Mari just nodded and gave a sad look. "Seriously. I hope he can get back to his own time soon." Cyan looked up at Mari and let Odin go. He wasn't smiling, but looked upset. He hugged her and held her tightly. "I'm sorry... Don't be sad, mommy..." She just hugged him back and felt a bit bad. It was like she made him worry. "No. No, it's alright. No reason for you to get sad. We'll find a way to fix everything."

He still seemed really upset and just clinged to Mari and held onto her as if she would disappear if he let her go. He even whimpered a bit. Mari just rubbed his back and started humming softly and rocking back and forth to try to calm him down.

Cyan started to calm down and just held onto Mari. He then looked over to Smash and smiled showing that he acknowledged what he said. "Love you too." was all he said in a small voice as Mari held him. She then gave a small smile and rubbed his back gently.

The boy just gave a small laugh. "You always say that." Mari just smiled and continued to rub his back. She couldn't explain it, but she just loved being able to hold him and take care of this child.

She let out a happy sigh and continued to hold the child. "Same here. I just hope the other two are just as well off." Cyan placed his hand on Mari's cheek, right over the markings and smiled. "You're the best mommy in the ever. Not any of us want a different one. Same with daddy."

*he smiled widely when he heard this. his life of pain and anger seemed to be a distant memory now that he had found happiness with mari and soon to be family*
and we couldn't ask for better children. we may have just met today but i can't help but feel love for you as if i know you all my life.

Mari just smiled as she was happy to hear this. It seemed that they were going to have a good life and a lot of good memories to come. She just gave Cyan a kiss on his cheek and held him tightly. "You make me so happy." The boy just giggled as she kissed him and then let out a yawn. Mari realized that it was getting kinda late and stood up, still holding the child in her arms. "I think we should get to bed."

Cyan already had his eyes closed and Mari just held him as he rested his head on her shoulder. "Come on. You too, Odin." She smiled and then started to walk towards the house. She went inside and then went up to the bedroom where she laid Cyan down on the bed and got her pajamas on. Once she was in her pajamas, she put her glasses on the nightstand and laid down in bed. Pulling the covers over her and the small boy. Cyan was already asleep and she soon followed after. She held him in her arms and had a small smile on her face as she slept.

*he got up and walked into the house with odin. he got himself changed and got into bed next to them and closed his eyes as he slowly drifted off to sleep*
