He's using the organizations stuff with no intent on supporting the organization which I knew he would do. So I planned on eventually having to blow him up from the beginning. I guess a part of rebuilding would be taking care of old business.

Well there are several ways.
1) bind you to a bunch of propane tanks; light a match and watch the fun
2) dynamite
3) build a bomb and drop it in your relative location
4) wait for him to fall asleep and then set a bomb under his bed
5) Use jutsu to spontaneously cause your eye fluids to combust.

I personally enjoy options 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 smile you should do a combination of the 5.
like...
Wait for him to fall asleep then place propane tanks in his room surrounded by dynamite build a bomb and throw it into the room and use a jutsu to spontaneously make his eye fluids combust setting off the rest of the explosives smile

I used a word that covers everything like "Modifications" for that very reason. Modifications aren't limited by a mechanical or any type of surgery so even if you get the injection you get the bomb because the injection modifies your body. So it's not a matter of rping out getting the bomb, if you use anything you have a bomb in you... But you can willingly get it removed later on.
