It seemed to all be happening so fast. Was he dead... or alive?! "Pale! Please! Don't try ands tart a fight. Just... let it go..." She said shocked with her own words. Maybe she should just let everything go... Forget about everyone and everything... Go back to her father or Passe. Heh, the funny thing was, she couldn't stop thinking how right Passe had seemed. Standing up again, she just walked off as if it was nothing... Back to the castle Jay had made for them, the staff end dragging in the dirt.

The entire times Reaper was up on a cliff looking over the entire area of the wilderness. Squating down on the very edge with her hands holding onto the cliff between her feet. Blood cape fluttering behind her in the wind. Those brandy eyes staring down watching the entire event unfold before her very eyes. It still amazed her how easily life could suddenly change for everyone within a blink of an eye. Reaper's head tilted back hearing the caw of the crow from above. "...that's why you have been here for last few days.....ruler of hell.." She whispered to the crow as it circled around the area where Jay met his death.

Pale gave a dry laugh. "I never expected to be able to raise a hand that far to him! You've never seen him in battle, he's a surprise" she said mockingly, raising a finger to where he had stood before he left. She got up ackwardly, and went over to Rayne "I'm just having trouble dealing with this. We all need to stick together now, and I don't think I'm helping it." Covered in garss stains, her wrists pruple from the bruise, she nontheless gave Rayne a tight hug, wanting to hold someone again.

Reaper wanted to go down there...wanted to help them. But, she held herself back from doing any such movement. Turning her head away sharply diverting her eyes elsewhere. She didn't want to get close to anyone anymore. Didn't want to go through that hell again. Didn't want to go through that pain. Beside, it never did anyone good to have others around you. When in the end you have nothing but yourself. She grind her teeth as those past memories of her life as a child came rushing back making her eyes turn red. That anger building on top of one another mixed with fear and emotional pain. SHe took her left hand which she still had of yet gotten check by Aes and immediately slammed it against the ground. Right where the wound was she made only a few nights ago. THe pain immediately erupted driving all the thoughts and memories away. Blood soaking straight through the clothes that covered the wound and started to stain the ground with a dark puddle.

She wanted to hug Pale back so much, but she just ended up pushing her away, dropping the staff and covering her eyes with her hands running off. She wasn't trying to be mean, but Jay was... all she had left... Now, everyone that she loved, other than Pale and the soon-to-be, her life was nothing... Jay, was her world. Now to see it slowly crumble after it had beautifully flourished after the death of her mother and her father's ignorance, she just couldn't handle anything anymore from what she though.

*Kas just got up from the ground and left, picking up Jay's staff on the way home and twirling it around her fingers, looking at the smashed edge.* "Clever...very clever" *She said softly as she continued to walk, heading back home to the inn*

Pale sighed, and headed off to the dorms, alone. Where was Tsubasa? The only one she truely ever understood, if only for the fact that she always spoke her mind to him.

Sadly Reaper shook her head and stood up slowly from her perched place on the cliff. If there wasn't one thing destroying the clan it was another. The caw of the crow brought her attention back to its huge black body. Who would've thought her animal totem her spirit was the ruler of hell. The crow. She smirked beneath her scarf and turned towards the cliff. So many emotions down there. It was enough to sicken her. The Mother's children has grown weak. For she did not see death as the end. But the beginning of another life of another adventure. Such mortals would never understand such a concept. Is that why so many people feared her own people? Cause they believe and did such things that would make any man tremble in his boots? Those memories started to come back. Making her take out the dagger and immediately slice through the skin of her arm causing the pain once more. THen simply put the dagger back and letting the pain wash away her memories. ~..I need to kill again don't I?~ She thought looking up at the crow. ~...If i don't kill I kill myself..hehe..how ironic..I become those that killed me all those ages ago...~

"...then lets start..." She whispered. Those memories flooding back. Those men were still alive she knew that much. Especially Victor Delecroix. That was the one she wanted to have renenge on the most. His blood thirsty was now like hers probably even more so. She shuddered remembering how he used those dragon claws on her. The same ones that were now hanging from her belt. Eyes still blood red matching her cape. It was time for all of those that had harm and hurt those of light to pay for their crimes. Besides, she had a promise to keep to those that loved her the most. Her eyes closed for a moment remembering their faces, their voices......their spirits. Opening her eyes once more she moved her left foot. Putting it right on the edge. With her right she pushed off and literally dived head first over the edge of the cliff. Down the body of the cliff she doved pulling out a tarot card along the way and whispering silently to it. It glowed and those wings came out wrapping around her. And right when her body would've crashed to the ground she was gone. The only things left were some of the glowing white feathers from the magic of her tarot card.

((Well, since my post got deleted, lets just say I was scouting the seatop))
He didn't see anything, and figured that Jay had somehow been teleported somewhere once he heard Kasumi say what she said, only to glide back up and see Aes grab Pale's hand... Not wanting to make a scene right then and there, he withheld his rage, he'd speak to him later... When he left, he slowly walked over to Pale "Sorry..." He said to her sadly...

When she saw him, she gave a little sigh and put her arms around Tsubasa. "What took you so long" she said, as she buried her head in his chest.

"I'd like to hope. Yes, I think I'll hang onto that hope." she said. She raised her head up to give him a little kiss, a warm feeling spreading through her as she remebered they were now engaged...
((thanks, thought you'd left me there!))

The man standing in the field hadn't moved for the past day. Then, Kurayami moved, suddenness, and speed there. He simply seemed to dissappear, at least to the untrained eye. He wasn't moving his best, for the simple reason of overexertion. He was wearing a very, very hearvy cloak on his back. It was meant to restrict the amount that could be done. He was running to the right, his upper half facing forward still.
His right leg spun around to cut into the ground, and then leap up into the air, before he hit the ground running again, heading toward his imaginary opponent. His blade sliding out, no sound accompaning the movement. IT then slashed, once, twice, and then seven more times through the air. The air piercing and loud sounds, like explosions shatter the stillness of the air.
Nine slashes where a blade should hit a person appeared in the air as if he had hit something. Then they slowly faded away. the air pockets that had 'exploded' dissapated. He landed, the blade out to the right side. He rested there for a long time, then rose slowly, the blade out to the side. Yet when looked at it the words saying 'Meek is the one who uses this blade, was apparant on it.
The sakabatou lifted and then moved to the sheath it came from. He hadn't used a blade to kill, although it could, it wasn't meant to. Kurayami stared ahead of him, the long shimmering white hair floating in the air slightly. He then turns, the wraith pulling his hood back up to hide the face that held no blemish, and was near perfection.
The man slowly entered the forest to wander about for a while. He needed time to think. That was a very quick attack. Called the Nine-Headed Dragon or something of that nature in another style. It was meant to kill, and attacked the nine areas normally defended. By attacking all nine nearly at the same time it created an unblockable attack. Or so it seemed, the attack was too fast to move from, unless very early, and because of the multiple attacks, seeminly at once, it make it very hard to defend against.
Kurayami would not pay any attention to anyone who may try to disturb him. He simply wwalked, a wraith, a ghost, an entity in the forest. Power seemed to flow from him, permeating the air around himself. Yet he didn't notice. He just walked forward in silence, obviously not wanting to be disturbed...

-It was the beginning of a new way of life for him. Slowly he stepped into clan territory. He quickly looked to the left, then to the right. Seeing no visible traps, Kratos made his way through the wilderness. He had senced a huge surge of energy coming from a certain cliff and was naturally inclined to investigate. Looking at his wings, he quickly made them dissapear under his cloak and merge together with his back muscles once more, making the wings almost invisible.
It was cold. Of course, he couldn't feel it since the tests had left him with no sence of touch on his body. There were the obvious signs...breath being visible, frost on the ground, things of that nature. His boots made their imprints on the frigid dirt, and as soon as they appeared they seemed to vanish; as if he was never there.
He stopped, coughed twice, then continued on his way. He noticed a passerby, carrying a sakabatou. Immedietly he could sence the man's strength. Not the one to pick a fight, Kratos continued on until he hit the base of the cliff where he senced the energy. His wings burst forth from his back as he floated down to a crack in the cliff's surface. His fingers traced over the cracks, finding shards of some kind of glass. Considering this a lead, he would quickly fly up to the air, ready to hit the nearest town for a drink. Apparently, his sister was residing in the town...it was time to pay a visit.-
