Lady Aurahkah He could always go your route Bastet of your current and do the differet third of people in the different spots adn then yank them all together inthe one centralized location... The one centralized location for Archaic Manor: The Kitchen, unless Saradin kicks us out, then it is the Courtyard. For such a nice, fancy manor, we do not sit in the so called main room that often.

*Thinks* Well isn't there one of us that's always around all the time pretty much regardless of circumstances? Any secondary characters to tell it from rather than main?

I bet we would if there was a way to make food in there, rather than just roasting things in the fireplace...'Sides all big places have a big room that's supposed to be used that isn't...it's where we have parties or skid around the floor in our socks.

Still, we've all had personal moments where our character is the only one involved.
And speak for yourself Bastet, I've had a great deal of quality time in the main hall. More technically outside in harsh weather or on a rooftop, and true that from the time I hit chef mode I spent a great deal of time in the kitchen.... actually.... forget I said anything.

See, I was counting recently by the way, some people *cough* Ryo and Azaireal *cough* spend more time outside the manor fighting some random evil anyway.
Third person can get a look at everyone, you just have to work it right. Oh and I got to go. Hope to see you again soon Saradin.

Hm. Let's see we all post in third person. And the book is about the RP...maybe you can convert things like we post. Like keep it third person, but do those internal monologue things we seem to do anyway. That's gives you the 'knowing everything' part and the 'knowing only what they think/know' part...

That would work yes, and is what I default to if I cant pan out my other ideas. But I wanted to include some personal thoughts on one thing or another and thats difficult if you are from a distant viewpoint. But the more I think about it, the more I think I'm going to sink into a third person...

Its sounds like it would work better that way..that's why I'll never turn this thing into a book myself...by third person sounds rather childish.
If you really want to get that deep personal thought. You can try something like having one character staring at the other (as that often happens around here) and sink into a first view of said character. *shrugs* It's the odd ideas part of my writing skills showing...
A far as organization, if done on third person, and you want to include everything, or the major things (depends on your definition of major) You could probably do a short chapter dedicated like thing...or use my favorite word to switch between...meanwhile.

From one chapter to the next I'll have it dedicated to a different character's perspective. I can experiment with it a bit and see where I end up, but thats what I think Id prefer.
Pros: Get more personal between the characters. Can still get all those little events where there wouldnt be anyone around to see.
Cons: May make the story a little broken up, losing the consistancy. Writing for characters that arent mine is difficult for me.
Anyhow, I need to check out for now and get back to the real job. Business will be picking up soon. *bows* See you later. I hope.

Apparently you people have elaborate scheduales as to when you are online, so when I get bored, fighting my own enemies is all I can really do... Essay Season, I can only get one every so often.... *perhaps I should go kill so more demons.... This time, the Grammer and Spelling Fiends... OR the vile Microsoftocles....

Elaborate indeed.
As life in the universe city occupies more of my time, I can almost ne'er be lurking at the same times as thee. Thus, I shall swort the attemps of the vile scum of hell to storm the manor, and defeat the unruly armies of the archfiend Microsoftocles, or more commonly Mick Neverworkses march of eternal DOOM!
Alas the brave angel of... currently of the Manor, for his rest shall ne'er come as long as that foul beast fails to work effectively as a tool to write essays, I mean attack the manor with evil fiends.
Those foul grammerights, and spell'Ch'kers prevent rest and eternal bliss. Oh how I cry from the abysmal damnation of the bottemless pits and the hordes of destruction. Each day, my energy shrinks, as though I am both being punished by the vanquished fiends, and the source of my energy, the elixer Cok'L'Co'La....
May AO have mercy on my eternal soul, for I shall go down fighting...
(Breif translation: I write history papers at University level... Each paper slowly kills me.... Must reference... more... primary... sources... But I suck at writing essays [thesis = easy way, let's make it hard by not using them], thus my spelling and grammer are not the most my most eloquent of abilities.)
(And Microsoft doesn't Work.... I lost two hours from it once [ now I save ever y 15 mins {stupid program} ]
