But yeah, best things to read first here would be the Shinobi Handbook and the Rules & Guidelines
if you have any questions there's also the Ask Questions Here topic =)
There are learnable techs that originate from Kakashi; but I dont think there's an actual clan dedicated to him. If you wanted to use Ninken, I'd say the best bet would be to be apart of the Inuzuka clan since they use canine familiars

WE do have the Hatake clan I think, So you could be on of your own choice, But as we said, READ the RULES and get used to it so you dont have to ask all the time. Ok.
