Ah. I just looked now. For a Pennsylvania permit, you can miss no more than 3. Must get at least 15/18 on the test.
Compared to other states, this is shenanigans.

TheWingsOfTheGods claru gardeford Saemus I just got into LoL last night. It's fun, but kind of repetitive sometimes. The players are pretty chill though, they're MOSTLY not all like "NOOBNOOB U SUK NOOBNOOB". Either that, or I'm just so good that they don't use those words on me. cool i know about the repetetive thing. i can only play it for like 2 hour periods a week. I have sona and thats about it. i cant succeed as anything except support people T.T I have a large selection of champs bought with IP alone. But i mainly play carries, melee's, or Mages (When i feel like trolling them with a full ap build and being really squishy but killing whole team in seconds)  I mainly play with range but my favorite champ is teemo

claru gardeford no free promotions. and hes too busy to deal with you why dont you talk to me instead i'm the next best thing thats free. I don't intend it to be free I am willing to work for it

Compared to other states, this is shenanigans. most of the stuff is common sense tho. just read through the whole manual, trust me, it doesnt take long to read, and most of the stuff is common knowledge.

I've got a bit of a conundrum on my hands.... i play xd okay, dont know how familiar you are with new phyrexia set and new sets, but long story short, running a white weenie standard deck.... Cant decide whether to run 2 blade splicers and 2 thraben doom-sayers or 4 doomed travelers.

In Australia you get like... 35 questions and you can only get some of them wrong (there are 5 you cannot get wrong, the rest you are allowed only one incorrect answer) I think, don't you dare quote me, Faded.

Cant decide whether to run 2 blade splicers and 2 thraben doom-sayers or 4 doomed travelers. if you have quite a few battle cry creatures in the deck id go with the 2 blade splicers and 2 thraben doomsayers, since when you summon the blade splicers, u get a token at the same time, and as long as you have the thraben on the field, you can add more tokens each turn. the more you get on the field than losing, the better the battle cry will work.
