Wouldn't be able to post anything tomorrow since it's the last day of school, or on saturday since I'll be pretty hungover, but we'll see. Anyways, I just wanted to say Hi, I'm the new guy ^^ Profile looks good Loco =) Only thing that needs changing is his journeyman level of conjuration. Anyone with magic needs to start out at apprentice level for one school and novice in any others. After each completed quest you can level it up. Dusty- they are right. Any of those work and customizing a class is perfectly fine. As far as descriptions I know that personally I prefer real pictures but I believe the guild's policy is lenient and allows anime if you wish, as well as written descriptions instead. Written descriptions, even if brief are desired even with a picture. Ah fine. I thought since he was already apprentice in the Mages guild he would get a +1 on magic so start off with it at journeyman level. Would we assume that increases the level of the spell? So if a summon-w/e spell would have a duration of 5 seconds, a novice could cast it, but with a duration of 60-90s you'd need to be an expert or above or something?

Jaydine - Yeah I have been using that a lot. I have everything done except a bio. I'm having inspiration block right now. I've been playing the game a whole bunch trying to get something and I have one idea but I'm not sure how to put it out in a few paragraphs worth. I'll probably have it up this weekend. smile

Did you want me to sign your character up for either or both of the two quests we are getting ready to start? One is a mage's guild quest and the other is dark brotherhood vs. fighter's guild. If you look under the quests' subforum you can get a feel for each before you decide. In other general comments I think we need a thieve's guild quest. Quite a few new profiles seem to include the thieve's guild. As a reminder anyone can create quests. =)

You could add it to the list of guilds' she's affiliated with if you wish. We allow three at this time plus arena. The only thing I see you need to edit is her heirloom necklace. As of right now no one is able to start out with an enchanted item, but as quests progress and the store gets up and running there will be a time when people can pay to enchant something which you could later on do. Otherwise sometimes enchanted items can be given as a quest reward. =) Should I go ahead and sign you up for the darkbrotherhood vs. fighter's guild quest, Among killers and shadows? It should be starting monday I think...

Perhaps the characters heirloom was stolen, and when players are able to purchase enchantments, she could go on a small side quest to get it back?

Just not the mage's guild. for the enchanted necklace - at a later time when enchantments are set up, you could definitely set up a personal quest (see personal quests in the thread 'how to create a quest') and have her get it back.

I think I might have her lose it and do a personal quest. As for the guilds I shall put her in the fighter's guild and fix the bio.
