my indo-chinese friend would ask someone to help her scratch her back with a coin or something to relief her headache.. she said its some traditional method that is effective.. but to me it's scary! xD they scratch till the back is red with marks.. sad well, there are not headache packs containing lots of herbs.. and here's some tips i found: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/headaches/HE00006

I have tried all of those on top of taking a LOT of headache meds already - hence the asking of a non-medicine way as any more would be going into extreme OD.
