Cause I given up on changing the mind set that most crew members hold, well the ones that actually post in there.

then perhaps a revamp of the guild staff is in order...especially when vets began to lose faith

trust me i've been thinking about it. only thing is i dont want to cause something I'll regret. we'd have to be doing this all for the right reasons, and have solid proof of the reasons we want the change

No such thing will happen if people are sitting around with there mouth close. Open argument would have argument not something in pms or ims no it has to be in the guild to show that members are asking for change and it's not of bunch of people steam out off there asses. Sort of like when the Kiri barrier thing came up or the fight in the hospital, but it has to be a lot more.
That's the only way I can imagine where it would force a revamp of the crew.

This isn't a dictatorship,
If you wanna change something, just ask it in suggestions, state your opinion. As long as you dont Curse like crazy and insult people intensionally it'll be fine. If you think someone will disagree with you, then set up a thread to discuss it in a calm manner. While arguements are fun, they dont get things done, since in the end to just results in the two people hating each other cause of said argument.

By revamp of the crew I was referring to how it is operated, the crew list has never really been as large as it is now and it has no reason to be. You only need a few active crew members with an even smaller number of extremely active VCs and a Guild Captain with time and prowess to string it all together. I'm only saying that there are too many people in positions to do something but do nothing, most of the crew show no sign of having any knowledge of previous generations of crew and VCs and it seems to be operating under the principles of the Spoils System...So what I say is simple, shed all the extras and just have a small elite team that will actively work to better the guild experience for the members as well as for themselves, thus allowing for guild growth and maybe even the return of many former members who became disillusioned with this system and the downward spirals.
