrill snake their way up the targets body restricting movement until finally they reach the neck and head. Wrapping tightly around the throat while at the same time seeking entry into the body through mouth, noes, and ears in order to drown the ensnared target. If the jutsu is broken but water already being poured down a targets throat they most recovered from the effects of drowning. This jutsu can be used to simply bind a target in place or strangle them without drowning.

Using the moister already naturally in the air or added by jutsu such as hidden mist, the more humid or wet the environment the more powerful the jutsu, inch long micro thin water needles are formed. Each needle is aimed for a chakra point and or vital joint with the intention of significantly damaging to the targets chakra flow and ability to move. When resisted or ignored this caused extreme pain throughout the affected join and normal chakra flow is all but impossible. This technique can be fire from any direction or from all sided so long as line of sight is maintained. Obstacles seen through by the Byakugan are ignored.

@NYS and CI: For genjutsu, please include a trigger type, like sight, smell, taste, hearing, or touch. Sight will be like seeing the handsigns for the technique, or making eye contact. Smell will have to be specific, like that of a rose. Taste is a bit harder to pull off, requiring an obscenely thick fog with a flavor in it, or some food or such. Hearing is easy, and carrying a small bell helps, but is also indiscriminate with whomever is in the area listening, friend or foe. Touch would like entering a forest and going around in circles, or laying a hand upon a door knob that suddenly comes to life, etc.

@CI: Hypnotic Rain has quite a few effects listed. As such, we're looking at an A-rank, minimally.
As crazy as this sounds, Impact Resistance's ppsi isn't that high compared to lots of middle ranking techniques. (C-rank, perhaps) Its best feat lays in the elongation of distance. I would allow for this technique to become a null rank technique, starting at the base of E (2x distance), and adding on an additional 1x distance per rank, up to the maximum of S+. Each rank would have to be trained for separately, at which point a complete rewrite of the custom jutsu request should be brought forth.
For Unmerciful Ossification, is this ninjutsu or a custom item request? If it's ninjutsu, it'll require being of the Medical Class, and having access to Suiton. If it's an item, then it'd be considered aerial, and should follow the Poisons' Guide's formatting, for ease of use and judging. In the former, it'd be S-rank minimally, with the latter being considered 'Heavy' and under village sanctions if found out about. (secrecy and all, yeah?) Either way, lemme know.
Unmerciful Strangulating reminds me entirely of Kagemane no Jutsu [ Shadow Imitation Technique ], a Nara technique. We'd likely have to end up going with the same sort of regulations that are placed on Kagemane, for this request, but altered for the Suiton of course. (C-rank minimally)
Unmerciful Strike, hm. Closing Tenketsu is at least an A-rank Eiseijutsu, and has a max number of nodes it can shut, while this request can affect quite a bit more. Such a great ability places it minimally at S-rank.

Repost from Oct. I'd like to add these as additional techniques for not just me but all Hojo to learn if possible. If that's not possible I will modify the names to be more tailored to Tōsokurui as an individual. Since I'm not sure if it's been seen already I quoted. I quoted in the past but in recent events that made me doubt whether the quote actually worked. I realize there is a lot to review, and anything is of course subject to your mercy and will be modified accordingly.


Character:Tōsokurui Ashi Hojo/The Hojo Clan
Technique Name:Inking Method: Kurunsui クルン水 (Black Fountain/ Literal: Krung Water)

Description: The user concentrates a large amount of chakra and releases the ink produced skyward causing a rain of small individual ink pellets. This technique can be blended for devastating results if Twin Blend 050 has been learned for a lofty chakra cost. Expends double blend ranked chakra when blended. Each hit counts as 1/10th of a typical shots effectiveness. Kurunsui has the capability of covering an expanse the size of a district if used at it's full potential. Putting it into Perspective

Description: Using the same process as sticky fingers produces six tentacle like appendages from the users back. The appendages have a sustain cost but function similarly if not exactly to Endai Ika capable of extending, holding, or wrapping. If a limb is lost 1/6th of the chakra's initial cost can be used to bring it back. This technique can be blended if Twin Blend 050 has been learned doubling it's initial cost and increasing the price of regeneration to 1/3 of its initial cost. The sustain remains the same. The skill requires knowing the Hojo Clan skill Sticky Fingers. Only slightly stronger than Sticky Fingers counts for 1/3rd of a typical shot on a strike. Where a binding grab would result in the effectiveness of a typical shot each post the target spends restrained.

Standing in the wall results in a typical shots worth of ink per each post spent within the wall.

It's strength and numbers can be increased with increased expenditure of Chakra. E-1, D-2, C-4, B-6, A-12, S-16. All Ink Mines start at the lowest size. The size can be Increased with further expenditure of Chakra. E-Golfball, D-Baseball, C-Basketball, B-Exercise Ball, A-Boulder, S-Bigger Boulder

Technique Name:Ikawarutsu イカワルツ (Squid Waltz/ Literal:Following Waltz)

Element: Null
Description: The skill consumes a taijutsu slot. This technique utilizes Endai Ika in an unconventional way in order to produce misdirection and a subsequent devastating blow. The user extends, grabs a stationary object, and retracts their arms around a vicinity flinging themselves around the area not unlike a rubber band. This process when repeated and completed in quick succession increases overall momentum. Strength and speed increases over post duration. Slightly, mildly, moderately, heavily, greatly, and supremely capping at the the users maximum skill rank for their current rank(genin caps at B etc). Damage and Speed at the beginning of the skill is equivalent to rank D skill Dynamic Entry. It takes one post of uninterrupted rubber banding to increase the skills rank and a stamina sustain cost of 10 per post. After Rank B the sustain cost increases to 20 at Rank A, and 30 at Rank S. This skill can be used supplementary for rapid travel in dense areas with many stationary objects. I.e(Forest, City, Arena) It's useless otherwise in barren areas. (Desert, Meadow, Open Ocean.) The skill resets back to Rank D after a strike but can still continue. Justu and Inking methods can be used whilst airborne however, this reduces Ikawarutsu's rank by the number of jutsu used up to the minimum of D. If a skill is used at rank D the Ikawarutsu ends. Ikawaratsu has a three post cool down before being used again after a complete stop.



Character:Tōsokurui Ashi Hojo/Hojo Clan
Technique Name:Inking Method: Mai-kai マイ界(My World/ Literal:My World)

Type:Bloodline
Element: Ink
Description: The Hojo Clan member has become skilled enough with their ink to manipulate it freely after its release, the ink after all being an extension of their own chakra. The Hojo clan member can use their various inks for various ink based jutsu. The ink can be used in constructing written seals and fuuinjutsu when applicable. It can also be used to draw stationary traps triggered by hand seals. Manipulating stationary drawings/pools of ink requires a chakra cost equal to the inks blend cost. Ink can be mixed with Suiton and Fuuton Jutsu so long as the Suiton based jutsu does not consist of hot water. The Inks effectiveness is also dropped by half in such an event. This technique unlike the Ukyo's cannot create, summon, and manipulate complex drawings made with the ink. Ink manipulation is limited to geometric shapes, symbols, and drawings lacking complex detail. Mastery of this technique shows a Hojo clan members truest harmony with their ink as such they can also detect whenever something or someone comes in contact with the ink as if a motion sensor but only to that extent.

Type: Bloodline [ Supplementary ]
Element: Shakuton
Description: With a handseal, the user gathers their shakuton chakra in to one hand, creating a ball of hot chakra. They then spread that chakra on to a variety of weapons including projectiles by hovering the hand over the surface of said weapon, creating a thin layer. This chakra, when making contact with the skin, causes minor burns and slight dehydration to the impact site.

Description: The user makes a few hand seals, creating six floating balls of shakuton chakra. These balls of chakra then begin to seek out any near by sources of chakra, floating to that source at a fair speed ( Chuunin min. ). When they touch any solid surface, they explode on impact, causing decent burns and dehydration.

Before deciding to add these all straight to the list, I'm going to have to go over them one by one, determining if they're viable for even just a personal use. (Hojo were Shinsua's Clan, so I can't afford to mess up his ideals) Okay! So..... Ceremonial Blend 032 appears to deviate by being the only ink capable of allowing a Hojo to use upon themselves. Other inks do not have this capability. Durations of effectiveness are through either the posted amounts, or for how long one can host the chakra costs. After the effectiveness runs out, while the ink may still be attached to someone, its general usage is gone. (but a bright green person will remain bright green for a while, etc)

Kurunsui: I would divide the power between the total number of shots, instead of a 1/10, which could be abusable. In changing it by that small smidgen, I feel it'll be acceptable. The football field size is agreeable.

Hakai: Solidly good ink. Acceptable as is.

Ikarokude: This, I feel, is too complicated for Shinsua's vision of the 'line, but not as a personal custom. Also, as ink, it wouldn't stick to the user without the Ceremonial Blend 032. If that's intended, it would be alright as a personal custom.

Inkabe Paradaimu: Creating a barrier is all well and good, but I'm not certain that I completely understand the last sentence. In addition, so long as the deflection ability is still constrained by normal chakra interactions, it should be stated as such.

Blend 023: I feel that this would be more of an inking method usable across other inking techniques, but if you want it to be just this one technique, it's fine.

Description: The Hojo Clan member produces a unique clear watery ink blend. The ink is then spat on a target. The target covered in the ink will then gain a reflective coating making them blend in with their surroundings and creating a false state of invisibility as long as it remains still.

Description: The skill consumes a taijutsu slot. This technique utilizes Endai Ika in an unconventional way in order to produce misdirection and a subsequent devastating blow. The user extends, grabs a stationary object, and retracts their arms around a vicinity flinging themselves around the area not unlike a rubber band. This process when repeated and completed in quick succession increases overall momentum. Strength and speed increases over post duration. Slightly, mildly, moderately, heavily, greatly, and supremely capping at the the users maximum skill rank for their current rank(genin caps at B etc). Damage and Speed at the beginning of the skill is equivalent to rank D skill Dynamic Entry. It takes one post of uninterrupted rubber banding to increase the skills rank and a stamina sustain cost of 10 per post. After Rank B the sustain cost increases to 20 at Rank A, and 30 at Rank S. This skill can be used supplementary for rapid travel in dense areas with many stationary objects. I.e(Forest, City, Arena) It's useless otherwise in barren areas. (Desert, Meadow, Open Ocean.) The skill resets back to Rank D after a strike but can still continue. Justu and Inking methods can be used whilst airborne however, this reduces Ikawarutsu's rank by the number of jutsu used up to the minimum of D. If a skill is used at rank D the Ikawarutsu ends. Ikawaratsu has a three post cool down before being used again after a complete stop.

Description: The Hojo Clan member has become skilled enough with their ink to manipulate it freely after its release, the ink after all being an extension of their own chakra. The Hojo clan member can use their various inks for various ink based jutsu. The ink can be used in constructing written seals and fuuinjutsu when applicable. It can also be used to draw stationary traps triggered by hand seals. Manipulating stationary drawings/pools of ink requires a chakra cost equal to the inks blend cost. Ink can be mixed with Suiton and Fuuton Jutsu so long as the Suiton based jutsu does not consist of hot water. The Inks effectiveness is also dropped by half in such an event. This technique unlike the Ukyo's cannot create, summon, and manipulate complex drawings made with the ink. Ink manipulation is limited to geometric shapes, symbols, and drawings lacking complex detail. Mastery of this technique shows a Hojo clan members truest harmony with their ink as such they can also detect whenever something or someone comes in contact with the ink as if a motion sensor but only to that extent.

Hello, Tor! Drought Bringer, acceptable. As for the Soul Seekers, please give an approximate speed, like Chuunin minimum, Jounin maximum, or etc. Also, how many. If you want something akin to the split effectiveness ability like Necroplant's Kurunsui application--shown above--that is also feasible. (as in, creating 1 will be full power, 2 would be at 1/2 each, 3 at 1/3 each, etc)
