Even though it was punishment for their behavior however it was a lesson in baby care they needed to know first hand, with Senente close eye on them they teamed up to wash her throughly but as gentle as possible since she was very small and the smallest mistake could cause problems. After the washing was done Nasah picked her up in a towel as Everest found the diapers and powder carefully drying her as she whimpered with the onesie on her head which was a challenge with the hole small but after a few tries Senente came in to show how to do it right without having her act like that and the two figured out the rest, once done Raiku hadthe kitchen done back to normal before the morning in a way they still needed to still clean, at least after a few hours and with everything back in order Senente held Yuki coming back down however something wasnt right.As Yuki was put down she started to cry louder as if she was hit yet noone touched her and Nasagah tred to hold her getting the same reaction,"Momma how come she wont stop crying we didnt do anything to her but bathe her....I dont get it either why she's warm."

He sees her stress and takes Yuki outside on the porch to give Senente a break but whatever he tried it wasnt making the crying soften,"Come on whats the matter little one...you normally dont cry this much give daddy a clue." he says calmly and thinks going to the books.Placing Yuki down in the nursery Raiku goes ober the books for infant complications figuring out possible leads to sudden crying and comes up with something heading downstairs,"Sen I think I solved it look here in the chapter here." she looks at it realizing from how Yuki was acting she had what few babies develop called colic, sudden fussiness and crying that a baby with it will do and the only thing for soothing is keeping her cool that way not causing overheat and to keep them close making sure there not alone in the room. He sighs thinking at it,"On the bright side we can ease it till it fades out with mint and carroway seed....maybe a few other things." Senente didnt want to think about it till it hit her,"Rai when was the last time she was burped..I didnt see yo do it last feeding."

Yuki giggled to the light swaying feeling much better than she was giving a chance for cry free time, Everest came by watching her sister in the basket and decided to think hard about what she said in the hospital,"Maybe I was being too hasty about not being a real child to them but....if they didnt love me why are they always hugging me and telling me stories before I go to sleep. A real mommy and daddy shows that and even though....I'm not really their I'm techinically theirs at the same time....." she thinks in her mind,"My mommy and daddy love me dearly and would never try to hurt me just because they had a child of their own doesnt mean they will treat me and Nasi any different...they saved us."

Going back into reality she picks Yuki up like Senente told her placing her on a blanket on top of the hill thinking sometime away from the house would do some good for her, Everest thought she was doing good but as she peeled a melonberry the sound of slithering perked her ears....it wasnt a good feeling as the familier scales and hood rose from the bottem on the hill coming its way up at the tiny figure,it hissed to scare them but she was becoming defensive holding Yuki close feeling a sharp ripping noise nearly yelling as hard as she could feeling something warm run down her back but as fast as the attack happen Arbok was gone and it was only her and Yuki crying from the sudden noises,"Please dont cry we'll get home and mommy can keep you safe.....I'll take you to mommy and everything will be ok sissy promises."Her back felt like fire for the walk and every step became more intense with only Yuki whimpering as a reminder...she had to get home no matter the concenquence.

"Sorry mommy...I'm so sorry for the panic...you see I thought Yuki would like to be in some fresh air for a few minutes and, well you and daddy were busy so I though going up to the hill would be nice. It was all fine and all but that when I heared the slithering noise and knew something wasnt right in the air. Arbok tried to get baby sister but I huddled close to her and it fang digged into my back instead of hers."Evereest was in tears talking about it,"I knew Yuki would be hurt a lot and maybe worse than that..then...when I thought it was over I picked her up and started to come home even with my back hurting but then it came back but Jolteon came and helped me bring Yuki back...I..I didnt want her to be harmed."

Raiku looks at Senente for a moment knowing it all had to be truth since her back dripped blood on the floor as her legs shivered from everything...she was believed."You risked your own safety to help your sister out...thats what a big sibling should do, protect the youngest no matter what." he says checking Yuki for any wounds but finds her safe but looking at Everest's back it was slow to see being careful not to move the scratched flesh from her shirt which Senente was shocked in terror she was able to take on so much pain the entire time she was attacked. Raiku examines the scratches thinking of what needed to be done,"A lot of skin needs to be reallined and definatly plenty of herbal skins." it was a procedure his mother used to do making several sheets of painkilling herb pastes that was laid on the skin and dries before another layer was added, both him and Raiyushi had it done from sparing and was pretty affective with minor scaring. Putting Yuki down in her cradle he picks Everest up clearing the table and placing her there, he never done this type of work before, almost like seeing the wounds reminded him of the past and how Kin had done it and with that Raiku remembered how to start,"Sen I need your help for these I need Honeysuckle blossems, Platain leaves, clove, mint, and from the lokchaion family Juxlin root, Fraloom petals, luglug root, and Posydee bark.....they'll make the herbal skin for her."

It was a pretty sight that even the toughest of people would look in fear, Raiku was carefully placing the skin back where it should be managing the best he could but most had to be removed which wasnt nice for Everest. Nasagah heared her crying and tried to help as much as possible calming her by making her eat a fe spoon fuls of Sane berry mush to try and numb her to sleep but the pain made it impossible,looking up Raiku sees Senente's expression and knew what she was thinking,"I know its a mess but...she did do it for little Yuki and if I knew correctly she was bitter about it then turned nice about the entire thing.....we can help her but if its too much sit in the livingroom and watch Yuki for a little bit." he wasnt being stern but as mature possible working fast pasting the herbs till a thick green goop was the final product and by taking a small amount adds the first layer that makes Everest cry for a moment but settles down as the berry mush eased her to a drowsy sleep and Raiku sighs."We'll let the layer dry and add on the next one....this stuff should work if my mother did it."

"Mommy.....daddu wanted me to give you this to ease your nerves, its not too much mint that way you dont fall asleep but be at ease." he say giving the glass to her on the table since she was holding Yuki.Raiku knew once Senente had calmed down a little it would make it easier for him to finish up on Everest, while he waited for Senente to feel a little better Everest was passed out from the Sane berry mush Nasagah gave her to numb her body and the sun was already drying the first layer as it was starting to chip off and he went on applying the next layer,"This is going to be a long progress at least a good ten even twenty layers to go then her back will get a little air and seal up the skin."

He would look around in the rain to find her but the rain would make things difficult but sees a stray of purple and go to find her picking her up from the rain and head inside,Kin would come in with a towel for the two of them drying her up as much as she could with Senente covered in shivers as the boys would watch from the hall hidden, wondering what was happening and why she was out there in the bad weather like that but just as well Raiku knew the truth keeping quiet about it. After a few minute Kin would make up some warm tea and give her some making her more comfortable. In reality Senente was in a daze thinking back at thing she wished had happen even though it was the present and it just wasnt in the cards to change time yet....it was something she just did.
