Attack:
Reborn Candy Fun: The star in the middle of her mini staff starts to spin. She waves the weapon in an infinity sign, and a huge glittery pink shield shoots up. The shield is very strong, but only stays up for a few seconds.
Reborn Candy Spin: Once again, the star spins around, and she waves the weapon around in a "S" shape. A bunch of little stars swirl around her, and then attack the enemy. This attack doesn't work sometimes. If it goes wrong, no stars swirl around her, and her own energy has been wasted.
Other: Okashi has three different personalities. She's,somewhat tri-polar in that way.
Her first and most used personality is the childish, super hyper and cheery one.
The second is her protective, inner-Sakura like personality.
And the third is her "left-out and depressed" one, leaving her completely oblivious to everything.
She is generally happy though, and loves making friends.
Okashi is very very short. Her exact height is around four feet.
She is also a flute player, and plays in orchestras a lot.

Also, I hope the two animals DNA is okay. I just needed a way to explain the wings in her Mew picture. Nothing really said that that wasn't okay, but just tell me if it isn't.

Valerie (Totally just saw that D=): The only thing that I'll say is Lack of Setbacks. Although I guess that the shield not lasting long could be counted?
Well, duh, 2 DNA is fine. Look at Kira (If this place gets up and running again, I am going to die of confusion ._.
Sana_Uchiha: It's... gender... is... No One? I'm guessing female, but...
With Multiple Attacks, you need to have setbacks. I don't see any.
There needs to be a human appearance and a mew appearance. Not just one picture. When the templates were made, we didn't really feel like putting in two separate things for that.
That's all I see to be a problem.

And if you added some, I don't see any ._. They're for the attacks, when you have multiple. You can have 1 without a problem, but 2 or 3 require setbacks (Preferably for each one).

If you're going to have your character have a crush on a character from a different series, at least spell the other series right >.>

Regular: She has light blue, wavy, shoulder length hair. Her eyes are a deep blue. She isn't particularly curvy, but she's not, you know, flat. She's about medium height for her age. Cookie's skin is very light. She tends to wear very fashionable and funky clothing and likes to mix and match colours and patterns.
Mew Form: In her Mew Form, Cookie has waist-length, straight, steel blue hair and steel blue eyes. Her outfit is a slim, gray dress that goes to halfway down her thighs. At the bottom of the dress, there are gray, petal-looking pieces of material coming off, with blue lace around the edges of them. There are two thin straps on one side, none on the other. Around her belly button, there is some material cut out of the dress in the shape of a diamond. Her shoes are gray platform sandals with steel blue ribbons that go up to halfway up her calves. She has gray fingerless gloves that end at her wrist. Of course, she has the standard collar, arm bands, and leg band that every Mew Mew has, the main colour being gray and the lace being blue.

Cookie Blowpipe - it is a long, gray blowpipe with gold at either end. In the middle of the shaft is a red heart and a blue ribbon.

Ribbon Cookie Dart! She shoots a dart at the enemy through her blowpipe.

gender: male
Appearense: basically hot as hell with blue eyes , white skin, and blond hair, and in his mew form his hair turns blood red, he gains fox ears and his eyes turn rainbow, and in his animal form he is a red fox with rainbow eyes
has a crush on Minto(but noone can tell, even though he drops innuendos)
has the DNA of an Omni Fox, a combination of all the foxes
Henshin Phrase: at first it is Kitsune no Kai(realize of the fox) but later becoms Mew Mew Tsrugi Metamorphosis
weapon: he creates weapons out of thin air, one second nothing, the next there is a enormous sword.
attacks: RIBBON: KITSUNE ARASHI(fox storm), and Kitsune bakuretsu(fox explosives)
Other: can turn into a fox at will and will often cheer up girls with his fox form(but he seems to do it more for Minto)
a setback...when spawning non bladed weapons, they are made from the earth, and his Kitsune Bakuretsu destroy the environment(but they go boom), and he cannot resist helping a girl who is sad(unless she is a b***h, slut, or unnecessarily rude to him)
