So um yeah... Where would I post in Kumogakure if I have a genin looking for a snesei and/or squad to join?

Finding the Raikage would be the best bet seeing how most of the ninja from Kumo are in the exams.

Me. Jedi is training me so I'm at the training grounds. *holds a chidori* but honestly till chunin exams done. i don't think much training will get done.

I would say you should go to the Raikage since if I remember correctly your ninjutsu class and have Raiton so she can help. so either one would work. Though when the exams are over ythere will be a lot more people that can train you. BUt yeah I'm sure Jedi wouldn't mind.
