[OOC:] Hakaru Kai shut the door behind Hakaru with a smile. The seahorse twitched his tail and told Kai to pass on his message. "He said it's nice to see you, too. He also want's to introduce himself. His name is He'enalu."

[OOC:] I made it up. It means nothing in the real life.
Hakaru laughed some, looking between Kai and the seahorse. "Sorry, but I'm not even going to try to pronounce that." he said, rubbing the back of his head as his tail curled up in embarrassment, shyness, and a bit of attraction.

Kai laughed and shrugged. "Takes a while to get used to the names," she said. She saw Hakaru's tail curl and laughed a little. She thought the tail and the ears looked adorable on the prince. She tried to think of something to say, but it was hard. [OOC:] Oh, haha. Cool. Kai means sea and Nalu means waves in Hawaiian. That's why I picked it XP

Hakaru scratched the back of his head, wondering how to proceed. Soon he glanced to Kai. "Kai... I... I wanted to say thanks actually... For saying what you did. It kept me safe and I should be grateful."

Kai frowned and fidgeted a little as she looked down. "I'm sorry I said that, though. It was pretty much a lie anyways. I just... I needed to know you'd be safe if I couldn't convince them to help out here. I'm just glad everything's alright now," she said quietly.

Hakaru smiled some and went over to her. He gently took her hand, watching her. "Can... Can we go back to the way things were? Before the battle?"

Kai smiled back at Hakaru, squeezing his hand and nodding. "Definitely. Except, y'know, without an eminent war looming over our heads," she said jokingly.

Hakaru smiled some, feeling Kai squeeze his hand. The young prince gently pulled the mermaid into a soft kiss, wrapping his arms around her waist.

Kai closed her eyes as Hakaru kissed her, wrapping her arms around his neck and smiling into the kiss. Finally, the fish had shut up, not wanting to ruin anything, and Kai tightened her grip on Hakaru, though not tight enough to hurt him.

Hakaru kept the kiss, pulling her closer as he enjoyed their moment. He slowly backed up, taking her with him as he soon sat on her bed, letting her sit on his lap.

Kai was holding her breath, naturally, as Hakaru pulled her closer. She tangled her fingers in his long hair, surprised when she was suddenly sitting in his lap, being so oblivious to everything. Eventually, her lungs protested loudly and she pulled back for a gasping breath of air.

Hakaru panted as well when Kai had to break for air. He smiled some and nuzzled her neck softly, letting her regain her breath.

Kai leaned her chin against Hakaru's shoulder for a moment, listening to Hakaru's breathing before she moved to kiss him again. Being a little bolder than the prince, she deepened the kiss a bit, testing him.

Hakaru returned the kiss, letting Kai push any limits she wanted. He was still new to this sort of thing.

Kai was somewhat surprised by Hakaru's willingness, but didn't push anymore. She was content where she was. When breathing once again became a necessity, she pulled away. Leaning her forehead on Hakaru's, she smiled, her eyes still closed.
