Chieira Jiraiya chases women in order to cover up his rampant, closeted homosexuality. Liar! Jiraiya is a rampant bisexual. He only gets caught chasing women, he's much sneakier about his man-chasing. ninja Orochimaru only joined Akatsuki under the condition that all his sex-related purchases be permissable as 'business expenses'.
