I don't think it matters just something you can learn if you want to
but yeah it might since grass is so flamable you can use it as a medium for them

Actually it is a very smart decision. You can use grass control to wrap up and enemy with vines and then set them on fire burning them seriously.

Puppetry REQUIRES you to SUCK at taijutsu...
and it REQUIRES someone teaches you the puppetry jutsu
And it REQUIRES you to build the puppet
I went total control freak when one A-hole puppeteer showed up
I keeld him and blew up his puppets one by one then I slammed that into the rule book
