Willow's ears flicked up when Amrita hid behind her. "Oh?" She watched, she had enough layers to hid the patchwork easily. She watched it as it looked at her.
When it was past, "It looks... creepily like you." She said, "... can we stop it somehow?" She asked as Amrita told her it wanted her hair. She blinked as she pulled something from her sleeve, "Ohh thank you! Uh, well I met a horsewoman I believe, her name was Shaheen. I haven't meet any boils though." She admited her tail flickering a bit, "I almost killed myself in my shoes though." She held up her shoes for Amrita to see.

Mac burst out laughing. "Charlotte. A little old school, don't you think?!" Not that he was one to talk - who named their kid Leander? She put her hands behind his neck and for a moment he looked awkward, not really sure where to put his hands. She had some crazy hips, but...Hel was here somewhere, and he didn't want to get into too much trouble. So both of his hands settled on her waist, a nice medium that wasn't too high or too low. Innocent. Harmless.
Hopefully.
"Sounds delicious. Why didn't you sign up to cater this shindig? You coulda replaced that ghost ghoul." Mac made a face of disdain; Gene had definitely made it into his memory with her...temper. Which he had done nothing to provoke, nope.
"I'm going to be a ferryman. On the water, all the time!" He was pretty confident that it would happen.

Mjoll chuckled, "Ah, well my feet aren't as bad. When you get good enough you shouldn't have to look at their feet, it's all about confidence." She gave a small nod and a smile.
Her back wings gave a twitch as she saw Bastion approach them. She wondered what he wanted, and when he started talking there was a hidden smile. Finally he seemed to be growing up a bit.
"Olivia why don't you go get Andrew and those cute little stuffed toy's of yours." She gave the ghoul a hug, "I think someone deserves a dance. I'll meet up with you and your date again later, maybe we can see if we can get me one of those cuties."
With that she looked at Bastion, "What sort of Dance did you have in mind?"

Sparrow's smile was wide. "That is a most excellent way of thinking of things," he said, taking a sip of his punch. "I rather like that, so I think I'll remember that in the future."
The smile faded a little, however, at the mention of the photo booth. "I, ah...well, it's a bit bittersweet for me, I'm afraid," he said, a little sheepishly. "My ghoulfriend, ah...couldn't make it this year, so I suppose it's a little...disheartening, to say."
He cleared his throat, smiling again. "I apologize, I did not mean to be so pessimistic, especially to a new student."Prismatic Ferret asdlfknasdf I AM SORRY FOR THE WAIT OTL

Hel, honestly, was probably moments away from exploding on Lottie. What kept her rooted to her current spot, was very much a mystery. Because Junko or Helmut certainly couldn’t hold her back…and Hel did want she wanted when she wanted, common courtesy be damned. But right this moment, she was standing on her tip toes, catching Lottie’s eye, and being very obvious in her hand gestures, threats, and the words she was mouthing to the little witch. Followed by:

"...Yes, yes it does." Amrita lamented on the Doll's suspicious resemblance. "Mort has to deactivate it, but I think he's enjoying this too much to do it yet." Whisper's gratitude made her smile, and she gave a nod in lieu of saying anything more on the subject. "Aww, too bad! Did you have a date?"
...
"Moldy Jack, ghoul! No wonder! You stay off those for the rest of prom, okay? I don't want broken ankles!"

"Weren't my idea! It was my Grandma's name, too. Named after her, I suppose." Lottie didn't seem to mind that he laughed, grinning herself. "We can't all have crazy cool names like Mac now can we?"Lottie giggled and shook her head. "Naaah~ I'll save my expertise for some other prom. This is my first one! Can't get myself all caught in a frenzy working." She said with a laugh. "Ooooh no fooling, huh? Sounds like you're looking for a life of adventure! Ah~ To be out at sea~ Days on end~ Nothing but you, your boat, and maybe some poor sucker on a one way ticket to---"She seemed to pause, her face contorting into one of befuddlement as he caught Hel mouthing something. Probably meant for her but... MEH! The witch smirked then shrugged. "Aha, sorry, I thought I saw something. So! How long have you been a student here?" She asked with a sparkling smile, swaying happily to the music.

"Blegh, a hand-me-down name? Even worse! Now you have a standard to uphold." Mac made another face, but that fell away with a grin as she complimented his name. "True, true. Well hey, nothing's stopping you from giving yourself a nickname, hmm? If you introduce yourself with it all the time, people will assume it's your real one!" He was exhibit A, but he wasn't going to tell her that.
"Yep, that's the plan! Maybe a pretty miss to...keep me company." His grin turned wicked for a moment, but he really couldn't help it. He even had an idea as to which pretty miss it would be! Hopefully. Once more, the crowd obscured his view of Hel when he turned to see what she was looking at.
"...Are you sure? You've got the attention span of a zombie squirrel." He gave her a dubious look, his brow lifting as if she were crazy.

As much as Bastion wanted the smaller ghoul's permission, it seemed Mjoll had made the decision for her. So the horseman bowed his head in apology, and once more promised the ghoul that he would return Mjoll as soon as possible. But the moment Bastion realized Mjoll was going to dance with him, he briefly entertained the idea of bolting out of the prom altogether. He thought of just how bad vomit would have looked on that pretty blue dress she wore. And then he realized he was focusing on her dress, and not her, and wondered if he would still look like a man if he burst into tears right there on the dance floor. All of these thoughts spun through his head, while he stood there in front of her, silent and still as stone, for at least a full minute. Then he took her hand in his, and put his other hand against her waist, answering her question without words. But he could only manage the strength to do it when he looked away, gazing instead at the ceiling awkwardly. Once he'd managed to touch her without melting into hysterics, he turned his gaze back down to her. And still, he did not actually answer her question. He just slow danced with her, as respectably as possible. "You-" His voice came out sounding like a pre-pubescent, high pitched squeak. He cleared it, and over-exaggerated the deepness of his voice as he continued. "You look lovely. Is this a new dress? I don't recall seeing it before." Then he realized he was admitting that he knew her entire wardrobe by heart and flushed a dark, embarrassed crimson. Where does one go when one dissipates at prom?

Lottie gave a short laugh, "Hah! Oh, I will uphold the name, all right! Grandma Lottie was a first class Sweets Witch! I'll be even better." She boasted, almost puffing out her small chest with pride. Little did Mac know, her cupcake familiars were nothing short of disastrous failures. Oh? A pretty miss? Was he referring to someone he already had or..... or was it Hel? She did seem very protective. Then again, maybe it wasn't Hel, and Hel was just a stupid wannabe ghoulfriend groupie! HAH! That was totally it! "Sounds awful romantic. Aren't you just a catch, huh?" She giggled and winked. "Lucky Miss, indeed."The ghoul laughed, releasing one of her hands from around his neck to wave dissuasively. "S'nuthing! Truly! I just have a lot of energy cause of all that food I had. Wanna help me burn it off~?"....she means by dancing. Honestly.

"We can't burn it?" She asked looking at it, she was a ghost she could handle fire. Well better than some other students.
She chuckled, "No I didn't sign up for a blind date this year and well no one asked so I came alone." Willow watched as Amrita told her to stay off those too, "That's why I'm carrying them, I didn't really have a place to put them." she said with a shrug, "Perhaps good for throwing at creepy dolls that want hair?"

Confidence, it was something Olivia could do. She nodded, in a way that hopefully it conveyed the idea. Dancing would just need to have it gained, but again, this wasn't so bad. The hang of it was gotten.
And then stopped when she felt a tap upon her shoulder and her head turned to see a very dark face peering down upon her and only her. So much staring at her. She blinked up at the other horseman, awe as usual as he addressed her in such a nice manner. Though she would be sad to have to stop her dance with Mjoll, she smiled all the same. "Okay." He had asked very nicely after all and Mjoll had said she'd find her again.
Besides, now she could try to dance with Andrew. Show off her new learned skill. "Thank you for showing me how to dance," she told the blonde as she returned the hug. What one of those cuties was, she was unsure of but with a small little wave to the now dancing pair, the wight bounced back to Andrew. And stared at him expectedly.

Yeah…okay…Hel didn’t take to being ignored kindly. Or taunted for that matter, which is what Lottie had been doing to her all night, and she was definitely certain that she was just being super friendly right now for her benefit. Out of all the people Lottie could have picked to taunt her with, that boil was the wrong one as well… That was why Hel tore away from Junko and Helmut, and stormed her way through the a crowd of students, even breaking through and shoving others who were in her way, her narrowed gaze all on Lottie. That poor little ghoul really didn’t know who she was messing with… The reaper cut in between the two, nothing short of murderous intent on her face, snatched Lottie firmly around the waist with one arm, and made a fist with her free hand. She then delivered her second charley horse that evening, and punched Lottie right in the thigh.

Andrew followed the ghouls at they walked to the tent and let them off load all the toys on to him. He didn’t mind holding for Olivia, he actually expected to wind up with everything at some point. Andre just held on to it all drifting over to the food table to find more snacks. He watched Olivia attempt to dance. It seemed it was her first time. Good to know. He sort of knew how to dance, (a requirement of growing up in a demon home,) but he wasn’t good at it. Still Olivia seemed to be learning a dance, waltz? He spotted Mjoll get stolen away and decided to stuff all the toys under a table for now. He then walked over to Olivia, meeting her half way on the floor and offered her his hand. “Did you want to keep doing that dance? I do know it, maybe not as well as the horse but…” his tail glowed a bit brighter, his hands feeling a bit more warm than usual.

Mjoll just smiled at Olivia, "Anytime duckling." She gave a small wave as she was whisked off by Bastion, well perhaps a little less gracefully than whisked but it was better than naught.
Her brow lofted a little as he spoke, "Aye, I picked it up at the scaretique downtown; normally I would've made such a dress myself perhaps a little less glowy and in your face, but I had little time." She said; "Since no one asked me, I found out too late to make my own."
The tone didn't seemed bothered as she spoke, just a little dead panned to hide any doubts. "Though I'm sure there's millions of things in my closet you've never seen. Unless you're sneaky and sneak into my back room when my shop is open." The comment sounded like a playful tsktsk and not as if she was accusing him of something.
Eventually her brow lofted as she watched him turn a peculiar shade of crimson, ". . . Are you alright?"
